She had at least two sons, whom she was proud of, but in the years that have passed her, she has been sharpened by the whipped sands and harsh sun, and has turned in to a strong headed warrioress who watches over her children like a hawk - having lost not only her lifemate to age, but also two grandsons to the desert.
She is very much a family lioness though, under her hard demenor, and will take on whoever and whatever she can, hoping to save them, teaching them what she can so that they can go on and live full lives. Most of her time is revolved around making sure that her current surviving family does not disappear as fast as those who have left them before were taken.

Thanks, Nerp! <3 She can be a Tabip, we needed one on that side, anyway. I'm not sure about having been a Hatun, though? She'd have to have been not Shan's, but Shan's father's, making her Kotu and Bahra's grandmother in addition to the rest of the family she has.
