[Rosie and Guy]
Asch said nothing as the both of them pointed out that he looked a lot like their "friend." This just caused him to snort in disgust, especially at Guy's observation. However, with the sudden entry of a girl that effectively distracted the blonde man, Asch decided to slip away from the two and meandered towards the accessory table, pretending to look the items over.
However, Asch suddenly grimaced as Nyx's voice came over the earpiece rather loudly. To him anyway. The sounds of crunching and slurping didn't help either, and he gritted his teeth slightly. Which was then followed by a roll of his eyes. Red? How creative.

The announcer's voice then suddenly came over the loud speakers. "EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE YOUR SEATS! THE CONTEST IS NOW READY TO BEGIN!" The sounds of shuffling reverberated throughout the stadium and people quickly took their seats and cheered their approval at the starting of the contest.
Another announcer's voice then came over the com as she stepped out on stage and bowed politely. "Everyone! Welcome to Sequoia Stadium and Kodo's First Annual National Poke Contest! First of all.. let me present our judges!"
She then turned and gestured towards a booth that held three seats. "First just is none other than Sandalwood's Nurse Joy!"
The lady clad in pink and nurse's hat quickly stood up and politely bowed, then waved, before sitting again.
"Second is Kodo's Chairman of the Pokemon Fan Club!"
This time a portly man with a top hat and can stood. "Ah! This contest is so refreshingly amazing! Stupendous! Awesome! Happy to be-"
"Yes yes Mr. Chairman, we're excited too! And our final judge is..." The lady paused and squinted at her card... "Uh... Professor Elderberry!"

"Jumpluff! Luff!" The pink grass type waved happily at the Eevee and floated over, looking to hopefully play or some like. "Luff luff!"
However, the owner of the Eevee suddenly fell over and the guy behind the soda stand suddenly stopped his whistling to blink and then peer down over the edge. He dropped his shades down and lifted a brow. "Hey babe, ya'll right?"

The buzzed message caught her off guard and though she teetered back and bumped the person behind her, she found herself off the line and to a place to sit. Unfortunately, the place was practically crowded with no fair place to sit. A sigh signaled her annoyance, once more, before she took a seat that seemed to remain unclaimed. Okay, so, no problems here right? Besides the damn annoying pig in her arms. Heph continued to snort and be a menace, much to her chagrin. Ah well.

Guy could not help but stifle a chuckle as the woman nervously worked on the speaker. He knew it was very impolite of him to do so, and so he tried to apologize the best he could. "Sorry for being in your way, miss... uh, miss Izumi, was it?" It seemed like Rosie had met this strange, tattooed woman before. It really was a small world.
Suddenly, Guy remembered the strange man that was just there not a moment before. Where did he go to? And what was with that guy, anyway...? He seemed rather suspicious. All thoughts of the mysterious man escaped from Guy's mind as the announcement of the commencement of the contest blared from the speakers. Guy glanced over to Rosie, a twinkle of excitement in his eyes. "Sounds like it's ready to start! Are you all ready?"

Xander had wondered around a bit after he had left the rude girl, just trying to memorize the layout of the area. He did however buy a ticket before he wondered around so when it was close to time to sit down he went into the building. He had noticed the small problem Len had but she seemed to have it under control by the way she escaped. The message that Nyx had send over the ear pieced caused him to let out a sigh and mentally promise to do better. He went with the crowd down the isle trying to find his seat only to spot a familiar face standing there looking annoyed. He blinked in surprise and with a moments hesitation decided that he could find out who this person really was. "Are you alright?"

At the introduction of Professor Elderberry, a rather familiar figure stood and waved, a giant grin plastered on the dandilion-headed elite's face. Nyx was the final judge. She turned to some poor sap who'd walked behind her while she was standing and handed them her empty popcorn bag, leaning in to whisper something before they frowned, looked somewhat startled, and ran off quickly.
Nyx turned back with a grin at the camera and took her seat.

"O-oh. Um. Hi... um... Rosie. A-are you competing?" She turned shyly to the man she'd never met before. "U-um... yes... Hi..."

It was clear that he didn't really seem to appreciate it, and by the time she looked over the young man with long hair was gone, having moved away from them when they talked to Izumi.
"Yes I am, Guy and I both are. its very exciting." She answer Izumi's question, before the announcement was heard, her face turned a little pink and she took in a deep breath, turning to Guy with a smile when he spoke. "Yup. we're ready" She confirmed.
"Vapooor!" Vany'n chimed.

