It was apparant that Rose was still not strong enough to take on her own darkness and wouldnt be able to pass the mastery exam.
Rose's darkness walked up holding Rose's staff and breaking it in multiple pieces and then shattering the orb on top.

 "You sure about that." He then summoned Rose's keyblade andmade her grab the keyblade while he held it. He then made the blade shoot off a beam of light at the dark form shooting a giant hole through it and the surrounding darkness.

Even though she was hit, she immediatly lashed out the darkness version of the keyblade and a even more powerful beam of darkness hit both Kalen and Rose seperating the two

"Rose!" Kalen called out as he had pushed her out of the way and dodged the attack at the same time before it hit them. "Damn." He was still Holding Rose's keyblade then. "Rose you need to wield it. Its the only way."

Rose's lifeforce was becoming extremely weak, she couldnt grasp anything
"Shes almost dead, and with every moment, I get stronger. Give up Kalen, shes lost, move on." she smirked extremely darkly.

Kalen closed his eyes for a moment and in a flash he appeared in front of the dark rose with her keyblade piercing right through her as if he had moved really fast. "A skill my brother taught me....or at least i watched him do it.....I'm sorry rose....i can't let you die and i won't let you fail." He said as he the pulled the keyblade to the side pulled the dark form along with him and threw them at Rose. "GRAB YOUR KEYBLADE!" He called out.

She snarled as Kalen ran thru her with the keyblade
"its too late." she smirked.
She was motionless, however, the darkness started to disapate,
Kelina was using a lot of her strengh to pull the darkness away. Her eyes were blood red as she moved the abyss away from them.
She saw Rose and screamed
"Rose!!"
She ran forward and grabbed her
"Rose, comon, dont leave me." she said now acting like a older sister instead of how she truely acted.
She formed lighting into her hands and hit Rose's chest over and over with it.
"Comon!"
The abyss re-entered the room but formed into a ghost of a man. It appeared to be Luxord.
He handed her a gold card and dissapeared.
She looked at the card and looked scared now. She sighed.
"Thankyou Uncle Luxord." she said in a low, sad tone and put energy into the card
"This is how he escaped death years ago, so mabye this will save her."
She slammed the powered up card onto Rose's chest and it dissapeared within her.
Rose's fingers slightly moved.
She sighed
"Kalen, im sorry....but it appears that you will have to finish this test on your own. She failed."

"No She hasn't failed. Not yet." He kneeled down next to Rose and took her hand. "I'm not about to let her go so easily." He said with a serious look.

Rose's darkness took forme again behind Kalen and attacked him from behind to stab his heart.
Rose opened her hand and a crystal barrier blocked her darkness's attack compleatly.

Kalen turned and swung his keyblade at the dark form through the crystal shield hoping to catch the shadow off guard.

She growled as she was hit across the room
"help me fight her.." Rose said extremely weak and breathlessly.

Kalen nodded as he wrapped her around around his shoulder and lifted her to her feet but not before he wrapped his keyblade on his back. He lifted up her keyblade with his free hand and looked at her for support. "Lets do this together."

She held onto Kalen and her keyblade with his help.
"i dont know how much strenght I have left..."
She quickly dashed and tried to break the two apart.

Kalen sent all his strengh into the keyblade then. "Fire." A light appeared on the end of the keyblade and shot straight at the dark form of Rose.

She gasped and fell onto a knee and dissapeared inside Rose
"well, eh....I guess thats one way to get your light and darkness balanced....beat the living s**t out of it"
