"I'll get it." Megan said walking to the door and opening. "Hello." She smiled and looked the boy over. 'He's sort of cute.' "C-can I help you?" She could barely get the words out but she managed.

 Alec watched the door open, he managed a polite smile though he was ready to snap in half. He watched the girl look him over, he fought the urge to demand what she was looking at- he wasn't one take kindly to mindless staring. It made his skin crawl. Her question made him pause, she didn't know he was coming so she must have been another slave. Alec felt slightly more at ease, his tense shoulders loosening. "Hey, yeah, you can." He told her, scratching the back of his head "I'm Alec, the new slave, I guess. Mind takin' care o' me 'till I know how to behave 'round here?" He asked with a little boy's grin, his accent making his words sound cut.

"My name's Megan. It's nice to meet you." Megan said. "Come on in." She turned her head away for a little bit blushing. "I'm sorry. Your just kind of cute. So I apologize in advance for my behavior." 'Crap. I can't believe I just said that out loud.' "Don't worry you'll be fine."

"Nice t' meet you too, Megan." He told her, accepting her invitation inside, shutting the door behind him and thanking fate that no one noticed the cracked door. He gave a quick glance before looking back at Megan, listening to her words. It made him pause before his lips began to quiver with suppressed laughter "I-it's alright, I'm sure you're not as bad as you're makin' yourself out t' be." He swallowed his laughter and walked up to the girl, ruffling her long hair with a kind grin. Alec didn't want this girl to stumble over her words- or even her feet- if she was going to show him around.

"I've only been for a few days so I only know where some things are. You'll have to talk to miss Roza about other things." Megan said. "At the moment we're in the middle of a party even though I'd rather be somewhere else and back in my comfort zone. We can go somewhere else if you like."

Alec stuck his tongue out in disgust at the word party, he knew that in the big manner people were probably in lung deflating corsets and tuxedos that cost more than he did. Why waste so much money on frills and lace? "Well... Where would you go in a place like this t' avoid a party?" He asked her.

"Not a fan of parties. I thought so." Megan said laughing a little. "We can go to my room. It's quiet up there. Only if you want that is, I won't try anything. That's the only place I really know to go."

Alec chuckled, this girl was funny. "Mkay." He told her, beginning to walk "We'll go t' yer room 'n' hang there 'till this is all said 'n' done." By this he meant the party.

 Angel shook her head at the door and sighed getting a little flustered at the new guy. "Look, Miss Megan has to stay with her mistress and I have to show you to your room and get you ready for the party....Miss Roza might kill me if I don't do as expected there's really no way you can skip the party. Well with out M'Ladys permission."
Angel glanced at the door and grimaced. "I'm Angel, Miss Rozas Blue Madlin. I'll show you to your room and Get our mistress to explain what is expected of you. Though I do hope we can be friends." Angel said and smiled. Winking at Megan she giggled and lead the new guy--and Megan if she wished to follow to his room which was right across from Megans'.

 Roza saw Luke give Alec a dirty look from anther room and suddenly became a bit stressed. He wasn't supposed to arrive to after the party. She hoped he would behave. She did not wish for Megan to have to see her bad side so soon. Roza walked over to Ange, Megan and Alec. "Hello Alec." she said with a grin. "I see you've met my lovely ladies already." Roza said gesturing to Megan and Angel.
She didn't wish to come on to hard since he just got here. "I'm sorry to have jumped right into this but I must lay down my expectations because my guests are to arrive soon." she explained as she smoothed out her red dress. "You will be respectful to my Maidens, Luke and I. I expect to be called Lady Roza or mistress. I also expect that you behave and show grace at the party. You are not a maiden but a slave. Though that doesn't mean we can't be friends. You are free to do as you please unless I give an order or Luke does. Today you will be serving drinks. Any questions?"
Roza tilted her head slightly and handed him a divine tux. "You have 20 minutes to prepare yourself." she told him. Brushing her bands out of her eyes she couldn't wait for tonight. Her parents were arriving and everything, She hoped Alec would know how to be polite. Normally she didn't need excellent proper behavior but in big meeting and such she wanted the best behavior. She would except no less.

Alec went with Angel in almost complete silence. Dread knotted his stomach, like said- parties were not his forte at all. He loathed them and just wanted to be out of the way. Alec was stopped by a blond woman who happened to know his name- which kind of scared him. But after listening to her next statement he learned she was the mistress. Alec made sure to listen. He knew he was a slave and glad as hell he wasn't a maiden. Wait- did she say grace? His stomach knotted painfully once again, he barely knew the definition of grace- let alone behave it. He'd try though. Because she wanted to be friends. Orders from her, got it. Luke? Who was that? Alec was slightly uneasy on that one, he obedience to someone who wasn't really his master depended on how well the two can get along. Serving drinks? O...Kay, not that bad. Questions? He shook his head.
That's when was giving the tux.
"Uh.... How do these work?" He asked, almost stuttered with a small flush of embarrassment. He didn't want to make a fool of himself his first day, but the door had been seen by Angel- so he had a bit of a long way to go.

Roza laughed a bit and smiled at Alec. He seemed a bit different. "Darling don't worry if you are not graceful, all you have to do is serve drinks. It's easy if you mess up I won't punish you. As long as you don't spill a drink on my parents then you can't mess up to badly. Try not to harm the door next time. As for the tux, if you wish I could get Angel, Megan or a one of my butlers to help you equip it. Would that be okay with you three?" Roza asked not wanting to be pushy. If Megan or Angel didn't want to, she would not make them.
Alec was playing a key role now. She was glad all was going well. Hopefully him and Megan could get along. "By the way this will be where you sleep, it's your room." Roza opened the door to reveal a room of what any average family would have. It was not as nice as Angels or Megans but it was still well thought out. "Your clothes will be here tomorrow, you will have one or two tuxs, one or so sleeping wear and the rest as your choice." she explained with a smile.

"As you wish Lady Roza. If he needs help and wants my help I will help him." I think he might prefer a butlers help or Megans though. Angel thought to herself. Angel watched Alec, to her it was obvious he was the kind of person who did not fancy high class out fits and such. Though it did not bug her. She knew her place and her job. Only when she relied that Alecs room did not have a bath room like her and Megan did then did she seem surprised. Then again she shouldn't be. It was simply she would have to show him where the bathroom was or he could find it on his own later.

"Sorry 'bout that." Alec apologized, scratching tha back of his head some. He nodded at everything he was told by Roza before looking at Angel, biting his lip some "Uh... Do you think you could help?" He asked. Alec wasn't one to normally ask for help, but when he needed it- he made sure to ask someone he believed would be the most help. So that way he would learn more and not have to ask as much.

Roza smiled. "You three come down in about 15 minutes. Megan, Angel you already know your roll but as soon as the party is over you all are free to do as you please." Roza told them and walked back down stairs. She was eager for her parents to come and was excited to have the party go off. After 7 months of dating him she was finally able to through a birth day party for him.
Returning to the main room that almost seemed like ball with the dance floor and decorations set up and such. She grinned. This was going to be fun. Though this 'family' was bound to grow. There would be enough room she knew. Roza was already counting on Angel to help Alec out, even with the drinks...would he even know where to go? No but Angel would. What would I do with out her?
