Sooooo this is probably going to be a really complicating question but here goes:
What are the rules regarding the Hokou with jutsus if you choose not to be a Ninjutsu, but like a samurai or a weapon master?
Cuz the Hokou says that I can learn all elements, but the rules of the profession states 1 or 2 elements allowed and then it restricts the number of jutsu per rank I am allowed to learn.
I know I'm allowed to learn unlimited E ranks, but yeah...that's my question

Samurai cannot learn Genjutsu (not sure if this was asked before... ) so.. does that mean I can exchange Henge and Bunshin for 2 other E-Rank Universal?
I'm not sure where I read this, or even if I did read it but Kekkei Genkai/Clan jutsu don't count toward your Profession jutsu limit, right? Could I have a link to where it says this?
And you guys should probably start adding questions to the Frequently Asked Questions thread :O!!

Um...also I noticed what might be an error but it might actually be me doing the math wrong.
On the tweak system it says that if I drop a Full Taijutsu style I gain 15 jutsu, three for every rank. Well I know there's not an academy rank for shinobis but we still have an E rank for jutsu and taijutsu.
So, if we get three jutsu for every rank dropped, doesn't that mean giving up Full Taijutsu style would give me 18 jutsu total, not 15?
E, D, C, B, A, S = 6 ranks given up = 18
Or am I not understanding the system? sweatdrop

Well you automatically can learn as many E rank for your element anyway.

Academy doesn't actually count as a rank, but the jutsu are still there. Dropping a style would work similarly like endurance, where you get +3 or more per rank. You only get it for Genin rank, not Academy Student.

@Reaper: as the five tail host, I guess you treat every element like a primary element.
Since you can already learn all E-ranks you have elements for, getting three E-ranks for tweaking wouldn't make sense, would it? :p

The crew have been discussing some possible FAQs and they will be posted up shortly. I've already started to transfer some but more will be added on a later day. Feel free to suggest some FAQs here as well.

for the Ranmaru kekkai genkai, is the bloodline allowed at the beginning? like, would a genin (me) without any training in the clan abilities be able to activate the kekkai genkai? i know i can't use any of the abilities, but i don't see anything about activating the eye technique? and if not, how would i train it, and for how long?

You start with it, no training required.

If I have a samurai class character that hasn't learned anything yet, can I change the class to Weapon Master instead? The main reason I picked the Samurai over the Weapon Master was that the Samurai seemed to have more options, but now that the Weapon Master class has been buffed I think that it would be a better fit for the kind of character I would like.

I'm not sure if you can do that. You got your profile already approved, and even posted in Sunagakure. You have to talk it with Cobra.

Yes, you may. I'm assuming that the Class change isn't really changing your character's personality or behavior in any way, so it's just a matter of changing a few details involving skills. You can continue RPing as you are, but i would ask that you make the appropriate edits to your character's profile and then PM me with a link so I can approve of the changes made.
Glad to see the re-write is already making the Weapon Master class more appealing.

Would a Samurai using channel be able to use ninjutsu to only have to pay, say, the combined cost of the chakra and the stamina in stamina points?