Callista, annoyed at herself for losing her balance and already a bit grumpy from Eden misbehaving so much, nodded shortly and bit back a curse. "Yes, yes I'm fine. I need to be heading inside now though," she said, forcing herself to be cordial. At last he has stopped that horrible whistling! Eden, chirped again at the jumpluff, but finally seemed to have settled down into behaving as rocket and pokemon shook off the fall and went to head inside.
Hopefully Eden would continue behaving for the rest of the raid.

As the annoying little twerp moved on Dith gave a satisfied humph and moved on about the business of finding a seat. A voice off to one side distracted him, however, and he found himself looking down at a grey-eyed young man, who was apparently better mannered than the rest of the populous. "Thank you, yes," he twitched a slight smile, "just slightly put out by how bad mannered people are, da? Humm," Dith peered over at the judges at they each stood up in turn, "time to sit I suppose? Is your seat nearby?" Having lost Nakura - for the time being at least - the idea of finding somebody else to sit with was pleasant, especially after having been unsettled and then shouted at by some big mouthed zasranec... It didn't seem like people were being all that particular where they sat now in their haste to settle, he was pretty sure that was his seat over there with somebody in it, so maybe it didn't really matter where he parked.

"Well, pleasure to meet you, miss Izumi. Glad to make your acquaintance." He made a conscious attempt to sound friendly, but in his mind, Guy wasn't terribly sure that it would make a difference with the very nervous-sounding woman. Ah, well.
"Great," he said to Rosie, amused by her enthusiasm. "I'm a bit nervous myself, but I'm sure we'll do fine! Right, Anon?" Guy looked over to the Litwick who had returned to his shoulder, toothpick-sword now sheathed in his ribbon-belt. Anon looked back to his master with slight worry in his eyes, but he shouldn't worry. After all, as long as Master was there, everything would be fine, right? Right.

his vote of confidence helped quite a bit with her nervous and anxious she was getting,
She loved preforming, and she knew Vany'n was beautiful, and it wasn't like they didn't know how to put on a show. even if they didn't win, this was going to be fun!
"Lets go watch the ones who go up first."
She told Guy. gesturing to him excitedly, wanting to see what they were up against.
"Izumi! we should hang out sometime. it was nice seeing you again~"
She offered a temporary parting remark to the tattooed girl, waving to her two Beldum as well.
She did make a stop on the way to head over to the other side of the room, pausing by the one who looked like Luke. reaching out to pet Tyke fondly "Good luck in the competition" she told the fox, and by extension Asch as well, blue eyes lifting to look at the boy.
"And by the way, My name is Rosie," She knows they never got a proper introduction, she figured she might as well while they had the chance. Holding a hand out to him

Xander gave the tall man a smile in return and nodded his head. He had noticed that people in this horrifying town were rude most of the time. Obviously it was because of how high they were. He looked around real quick and spotted his seat and it looked to have an empty one beside it so he grinned at the man. " Yes it is, care to join me? For some reason you seem really familiar and I just can't figure it out yet." he laughed with a small lie. He wasn't going to mention that he had seen the mans picture just yet. Good thing his seat was towards the front though, he would be able to see his target easily fro it.
Conrad wagged his tail fro Xander's arms and stared at the Espeon. he chirruped happily in greeting.

Asch kept his back to Rosie as she passed, still staring intently at the accessories on the table. Not that he really wanted to use any, but well.. he was at least trying to look busy.
When Rosie spoke though, he said nothing to her. That is, until she introduced herself. There was a long pause, but eventually he spoke without even turning to take her hand, "Asch." Tyke though happily accepted Rosie's petting.

"And now, without and further ado, we'll begin our competition! Each coordinator will be doing an appeal with either one or two Pokemon! Its anyone's game! We have a lot of talented contestants! And first up is Miss Lola-Belle Monibee! With her two Pokemon, Maxamillion the Sableye, and Madame De Pomp the Roserade! Give them a hand!"
With that, a spotlight suddenly turned on the entryway that led from the contestant lounge.
The crowd thunderously applauded as they waited for the first contestant to show up.

Len hardly considered to contribute to the applause. She sat there, eye cornered in thought on how Nyx possibly got into the competition as a judge. Nice cards played there, without a doubt.
There wasn't much happiness there, as she waited for the first contestant.

In response to Rosie's offer of watching the other contenders, Guy smiled and nodded. "Sure, let's go watch." As he turned to start walking away, he gave a small wave to the strange woman Izumi. "Farewell, miss."
He followed Rosie and was slightly caught off guard when she stopped at the Accessory table to speak to that... strange man. He frowned and kept walking, not wanting to make contact with that Luke look-alike. All he said was, "Come on, Rosie, we should check out the competition." In his mind, he filed away the name 'Asch.' This would definitely be something to mention to Luke once he got back to Camphoreon...
