Not quite sure I'll get along with this girl, Jack thought to himself. To him, she seemed to have a very uncalled for angry attitude. "Well that was an interesting display," he said in amazement. He'd seen very few that fight like Victoria's father and he did so admirably. "Your father seems like an amazing man, I hope I'd get to meet him one day. Not so sure how I'd fair against him though."

Victoria froze outside the dorms. "Good luck finding him," she said bitterly. "He's probably in the frozen tundra or something like that." She briskly walked into the girl's dorm without another word.

Angel straightened up from where she'd been bending over a convertible's engine, tiredly wiping her sweaty forehead - which, actually, just streaked more oil across it - and sighed. She heard a growling sound, and immediately knew what it meant. She was low on fuel. Fuel, meaning the delectable treats that are eaten in order to keep the stomache filled and satisfied.
Clipping her wrench to her belt, Angel wiped her hands on her trusty rag. "I'm gonna take a break, Billy! Don't blow up the garage while I'm gone!" Billy's blonde-haired head popped up above a car. He gave her a grin and thumbs-up, then disappeared back underneath. Rolling her eyes with a slight smile on her face, Angel left for the cafeteria.
Normally, the cafeteria food was less than satisfactory but, hungry as she was, Angel thought that they looked absolutely delicious at the moment. She pondered what to eat, pacing back and forth along the table. She needed to return to work, so that meant having to eat something light, but she was feeling a bit hungrier than usually, and that called for a heavier meal. Angel sighed in exasperation. She finally settled on a sandwich filled with roast beef and mayonnaise, happily settled into a chair, and began eating.

Victoria sat heatedly on the edge of her economy-size bed, glaring at the picture of her father. "Why do you have to be so frickin' annoying?" she yelled. "Can't you get out of my life and stay out? Why did you send me to this stupid school? I hate you!" With that, she hurled the picture at the wall. The glass splintered into dozens of sharp pieces, one of them striking Victoria in the forehead. Blood streamed down her face, but she simply tied a bandana around it and trudged off to Combat.

Raya pulled the goggles off and blew on the still smoking material. She put her hand into the glove of the suit and twitched her fingers, nodding in satisfaction as the entire suit rippled, then turned the color of the table. She picked it up and left, whistling as she walked towards her room.

Angel settled back in her chair with a satisfied burp. She knew it looked pretty unladylike, but who cared? No one else was in the room except for her wonderful self. She sat back in her chair for a few minutes, eyes half-closed in a bloated, semi-relaxed state. Then she remembered what time it was and stood up, heading for the garage. As soon as she'd arrived on the outside grounds, she felt a sudden urge not to return to work just yet. Angel pursed her lips, debating whether or not to head for the garage. In the end, her urge won, and she headed for the dorms.
As she passed through the corriders and the many dorms, Angel spotted one such room at the end of the hall. Its door was ajar and, curious, Angel took a peek inside. She raised an eyebrow at the sight. There were sharp pieces of glass sitting all over the floor. Nearby, a wooden frame lay broken and, near that, a photograph, looking limp and pitiful. Angel longed to see the picture, but she wouldn't. She wouldn't sink that low. With one last look, Angel closed the door and continued down the hall.
Angel returned to the grounds once more, and the welcoming sight of the Mechanic's garage once again caught her eye. She sighed. It looked as if she couldn't avoid it any longer. She reentered the dusty place, grabbed her trusty wrench, and set to work.

Victoria shoved the door of the Combat training hall open. "Anyone in here?" she called.

Raya entered her room and threw the suit on the bed. She decided that she's put it away later. She left an wandered down to the garage, looking for something to do. She entered and ran her hand across the hood of one of the cars, "Well isn't that beautiful." She may have been Stealth Ops, but she could still appreciate a pretty vehicle.

Angel heard a voice speak. It wasn't the voice of a Mechanic, since she'd memorized the tone of each one, nor was it the voice of the automated computer set in a few advanced vehicles. She popped her head out from under the car she'd been working on, and was surprised to find a girl there, gently stroking the very automobile she'd been working on. She saw the girl start in surprise - she couldn't blame her, seeing a person pop out just a few feet from where you were standing could be pretty frightening - and spoke to reassure her.
"Uhp- sorry, didn't see you there!" Angel leaped up from her position under the car and wiped her hands on her rag. "Anything I can help you with? Picking up a car, or ordering a custom engine?"
Angel studied the girl as she spoke. Immediately, she knew which division the girl belonged in, and pretended to roll her eyes. Was there no end to these kids? Though, this girl seemed a little different from the ones she'd met previously. She didn't look as if she was trying to kill her, like that Victoria girl did. Nor did she look like she was concealing a knife in her hand, like that Devin dude who ordered a custom cycle. Deeming the girl as unthreatening, Angel relaxed her grip on her wrench and awaited the girl's reply.

The breeze felt nice. freakin cold, but nice. Requiem spun the tries on the Thick ice of the Antartic glacier enjoying himself completely. Watching the bits of snow and ice scatter everywhich way, The wide open rode was his kind of place, but the chill was starting to get in through his thick gloves. Knew i shouldn't have gone out with the top off. he muttered, the heat of his breath leaving steam in the air in front of him.
Turning the wheel he manuevered the 4-wheel drive Jeep like vehicle back to the dorms. He pulled into the compound and turned into the garage, parkiing it before taking his keys out and hopping over the still closed door. his feet landing on the thick concrete with a resounding thud. he knew that the vehicles upholstery would dry within a half hour so he started to leave before noticing two girls. one, underneath a vehicle, a mechanic definately, but the other one looked more of a Special Ops person, he knew, he drove them around a lot. Requiem walked up to the two and said in a light tone, "Hello."

Raya smiled at the girl who had been working on the car, "No, I don't need anything. I was bored and looking to skip Combat today, so I wandered down here." She patted the car, "I like shiny things. Especially shiny things that can go fast." She watched as the boy pulled in with his jeep. When he walked up she nodded to him, "Hey, how's it going?"

"It's going." Requiem said with a grin. "i'm going well, a bit cold, but well. Name's Requiem." He held out his hand for a shake. She was special ops though, so he was hoping she wouldn't be twitchy and not shake...or have a knife and try to stab him. He looked down at the mechanic with the wrench, good thing she wasn't holding it to tightly. A wrench could do some serious damage. "Hows it going with you gals?" cocking his head as he tried to keep both of them in his vision. Great thing i'm not paranoid or anything.

Raya shook his hand, "Hey, I'm Raya. And it's going just fine with me, a little slow, admittedly, but it's going." She noticed how everyone seemed a bit leery of the Stealth Op kids. What was up with that? Just because she got sent on the dangerous and extremely sensitive missions, didn't mean she was forever paranoid in the Academy.

He shook Raya's hand. "Hey Raya. It's my pleasure to meet you." Requiem said with a bow. Although she was a Stealth Op girl, she didn't seem to be as crazy as the other ones he had met. So he decided that it was best to not go uber-paranoid around her. "Well, if it goes to slow, tell me, and i'll be sure to drive fast." grinning, he patted one of the nearest vehicles causing it to send a slight echo down into the engine.
