Ganymede turned with Valhalla to attack the next monster, but stopped to stand, stare and laugh when Valhalla’s kick nearly completely missed its intended target. “Getting a bit ahead of yourself?” he asked. He thought he probably shouldn’t be so amused – the more near-misses, the longer it would take for all this to end, he was sure – but it felt good to laugh about all of this for once.
“Shouldn’t have given up your bat,” he told him, “though Babs over there isn’t doing much better.”
Intending to show up the both of them and demonstrate exactly how it was done, Ganymede gripped onto the bat in his hands tightly and waited for Valhalla to move out of the way before taking another swing at Bog.
And nearly missed himself, clipping the monster in the area where an ear should be, but managing nothing more.
"Damn it!"

Valhalla snorted out loud, unable to stop himself from showing amusement at Ganymede's miss. "Who is getting a bit ahead of themselves??" he grinned, though making sure to duck out of the way of any more attacks. "This guy just doesn't want to go down. Maybe we're being too cautious?" he wondered, even if he would prefer them to be cautious than reckless. There was no point in getting hurt if they could help it.
"Mind if I borrow the bat?" he wondered, not wanting to just take it from him. Maybe they could share? Just as long as they weren't being attacked, of course...

Maenalus nodded her head to Valhalla, "No problem." It had been her choice to try and help or try to get out of the way (and end up just hit by him) so she'd naturally picked the former. She pulled a face when she saw Babylon hit by the blob, and gagged a little when she saw its goop dripping from his mouth. Sorry, but better him than her. She was rooting for him, though!
She was glad to see Ganymede, again. It meant he(? she wasn't sure) was still alive. However, she didn't share the sentiment. Maybe it was because of the bruise forming on the side of her face or the cut to her back wearing her down, but she still figured them all pretty bad off. The blob was a behemoth and it seemed unstoppable. God forbid that it got ahold of anyone, especially after seeing what it had done to the boat house.
After watching the series of attacks by Babylon, Valhalla, and Ganymede, she grew even more concerned. She'd landed a pretty decent hit on Bog, but maybe Ganymede had jinxed them! She'd never tell him, that, though. She didn't want to make him feel bad.
Sailor Maenalus held her bat out to Valhalla, though he'd asked for Ganymede's. "I think you might need it more than I do." For the moment at least, she was doing her best to catch her breath.

"We're really batting a thousand today, aren't we?" asked Babylon, casting glances at Ganymede and Valhalla. It wasn't so easy now, was it? He felt a grim sort of satisfaction that they hadn't managed to show him up, even though it sort of sucked that all three of them had screwed up their hits.
He knew that Valhalla had requested Ganymede's bat, but Babylon offered the other knight his - only to be pre-empted by Maenalus. Geez, you try to do something chivalrous and the senshi beats you to it. "After that last hit, I think I'll have better luck with my glowstick."
But he took the bat back and gripped it with grim determination. Because sarcasm aside, the fact was... "No, probably not."

Niflhel took a hit from the back by the blob. He was sent flying past Polaris and Maia and landed on the ground behind them, rolling a little further away. Chain coming with him, he sat up looking dazed towards the blob and frowned heavily.
Hug-bell was knocked back towards Hygiea landing on her butt. Luckily she was lower to the ground so she didn't have far to travel the way the blob monster had hit her. There was still a frown on her face though.

Hug-bell noticed Bog slowing up and she watched him stumble, she managed to get stumbling a little from the impact with Blob.
She grabbed the nearest stick she could find from the derbies left, and ran towards Bog smacking him with the stick.

Egeria didn't bother standing up, she was enjoying where she was in the mud, well she wasn't but with those arms swinging about it seemed the safer place to be. Instead she wondered if the blob had a face, she couldn't see! In hope that it did she started throwing clumps of mud at where she believed her head to be!
"That that you overly big blob thing!" She shouted as she lobbed the mud towards it. She could throw mud and she could cause problems so yes she was enjoying herself right now! She loved using mud to annoy teachers and stuff so this worked! She decided to throw some more mud at the blob just to add to like all the other mud she was throwing and because she had little else to do! She didn't know where Hygeia was anymore and so well unless her or ********* arrived she was staying put!

