xxxxxDanny cringed as she thought of the idea of picking up that disgusting thing again. How could she avoid the water ... liquid on on it?! Well the was this little dry corner on it, but it was like holding a piece of paper on fire by the corner. Soon she would slip up, and it would hurt her.
xxxxxIf she didn't play the game though, she couldn't win. After all, Danny had one of the largest competitive egos on the campus. She couldn't just back down from a challenge. With a sigh, she inched over to her wet towel and stared at it. As she walked, she was hit with a stray drop from the owl boy's towel, which sent her into a fit of muffled screeches. She had to look tough, at least for now.
xxxxxWith a last attempt for pity, she looked back over at the patchwork with eyes that said, "do I have to?" and then took a deep breath in. If only she could use her fireballs. She could just dry the towel out really quickly, but no, these stupid skull things locked her abilities.
xxxxxGingerly, she picked up the tiniest corner and ran over to the field as quickly as possible, so she could set it down and get it as far away from her as humanely as was necessary.

Sparrow, standing with his wet towel held in his hands, was trying very hard not to be amused at the ghoul with the red cup. Suppressing a laugh, he stepped over towards her, very gently pulling it away from her face.
"It's probably better to just hold it for now," he said, and gave her a smile, pressing it into her hands. Sparrow's head lowered in the hint of a bow, and he stepped towards the field.

Cady's attempts to wear her weapon made Dommy laugh,
"Well, you get an A for effort!"
Slinging the barbell over his shoulder (with a slight oomph! as it hit his back, clearly not the brightest of ideas), the donkey demon made his way to the field behind the... tentacle thing. She seemed very proper... He wondering vaguely how she'd react to being called 'Tents'.

Ash had... lost Cat again. Woops. He would catch up, she was sure of it. He always managed to find her.
The banshee made it to the booth just in time to see a bunch of people grabbing things out of a box. Not one to be left out of what appeared to be something free the ghoul reached inside once there wasn't a bunch of others crowding around it and grabbed for something and pulled it out...
A barbel mace. And it was kinda heavy. The banshee lifted it by the roap, watching it dangle back and forth. She screwed up her face a little bit and shrugged. And then she realized she was supposed to follow everyone else. She looked around for Cat, and if she managed to catch her eye would motion for him to come with her before she jogged towards where everyone else was going - a field.

Cady nodded, somewhat relieved, at Tari and the new boil who'd offered his advice. She slipped the strange device off her head and wrapped the straps around one hand, following everyone to the area behind the booth where the ...game? Would take place.
It would definitely make a good throwing weapon. She was pretty certain the smell alone could fell a bugbear.

Joachim held the wet towel by a corner in front of him, "oh I hope this isn't sweat..........." Just the thought sort of sent a shiver up his spine someone sweaty wet towel in his hand was not in the least bit appealing.
He headed towards the direction the ghoul had suggested to head in though he was rather confused. He could have sworn she didn't see her mouth move (actually he noted she didn't have a mouth) however he could still hear what she said. Joachim noted that he probably didn't want to think about just as he didn't want to think about the towel.
He gave Muka a wave in return as he head towards him, the towel still held an arms length away in the other hand.

"Atta girl," she smiled and walked with her while examing the other people who were with them. She sized each of them up, wondering if she would have to take them down or something. Though that would mean she would have to fight Cady. Hmm, that could be a most interesting battle between the two of them.
"If nothign else we can use it as a sling shot," she giggled to Cady. She used the wide open space to give her brown and black wings a stretching. "Man not being able to fly about sucks. I miss the feel of the wind in my hair."

Roch followed the others, randomly bringing the cloth to his nose to sniff, then pulling it away, making a face. It seemed to be a morbid fascination to the boil, and he had forgotten entirely about trading. He figured he WOULD figure out what that liquid was, sooner or later. Maybe.
He hoped they didn't have to stick it in their mouth or something stupid.

Aislin came up beside a boil with horns, long ears like a donkey, and a tail. She was carrying her weird... prize? Was this a prize? Whatever it was she carried it with both of her hands, the rope dangling down as she walked along with the others.
"You got one, too?"

Jericho was fairly amused with the various reactions people were having with all the wet towels given out. Danny, in particular, seemed to be rather put off by it.
"Oh come on, it's not going to kill you," he said to her before raising an eyebrow at another reaper that had shown up for the little game, "Eh. There are worse things than sweat it could be."
The dragon said this with a grin. Was he getting a kick out of all of this? Definitely.
The way the manticore was handling the cup... was... also.. amusing.. he supposed.

If Cat could be out of breath he would. Goodness, where had she gotten to now? Clutching the treat bag from the FEARleader booth against his chest, he caught sight of her fetching something from a box.
Might as well follow suit.

Willow followed behind Joachim and the other friends she'd made as they walked to the fitness club watching the others play games. She was curious as she read the rules to the game.

Dom turned to the pale ghoul who joined him, and almost did a double take. For a ghost, she was very well... Mmmm. Dom definitely approved. Glancing at her weapon, it seemed they also might be teammates, score!
Jokingly, he grabbed the barbell itself, string dangling below it and did a couple workout-esque pumps with it in the air. "Yeah, and I'm kind of glad, given the choices. The name's Dom," he supplied cheekily, then flexed his arm, pointing his finger in an irrelevant direction,
"And the beach is thataway."

She was nearly taller than the booth.
She had approached the fiasco slowly, her darkened eyes looking over each person present with a sort of slow consideration..though to assume that she was slow would have been a gross underestimation of the thoughts that went through the colossus's mind. She took a long moment before her head turned to look towards the female who seemed to be in charge of the booth, her eyes forming a ringed glow of docile blue in their centers as she took the mindflayer into consideration.
Sura was not threatened. Certainly there was a certain lack of care in her actions from the way she swung her weight around; to anybody who was not informed of Sura's race, it would have been easily enough read that a small body was much smaller than she was used to, despite the fact that in stature she still near towered over the others present at the booth.
"What are you doing....?" she inquired. Her voice was almost creepily quiet next to her large stature, lowering her head closer and closer to the group as she spoke, still looking over everything.
Every now and then the blue glow would flicker with a tinge of yellow in it. Concern, perhaps? Confusion was also a possibility. Or simply deep thought as she tried to piece together the strange happenings that Sura herself was unused to in any form.
Small creatures were interesting when she wasn't squishing them.

"A towl Joachim?" She frowned.... the ghost wondered what she might get if she reached her hand in to get an item out... she shivered slightly.
Might as well try at least... right? Her tail flickered, moving to pull out an item.
