Liallia blushed as she heard the woman's thoughts and chided herself for mindwalking. "Ah, yes. There was a public whipping to begin with, and then of course the crucifixion. The boy was screaming the whole way," She said to Nyx. "They left his body for the crows afterwords instead of burying him until I took it upon myself to."

Tsuki petted her head. Hoping that part of her cat genes will be welcoming to her and not be a threat. "hello there little one."

Smiling once more, Nyx bowed her head slightly. "My name is Nyx. I do not mind people knowing my name at all."
Nyx's eyes sparkled as she listened to Liallia, a wide grin forming on her face. "That sounds wonderful. I will have to be in attendance on year." She giggled softly and closed her eyes to better visualize how the blood would have flowed.

The blue cat purred, rubbing up against the offered hand.
Slowly and cautiously, Ari looked around at the tea party. There were already a fair amount of people present and it did not help her level of comfort.

tsuki sensed ari's presence but something was different. She remembered it from the gazebo. She looked around and saw her. She turned her attention to the cat. when she realized something.

She stood up and ran to the roof of the gazebo and grabbed a small pouch that was still there.she put it in her pocket and came back.

tsuki sat back down after 3 seconds and pet the cat again.

Looking up, Nyx giggled. "Well, this is a surprise...If it isn't miss Vampire Queen." Standing up, she gave a small curtsey. "I wasn't expecting royalty at my little party. What brings you so far from your kingdom, and without your guards? They might get angry at you for coming here." Sitting back down, she leisurely sipped more of her tea.

Crux stepped up behind Ari putting a protective hand on her shoulder as he glared coolly at Nyx. "Don't worry, Nyx. She is far from unprotected. Will you treat all your guests with such hostility?"

Ari jumped slightly, calming after she heard the familiar voice. Looking up, she smiled.
"Thank you, Crux."
Feeling a little more at ease, she took a seat and nodded politely to the other guests.

Nyx smiled at Crux. "Oh, my guests are welcome here. It is a party after all, isn't it?" She gave a small giggle before turning to Ari. "Oh, Ryn should be on his way soon, won't that be fun?" Sipping a little more of her tea, she turned to her other guests. "Some of the members of my council may be a little late, but you should be able to meet the rest of them before too long."

The mention of Ryn caused Ari's heart to sink. She could easily imagine him at Nyx's side, ready to take whatever orders she gave him. Lowering her head, she nodded.
"I see... it will be good to see him again."
She gave a wistful smile.

Tsuki leaned back in her chair and opened the pouch. it was empty. 'thank god.' she thought She relaxed abit.