Babylon still had a bad taste in his mouth from his first tussle with the blob, and he didn't plan on adding to it. Instead, he glanced over to see who needed defending from what, and decided that now was as good a time as ever to see what else needed clobbering.
He turned his attention to Bog.
"Come and get it," he said to the beast. It looked like it was weakening. Babylon swung, and was not rewarded very handsomely for his efforts. <********," said the page, retreating back to the comfort of his battle group.

Niflhel was watching the Blob carefully however his target was still sog. They had to bring down the little things before they went after the biggest bad a** mother sucker. The page was getting a little bit tired of this gooey monster and so he decided to charge and aim fist first towards the swamp thing. Hoping to impale it good enough to make it stop.
He knew Aurora was on the ground in pain and that others around him were too, and despite having been thrown and having to shake it off he couldn't worry about others until the threats were taken care of. Then they could tend to the wounded.
Bog got smacked over and over again until one last final blow, dealt by Babylon seemed to stop the creature in it's tracks. As if the air had been beaten out of it. For a moment nothing happened then all of a sudden. Swamp bits were flying everywhere as Boggy imploded, covering those closest to him in swamp slime.

Babylon was covered in swamp thing bits. It took him a moment to realize what had just happened, but when it finally processed he whooped joyously. "That is how it's DONE," he exclaimed, slapping Valhalla heartily on the back. "Alright. Just two more nasties to take care of," he added with renewed vigor, and wiped slime unappetizingly off his face.

When Grus came to, she was laying on the ground face down, and she blinked a couple times before she remembered what happened. She remembered because her back exploded into pain. She cried out, rolling onto her side, curling into a ball. It felt like someone had taken the skin off of her back and then punched her. She couldn't even reach back to feel that that was essentially what had happened.
She stood shakily, looking around for the Chibi senshi she knew she was talking to before the fight. They all seemed a bit spread out, but ok. At least they had the sense to keep their backs away from the enemy...
Grus turned slowly to face Soq. holding out her arms painfully. "Feather-Fall Cloud!"
Hopefully it would hit, and the thing would stop moving long enough for some senshi to get in hits and finish it off.

ROUND 5
Sog's HP: 195
Bog's HP: -1 (DEAD!)
Total Damage to Blob: 681 Egeria's flung mud slapped Blob's face, but it heartily absorbed it with a slurp. If Blob could smile, it would. What was generally considered to be Blob's face was just a large pile of mud with little slits for eyes, and large slimey mouth. Blob was satisfied with having knocking over several of these little pest. It continued to make its way towards the Mess Hall, where it violently hammered its fists into the wall, creating a large holes. Sog on the other hand, was sending out seaweed whips in every which way, using them to smack the senshi and negas like they were flies. It could not see through Grus's storm of feather, but attempted to fight back anyways. Quote: Return to your regularly scheduled 100-sided dice rolls. Babylon is super excited to have destroyed Bog. He get two rolls! Polaris, Grus, and Nifhel also gets two rolls.

It took Flora a while to regain her balance, because that blow to her stomach really hurt. The blow had practically knocked the air out of her, but she had finally managed to stand up, gloved fingers tightening into fists.
It was rather lucky that she wasn't near when one of the monsters exploded, and Flora grimaced, shuddering. After this was all over, she was going back to Baneberry and taking one long shower.
But now, it was fight time. Flora aimed another attack at Blob. "Flora Pollen Fever!" It wasn't as strong as her Super attack, but it would have to do for now.

Hephaistos arrived late to the fight, and in some ways it was for the better, others had been going at this longer then him and it left him fresh and ready to pick a fight. Though why he was late would probably be a good reason for lectures from other Senshi, sneaking around camp setting up waterbaloon traps on the far side when a monster was attacking? Pretty much signs of failing to be a decent Senshi right there.
Still he came leaping into battle to make up for it. "Liquid Steel!" Even as his feet touched down his hands slapped the ground pulling the strange flowing metals up in his hands as he stood up. Combining his hands together he made the most sacred of gaming poses: The Hadouken.
Hands thrown out the orb shot from him right at the creature Blob Glancing around he nodded to Sailor Flora and any Senshi around her, "Sorry I'm late have I missed much?"
