Form a contract with me and magically win this race! OwO
Willow watched Ash and joachim bet before placing one herself watching the kitties and trying to decide which one was the cutest. Yaus seemed to be interested in them as well. Trying to decide if they were food or possibly enemies, the mouse gave a confused squeak.
Willow looked at Yaus. "Huh?" She looked at the cats and the fact they looked sweet too, "I don't think they're food...." She said finally with a frown as she placed her bets.

It wasn't that Cat got lost on purpose. Really, he just found it so very hard to stay anchored to one place. But, while wandering through the booths silently, peeking at what was on offer, he realized he hadn't given Aislin a hug before he vanished.
Well, goodness, how un-gentleman-ly of him!
As usual, the lanky wisp of a ghoul was not hard to pick out from a crowd, and within seconds Cat had dodged and weaved his way through the crowd, sliding up behind her and slipping a pair of dark little arms around her waist.
"Gotcha, spookie cake~"

Ash had been intently... VERY intently watching both races. She felt a bit scandalized when Joe had chosen the very pop-tart cat that had made her loose... and then he won. Not just sort of won. He won it all. The banshee shot him a near scathing glare that disappeared the moment she saw the look of surprise and excited flush on Joe's face.
He looked... really, really cute. And totally surprised that he'd won. A little smile replaced her previous expression and unless people had been watching that she didn't know about no one probably saw the death glare beaming his way initially.
Willows race ended pretty fast. It made Ash feel a little better that the other ghoul had lost almost as hard as she had. Then again she'd still won the bet they'd made overall.
She was about to announce this when she felt two arms curl around her waist. Looking down the ghoul smiled to see two familiar arms gently holding onto her. She tilted around to see Cat standing behind her and virtually glowed with pleasure to see him. "Cat! I missed you, you are SO slow! Look, these are Willow and Joe. And Joe's mice. I haven't met his mice. You have to show me your mice! Anyway." She turned back around. Losing official stung even more since Cat was here to see it. "Okay, Willow. Which one do you want? The Egg or the Leaf?"
She was, of course, talking about the spoils of their bet.

Willow grinned, "Grats Joachim!" She giggled as his cat had won. Tail flickering before she looked back to Ash, watching as a springy looking cat wrapped around Ash.
"Nice to meet you." She said with a nod of her head, before tilting it at Ash. "Oh... uh... the leaf I guess?" She seemed slightly unsure but the leaf seemed more interesting sorta.
Yaus was chittering and pointing over to the fish tanks after they'd settled their little 'bet' thing. Willow blinked and looked between Yaus and Joachim. "I think Yaus wants to play a game..." She said after a second.

This isn't funny, the life of a bunny is at stake! What do you mean they're not alive? xxxxxWhere had all these people come from?! One moment she was giggling at a fishing failure, and then suddenly there were people everywhere. Someone would find out her secret!
xxxxxFor a while, Paige hid in the background, just watching people play the games and trying to stay AS OUT OF SIGHT AS POSSIBLE. There was no way she was getting caught at such a ghouly booth. There was just no way! She was a big tough scary behemoth, not a little ghoul who loved pinks and pretty colors.
xxxxxAs time went on though she grew more and more restless of just hiding in the shadows. She saw quite a few boils, including a handsome one that spoke with peppered Italian, play the games without any thought of dignity whatsoever. Perhaps ... at this school it was normal?
xxxxxShaking her head, Paige decided it was time to stand up and do something. Grabbing the mallet, she began to whack bunnies. And whack. And whack.
xxxxxUnfortunately, Paige wasn't very good at whacking it seemed. Then again, the Usa girl had bunny ears ... maybe it was better not to smack her kind in front of her?

"Thanks Willow," he replied looking at the two ghouls even Ash was giving him a bit of a smile which caused another a blush to rise to his cheeks. He wasn't very good at winning so this was something a bit new to him it was even better that they didn't mind that he won the poptart kitty race.
"Oh and congrats to you too Willow for winning overall," he replied remembering his manners, "and err thank you Ash for the bet and the prizes." He was overall gratefull that despite the fact that he had a rather dismal outlook over everything at least they were more than willing to put up with it.
He gave a small wave to the black like boil named Cat, "nice to meet you errr I guess you could call me Joe or Joachim. Oh yea," he remembered that he hadn't introduced his mice to everyone else other than Muka and Willow.
"The black mouse is Merel and Willow is holding Yaus, I have as well," he replied digging into his pocket, "this little pudgy guy as well named Phorum." He helled the white colored mouse who seemed to be a little bit on the sleepy side out for everyone to see.
"So which game now," he asked as Willow mentioned Yaus wanted to play another.

