Junko released Riley when Malodore came into the picture, watching the two of them quietly with tiny sniffles and an unwavering smile. There was no way she could frown right now, absolutely no way. Especially not when all her friends were here, and happy, and safe. But...but wait...where was Seiji...? "Seiji?" Junko said quietly at first, mostly to herself. Where was he? She heard Yaya and turned on her heel to watch her throw herself at Sharra, sighing with a bit of relief. One more safe friend. But where was Seiji? Junko continued to turn and look everywhere she could, her heart stopping when she did see him. Seiji! There he was! He was sa...fe...what? Wh-why was he hugging Sarias? Her stopped heart dropped into her stomach, and though the hug was brief she looked absolutely heartbroken. Why? Why had he hugged Sarias first? Before she could even do so much as turn away to hide what she thought had been an impossible-to-ever-happen-again frown he was by her side and pulling her up, hugging her too tightly and kissing her. Junko's eyes widened for just a moment and her heart fluttered happily, throwing her arms around his neck and returning the kiss. He was alive--or as alive as a ghost could be, anyway--and he was back with her. Her. She giggled as he whispered her name and nuzzled her cheek, burying her fingers in his hair and clinging to him for dear life. She had tried to make a grab for him before and missed, but she was not going to let that happen again.
But then she heard a screeching yell, an irritatingly familiar yell that made her skin crawl, her blood boil and her fingers clench against Seiji. How..dare she. Junko did her best to ignore her, not wanting to let Sarias ruin her reunion with Seiji. No. She couldn't let that happen. Seiji was hers, Sarias could just..back off. She held him tighter and hid her face against Seiji's neck, closing her eyes as tightly as she could. Her short hair twitched slightly, but being so short that was about all it could do. Shut up, Sarias. Shut up, shut up, shut up.

Arachne nodded, her own pale skin as red as his at the moment. She would have rather had this conversation somewhere private but then she would have talked herself out of even saying anything, persuading herself that he was just being nice to her for no other reason than his good nature.
'I really am.' she said, with a little amusement. She'd not been holding anyone else's hand, but she supposed that on top of everything it was probably a little out of left-field.
She squeezed the hand again, giving Liannan a little smile for she had seen the nudge. She moved to stand by him, content to talk further about the when's and where's when there wasn't such a crowd, looping a finger around one of his, still wanting to keep contact even though they were safely home.

For a while it sounded just like what she'd been through, just splitting path wise. But then he mentioned a fire and her breath caught in her throat for a moment.
Fire? It was like Chritsmas, but with added insanity and fear. Thank Jack he'd been alright.
"It was kinda the same. For me. Sorta. Kinda. Nearly drowned after the crash, was below deck." Jack how long ago had that been, compared to what happened next it seemed trivial.
"But. I made it to shore too. Got supplies too. Couldn't find anyone, so I followed another group. We headed to the ships. We also had a few attacks."
"There was, er, notes. Captain logs. From Halloweeners. We decided to head to the lighthouse - I had Winnie with me then. And Sepheran. It was kinda. Iffy for awhile. The fog causes insanity, you know." She didn't mention what exactly they had all seen, what she had seen.
"Thats when I lost her. But we had to keep going. Made it there. Was kinda hard to enter but we did. I feel through the attic floor - dodgy building. Another student had lived there once."
"Then. We met Conquest. He had us trapped in these real odd stairs for awhile. To test us, we passed. He needed us to attack a spear wielding figure.." here she hesitated.
"Their weapons are students." There. She said it.
"W-we almost had him beat though! He was strong. But we where ants. And ants swarm. We swarmed well. Coward fled though."
Her grip tightened, this was where it got truly hard to speak.
"The room we had fought in was trapped. Had a portal but walking to it would end in death. Conquest said he'd help b-but the air was trapped too. So many died." Had she let out a small sob then?
"And then Famine was there with West and Tomoko and so many others and the portal was windows and crashed but Conquest beat it up till it worked and we went through andIdied.", all this came out in a rush, Mandy not even breathing.
"But I got back here. And your here, and so will everyone else be."
So it's all right.

Bul nodded. "Shocker right?" he said, having recalled when he actually beat down on said ghoul back at the supplies tent earlier in the field trip. "Yeah the teachers didn't explain much other than it was an educational trip..." he said and rolled his eyes. "What a load of s**t right? We got educated on the many ways you can die that's for sure.." he snorted. "And to think I almost got eaten by that little ghoul..." he said, tsking and shaking his head but by this point was just grinning.
"Speakin' of which haven't seen her back yet... she didn't make it through I don't think," he sighed. "Guess it wouldn't have been good with all the dead bodies around for her to eat.." he shuddered.
When she apologized though, the boil furrowed his brows. "Why are you apologizing?" he said then shook his head and interrupted himself. "Never mind, it's no biggie.." he said and patted her shoulder with a smile. "So..." he began again. "You up for burning all this s**t too?" he asked, nodding his head backwards to the knapsack on his back that was looking like it had gone through world war II.

