[Derp. Almost forgot leaving post. <3]
Letting out a small sigh of relief, Colette relaxed a bit. If they would have "equipment" too, then it sounded alright. Maybe it would be fair then. She watched Lilith shove a pillow into Barth's face. Harsh, but she couldn't blame the ghoul after what had just happened. Her own welts weren't lightening up on pain at all.
"Well.. I'll be there to help best I can," she said with a nod before leaving to tend to her welts. Tidying up was a good idea and Mandy wanted to talk to Barth privately. Plus, the meeting seemed to be over -- there was no reason to hang around longer.

"Thank you, Colette," he said, still distracted. What was Mandy saying to him? Clubs? Card suites, sandwiches, maces....oh, clubs. Right. Seconding something.
"I err, don't see why not. ...Probably. What sort of club?"

Mandy visibly perked up at the probably, that was half way to yes. "A free falling club, going to jump off lots of stuff for the fun of it," here Mandy paused before adding as an enticement, "It really doesn't require a lot of effort."
A little bit of the awkwardness returned as Mandy decided she should get to her other point, it's just it would be awful to be turned down. "I know this is kinda asking a favor of you..."
Oh yeah that was direct.

That got Barth's attention. Lilith, Colette, and all other woes and grievances were temporarily forgotten. She had said...yes, she had most definitely said Favor.
The catch, of course, was that he was going to have to be launching himself from who-knows-what-sort of heights. He didn't have a problem with heights, particularly. Even if the last time he'd fallen from one he'd landed squarely in Candy Cane Lane. And there was the matter of climbing them. But Barth was never one to turn down a favor. Especially for a friend.
"It so happens," he said, shifting into a more comfortable position, now turned towards Mandy and completely away from the door, "I've also run into some trouble lately that I wouldn't mind help with."

Well apparently it was direct, Mandy was certainly pleased when Barths attention turned to her fully. He had most defiantly gotten the message she was going for, it was something she'd thought long and hard so seeing it come together was pleasing. Now just to find out what he wanted on his side.
"Indeed? What would this trouble be? I'd love to help." Mandy too settled down fully, a pleasant smile upon her face as she enjoyed the careful wordplay they seemed to have engaged in.

"My refrigerator had an incident that was...vaguely height-related." Barth was going to have to ask his father for a new one, eventually, but the thought made him uneasy, and in the mean time... "It was destroyed. My current food situation is...not good. Very strictly temporary, but the Cafeteria's a bit far, and Riley's food palate is on the limited side."
Barth picked the plastic scraps of a paintball from the floor, rubbing it between his claws.
"I don't eat often. Or anything large. I just err, like to have something to nibble on every now and again. Do you think you could manage some catering in the mean time? Until I get my food storage dilemma sorted."

Mandy was silent for a few moments as she thought hard on the proposal, trying to work out the logistics in her head. She wasn't the best cook, just this shy of edible in fact, but small meals she could do and she had plenty of snacks that didn't need any cooling that she could share. All in all not too hard... though the walk between dorms was very long. But, for Barth, sure she'd tough. Nodding to herself she spoke up, decision made.
"That sounds reasonable. We have a deal then?" The last part was delivered with a smile as Mandy held out her hand.

Barth wondered if perhaps Mandy had done this before. Whatever the case, she certainly knew her way through the procedure.
"Deal."
He took the offered hand, and there was a small, electric crackling sound. The energy raced up Mandy's arm and down her spine, before racing in dizzy circles on the surface of her stomach. The air smelled faintly like smoke.
"You can consider your application seconded. Do you err, need me to sign anything?"

Mandy hadn't actually ever done anything like this before, she’d simply done a little research, it wasn’t that hard to make the leap from the saying 'seal the deal with a handshake' to realizing... you shook hands to seal demon deals. So because of her actual lack of experience in this field Mandy was more than a little surprised by the actual sensation as the energy raced around before settling, her curiosity drawn to where it had. The mark was actually surprisingly beautiful, it had a certain... grace to it. She wasn't exactly sure what she'd expected, having once on occasion spotted marks before that run the gamut of looks, but she found herself pleasantly surprised. Particularly when she realised that with her current wardrobe it'd be shown off for all. Hopefully Barth wouldn't mind that fact. Hand absently tracing the mark Mandy paused for a second considering the question, no there was no forms to sign with seconding the school accepted the Presidents word, but- ah!. Reaching into her jacket pocket Mandy pulled out three pieces of paper and a pen and carefully unfolding them before quickly filling out the remaining fields, price and the date, before handing all three over to Barth along with the pen. Why yes she'd been very prepared for this thank you please don’t question it. "Just these for the school."

Barth slowly signed, then returned each copy. It was his least favorite part of deal making. Still, she had the paperwork ready in advance, which took the majority of the hassle out of it.
"There. That's that. ...And you're err, coming to the paintball match, aren't you? We'll need all the help we can get."

Mandy carefully folded away two copies, one for herself one for the school, and left the last for Barth. Thankfully he didn't question her having them ready, though really not surprising since it meant less hassle.
"Mmhm, I'll bring some dinner round at six? And yeah, you bet I'll be there, wouldn't miss the opportunity."
Shooting people was fun. Doing it without consequences? Even better.

Shooting people on a full stomach, Barth would have agreed, was best.
"We have about the same experience with projectile weapons, anyway," Barth said, giving her a wriggly sort of smile. "West is very unfortunately in Fitness, but I imagine NAP will least get a few shots in. ...Six would be infernal."

"West is on Fitness?" Mandy's smile at this piece of information was positively predatory, to her that news was in no way unfortunate. Why yes the rivalry was still going strongly.
"Keh, we won't just get a few shots in we'll win it. They'll never expect it and that why. I wouldn't lose after all so NAP won’t either, I can promise you that."
Competitive streak was go.
To the acceptance of her dinner time, she simply nodded and made a mental note.

Barth looked at the devastated room.
"To be honest, I wasn't really planning on cleaning this. Care to duck out with me? I was going to finish my nap somewhere with...more cover."

Mandy laughed softly at that declaration, not at all suprised.
"Yeah that sounds nice."
And well, that was that.