Mice~?
Cat perked up instantly at the mention, instincts flaring. Not the instincts one would think, however, as he certainly had no intention of attacking. Instead, he cleared his throat in a professional manner, faced Joachim, and put on his very best Cheshire tone.
"Why is a mouse when it spins~?" He inquired smoothly, pulling his Smile into a perfect crescent. The grammatical mistake, of course, deliberate in this context.

Willow's tail flickered as she looked at Yaus, "I think he wants to fish." She said following the mouse's squeaking and poking. She looked back to the others. "Should we?"

It was getting crowded, and the poor bunny girl had a lot of work to do, Roch thought, so he stood and headed to where he could hang out without being noticed too much. In other words, WAY too many ghosts heading his way, he thought with a hint of self disgust, leaning against the nearest solid object and looking over the pink game. He brought the fish up, watching as it turned to look at him in return.
"What the jack am I supposed to do with you? I don't even have a room to put you in yet," he said to it quietly. "Or a bowl, for that matter." He wondered if he should just leave and come back for the cupcake later...

She listened dutifully to the name of the mice, immediately taking a strange shining to Phorum. He was so sleepy and round and cute. Ash then clappity-clapped her hands as Cat straightened up to his fullest and gave Joe a riddle. "Ee! Ee! You got a riddle! Answer it!" Of course she had no idea what the answer was herself. She didn't feel like thinking about it, either, because it wasn't her riddle.
Ash glanced around as she waited for Joachim to decide on an answer. And then she saw where Willow was pointing. A very vibrant game displaying fish. ANOTHER game for her to try and win victory over! She would do it this time. There was no way she could fail five times in a row.
"Think while you're playing this game, though." She pushed Joachim from behind, her hands planted firmly on her back as she scooted him towards the game. She laughed as she looked over towards Cat, taking a moment to remove one hand from Joe's back to snatch up Cat's hand and tug him.
"Bet you ...something... that I'll win this, Cat. Just you and me. You on?" Nothing could squash the competitive spirit that blazed within the banshee.

"Errrrr... Ok...." Joachim replied as Ash pushed him towards the game Willow mentioned that Yaus wanted to play, his face completely flustered. He really had no idea what sort of riddle Cat had just asked him infact he wasn't sure how to answer it so having the chance to come up with one while they played was a bit relieving for him.
Hey didn't Willow say she wanted to visit a dectective club? Maybe she could help with the riddle while the banshee took on the shadowy boil in a bit of competition. Joachim was kinda of glad it wasn't him who was going to have to compete aganist her. Sure he had gotten lucky with the poptart kitty but he didn't count on winning again.
Joachim let the two competitors go first in hopes to ask Willow if she knew anything on the riddle.

Willow chuckled as she stood off to one side by the fish tank watching the fish and letting Yaus see them. "They're good swimmers aren't they?" She asked the little mouse who nodded looking fascinated at the fish.
She stepped back to let Ash and Cat go first. "Hehe since you two have a bet, why don't you two go first." She smiled with a nod standing near Joachim.

There may be many fish in the sea, but Desu-chan's the only one for me ♥ Ash stepped over to the game and peered inside of the water in the tank. Immediately she felt... almost soothed. She liked the water, the cool trickling sound that it made, the rippling surface and her reflection within it. She shook her head lightly, hair wafting around her head before she reached down to pick up one of the weird... papery... net. Things.
"So. I do it like this? I am going to win this, Cat." A fierce grin of determination curled her lips upward as she dipped the wand in the water...
Finding a fish that looked like it couldn't fall through the paper if she picked it up Ash dipped the wand in quickly and yanked it back up in determination. For a second it looked like the fish was hers! The net was out of the water and everything only to...
Plip.
Break. And the fish fell back into the water with a tiny splash.
All Aislin could do is stare at the hole in her net-wand-thing.

"Hey Willow," he replied leaning towards her in a voice low enough that he hoped only the two of them could hear. "Do you have any idea what the answer to the riddle is? I am at a loss."
Joachim hoped she had something he was still pretty stuck, not to mention it looked as if Ash didn't have any luck with the fish.

Willow's tail flickered, "Why is a mouse when it spins?" She repeated. She seemed to think looking sideways, her brows furrowing when Ash lost the fish when she pulled it out of the water.
"I think... it has something to do with being higher..." her ears twitched had she heard this before? It felt like she had... in something like Spook Trek or something... "I can't remember all the answer though." She frowned, looking around she wondered who might know. Well besides cat.