Mandy pulled back a bit giving him a surprised look.
"Fog. Causes insanity. Alwine thought she had a head that was trying to control her and Mac saw a little girl that tried to get him to jump off a cliff. Nearly caused us to start fighting each other, I think a lot of us saw all of us dead. S' why were having reality issues."
She conspicuously didn't mention what she saw or heard.
"And, ah, yes. The spear holder revealed that the student that was inhabiting the lighthouse had become his weapon. Said he was no longer an abomination but now a tool for a greater cause. Poppycock in my opinion, he was the abomination."

As Mal went in to embrace Riley, Jericho stood back and watched with a smile. It was nice to see them together, happy like this like most of the others around here. He was just about to take his leave, but then the doctor had reached out to grab him, pulling him into the hug.
For a moment, his smile grew as he held the two in his arms. There wasn't anything he had to say about it; words were currently lost to him partially due to the conflicting feelings swarming through.
With a relaxed sigh, he tightened his grip on the others and let himself get lost in the moment at least for now.

"The reaper at the laboratory called us useful," Barth said, several very nasty lightbulbs going off at once.
Insanity?
No, it couldn't...but that would explain...he remembered the revelation, that the fog was smoke, and how heavy the smoke had seemed, how it had been in the cornfields, not the laboratory, with the smoke everywhere that Christof had tried to kill him (had he?) while Calder had mentioned wolves (and how could there be wolves in the fire?) and he had been called back to an empty house...
"Visions? Were they err, the convincing sort? Very, you know, all-inclusive. Friends, family members, scenery changes, that sort of thing?"

Continuing to watch the display of love Sarias tutted so slowly, she could see Junko glaring at her, grabbing her boilfriend with all her might, but still her eyes rested on her. Was she...was she jealous? Was she angry at Seiji for hugging her first? HA! That was too perfect. After all the ghoul had been through she had the nerve to doubt her boilfriend like that? He died, she may have seen it, she could have died too, felt the emptiness of that limbo and still she was so childish! To give her evils across the grounds, to be worried her boilfriend would stray? Well...who would blame him if he did! Sarias was Sarias, dipping and curving in all the right places, strong, confident and then there was her. Junko. Little childish Junko.
Well Sarias wasn't one to shoot a gift horse in the mouth.
She grinned at her and lifted a clawed hand, waving slightly to get the ghouls full attention and when their eyes were locked she mouthed some simple words.
"Grow up!" She sneered "You pathetic, worthless child." she carefully arranged her mouth and tongue to etch the words out, silence being her friend but speaking louder than she ever could and just to rub it in that little more.
"He. will, be, mine."
And her face erupted in laughter. To all others she had a case of the insanity fog. To her she was proving a point. Silly little air heads shouldn't be allowed to wield emotion, they ruined it, spoilt it. and again she would prove it.

"Figures." From what he had described, it was like the end results of Christmas town all over again. What was it that the amityville faculty was up to..? "I hope that they will at least explain everything--or some of it anyways.. They at least owe that to us." What was she saying? They didn't owe them anything! None of them. Mei grimaced at the thought of that cannibalistic ghoul again. "Eh? I forgot about that.. Did she..? Try again, I mean.." She was a little surprised to see he was grinning about it. Maybe he just found it all amusing now that it had all passed? Who knows.
"She isn't?" Looking around the area for the sandy skinned ghoul, she soon gave up when she hadn't seen her in sight. "Maybe she's off somewhere else?" She shrugged.
Shaking her head and shrugging, she wasn't sure herself. She just felt as though she owed him an apology for everything that had happened. Out of everything that had happened, she was at least happy to know he had made it through to the end. She thought for sure that they were all in for some sort of horrifying end, but thankfully, it never happened for him.
Peering over his shoulder as he gestured to his bag, another smile appeared at the idea of torching it all. "Sounds like a good plan to me." She added, nodding. Though, they would probably have to hold off on torching it all, just until they were convinced they weren't needed anymore.
"I think I'm going to have to make a call to my father later though.. I think I'm in some desperate need of repair." It would be difficulty to recover with the scarce amount of HP Dolls she had laying around her room, not to mention, she had seemed to misplace the one she had brought along with her.

"Yes, something of the sort was said to us as well." there may have been a bit of a sneer in her voice.
At his continued questions Mandy had the horrible realization that he hadn't known. They wouldn't have been able to make it through the fog without the mantra that it wasn't real.
"Yes. They where like reality. They could convince you of anything. It was rather, intense. Even when we knew what was happening, we couldn't get out of them, couldn't ignore them."

"Nah she didn't try again, I was feeling better when that stupid reaper showed up.." Bul snorted angrily, remembering that fight all too well and how they demolished it. "So I think she dropped the idea.." He watched as she looked and instinctively did so as well. "Maybe... probably ain't back yet, if everyone is coming back safely.." he shrugged. Hopefully that was the case and a few stragglers weren't lost permanently.
Grinning once more, the monster started to stand back up and offered her a hand. "Sounds like a good idea. Better than risking it all break off.." he shrugged. Hey he didn't know if it did or not but it seemed she was able to keep living with cracks.
A familiar shrill voice within the crowd got Bul glancing around. "Sat Sarias?" he asked with a blink... then.. OH s**t ICKY. He was gonna give that boggart a beat down if he saw him- a friendly one of course!

Grow up? Pathetic, worthless child? Junko didn't even wince for once as she was called these things, her grip on Seiji merely tightening. She was not pathetic, or worthless, or a child. She wasn't. She wasn't. And Seiji was not going to be Sarias'. It was that and the laughter that finally baited Junko into letting go of Seiji, smiling up at him as she hopped up on her tiptoes to give him a sweet kiss. "I'll be right back~." She chirped to him, giving the ghost boil an affectionate squeeze before she released him with very clear reluctance. She didn't want to let him go...
But Junko was tired of taking people's s**t.
Junko turned away from him and toward Sarias, still smiling sweetly as she clasped her hands behind her back and wandered toward the banshee. When she was close enough she rocked from heel to toe, playing up the 'child' bit just for Sarias' amusement. For now. "Hi! Sarias, right? I don't think we've actually met. My name's Junko! It's nice to meet you. Hey! Ummm, let's go over there!" Junko pointed in a random direction away from Sarias, looking as sweet and innocent as she always did. "It's really crowded here, and I'd really like to get to know you. It's kind of hard to do that when everyone's being all loud and stuff, you know?" She giggled and reached out to take Sarias' hand, keeping a tight grip on it whether the ghoul liked it or not. "C'mon~!" She chirped, humming cheerfully and leading Sarias off even if she had to force the ghoul to follow her.

"Oh good." Letting out a sigh of relief, she cringed at the idea of being eaten. Thankfully for her, she had nothing inside that would be appealing to those with an appetite. Her skin was flesh like, but not that like anyone else. "Are people still being pulled through the portal then?" It seemed the case, as new faces were starting to appear. Thank Jack they were all okay.
Watching him for a moment, her gaze shifted to his hand before reaching out and taking it. Normally, she wouldn't need help, but in this case, she would take all the help she could get. "At this rate, that probably will happen.. But, I'm sure everything will be fine once I get a hold of my father." It would be a painful recovery, but as long as she could, it would be okay by her.
Looking about at the same time as Bul, she searched for the banshee ghoul. "Sounds like she made it back as well." Smiling at the thought; though she was unsure why. So far, she really didn't care too much for her, and her attitude. Maybe it was just the idea of everyone having coming out of this trip alive?

Tahki was sure to stay as close to Amrita as she could. Though the Arctic gryphon said nothing her ears took in everything. Some how students had died and been brought to life. Admittedly the gryphoness was glad she had spent her time on the beach with Amrita and Tess instead of venturing out. Though it made the gryphoness feel a tad bad for admitting that truthfully.
Now Amrita was looking for Charlie. Tahki wish she could help but the gryphoness stood there silently looking a bit concerned. When Amrita and Christof were reunited the gryphon slipped away from Amritas side to venture on her own. Thats when she bumped in to something with pink hair.
-------------------------------------
Charlie had died. Truly died. And the demon was aware he'd died but was now confused to why if he had died he was standing right here. He'd not bothered to look for Lizzy or Mac yet because the demon was still trying to get over the fact that he'd just died. All Charlie could do was stare at his hands and wonder what it would be like to be a ghost. He never wanted to come back as one of those if thats how ghosts saw the world.
And then Tahki bumped into him.
"HEY WATCH IT!" The demon shook his fist at Tahki before catching a glimpse at her head phones. "Oooh neat head phones! Were best friends now! My names Charlie!"
-------------------------------------------
Tahki confused and unable to think of a response could only manage.
"O-oh.. T-tahki..." Then it clicked. This must be who Amrita was looking for and she swore she heard some one calling out the name Charlie just moments ago. Was this the Charlie that everyone was looking for? "A-amrita.." Tahki turned to her friend, "I-I think I found Charlie.."
