It was sooooo hard to be evil infront of Emrich but she had to. There was an apologetic look in her eye for a moment before she fired and shot him just below his shoulder on his arm. She would tend to him later when it was safe. She then allowed herself to be grabbed by Emrich and another man. "How dare you touch me?! My mother will have your heads for this!" She screamed. Alphonse held a hand over the wound in his side. Damn that March. It didn't matter now. they had him. "Let's head out!"
Angela smiled as her earpiece buzzed. She pushed a button on it so she could speak. "Excellent. Bring them here. We will seperate Ellongoria from march once here to not raise suspicion." Erik let out a light laugh. "Oh come on. Do I look like the type of guy to just drop a lady?"

"I would hope not." May yelped again and squeezed tighter. She never did like horse back ridding. Horse frightened her period. She closed her eyes shut and hoped the ride wouldn't last for too long. Emrick winced, but understood that it had to be done. Quickly, he captured Elle and held onto her along with another of Doudou's men, but not as hard as the other must had been. He knew she wasn't going anywhere. They turned about and handcuffed both Elle and Mad March, removing all weapons before loading them onto the Flamingos. "You got it-" Chesi was stopped with she saw Alphonse clutch at his side. "Alphonsu!" She gasped loudly, teleporting immediately to his side. Now she was mad. Her eyes darted to Mad March, narrowing into an angered glare, her now yellow iris' glowing brightly. A cat like growl rumbled in her throat."Oo, are you mad, little kitty?" March grinned. At least he got something out of this. He wounded one and gained the wrath of the Cheshire.Plus, now he got to see his favorite white rabbit. "Now now, anger is not an emotion that belongs on such a pretty face."

"Hey, ease up a bit you bafoon!" She really wasn't this mean but she had a facade. The burly man glared at her and yanked her arm. "Quiet prisoner." Elle glared at him. "I'm obviously not going anywhere since you took my weapons and my pawn(march) so don't break my arm okay?" Alphonse put his finger under Chesi's chin and turned her face to look at him instead of March. "I'm fine Ches. Just a little scratch. Come, we have to get them back."
Angela stood at the entrance to their hideout with her hands clasped behind her back. "Everything is going smoothly." She then sighed. "So far..." Erik pulled the horse to a stop just outside the old white castle's walls. "We'll stay here over night then travel to the White rabbit. It's safer that way." he held out his hand to help her off the horse.

"That is fine with me." May replied, taking his hand and jumping off the horse. "As long as I don't have to ride that thing again for a while." She wobbled around, trying to walk, but fell onto her butt. She was so not use to riding a horse. He didn't like acting like this. And he didn't like how she had to be treated. "I got her from here. Go help with March." Emrick commanded the other man, picking up Elle and placing her on one of the flamingos. "Ches, think you can get us back faster?" Chesi gave a worried look, but nodded. "Yes sir." She placed Alphonse's arm around her shoulders and walked them over to the others. Closing her eyes, she concentrated and pictured the headquarters entrance in her mind. In moments, they were flying at a fast pace towards the base. Everything was a blur around them. And in no time at all, they were there, with Angela waiting at the entrance. But instead of joining the others and rushing inside, she stayed behind with Alphonse. She wouldn't be leaving his side for awhile."Oh, you found a new hide out." March nodded, "The old place was better, but I guess you couldn't stay there, now could you." He grinned. The men roughly lifted him off the flamingo and towards Angela. "Ah, Miss White. We meet again. I was hoping that we'd meet again. Time passes so slowly when you're not around. I missed you, deary."

They reached the hideout and she watched as Angela ordered Emrich to take her to a secluded cell aka a room where no one will look for her like Emrich's room coughcough. Once down the hall and away from any eyes and ears that didn't know about her her eyes softened. "i'm sorry about your arm." She bit her lip. Alphonse smiled down at Ches. "Really, I'm alright. Just gotta get it cleaned up thats all." He ruffled the girl's hair.
Angela ignored March as she ordered what to be done with Elle. Then she turned to Ches and Alphonse. "Chesi go get him cleaned up." She then looked to March. "Dungeons with him." She led the gaurds down to the dungeons where they chained March's hands to the walls to where he was on his knees. "Leave us." She commanded and they left. She stood before him. "You stole something of importance from me. Something I cannot get back." She reached out and backhanded him enough for her hand to sting. He stole her first kiss. She wasn't happy with him. Erik laughed as he watched her. "Geez, you're quite clumsy aren't chu?" he offered his hand to her again.

"It's more like I need to regain my land legs." She took his hand and stood back up. When she felt her legs were steady and ok to use, May followed the Hatter inside. "Do you think the others are ok? I didn't like that we had to leave them behind." "This? It's nothing. Don't worry about it, Elle." Emrick took off his shirt to get a good look at the new wound. "Yeah, not too bad. Though it will make a nice scar. It can join the others." He didn't have as many as some of the others in the rebellion did, but Emrick had his fair share of battle scars. "How about you? Doorknob didn't bruise you, did he?" He wouldn't be happy if he did. Unless they decided to reveal Elle's true loyalties, he couldn't do anything about it. "Yes ma'am!" She saluted. Chesi led Alphonse back to her room and sat him down on a chair. "I'll have you healed up in no time. Doctor Ches is on the case." The Cheshire rummaged through her drawers, tossing clothes left and right till she came upon her first aid kit. "Here we are." She opened it up and prepped everything, having Alphonse take off his shirt to properly tend the wound. "Alright, this may sting a little, but it will clean that gash March gave you." She slowly and carefully dabbed an cleansing wipe, wincing every time it touched him. She didn't like causing him any pain, even if it was for his own benefit like it was right now.
March took the slaps. "Geez, what the hell was that for?" He growled, looking up at her, "So now that you got me chained up, you going to beat me? How nice of you, Angela Rabbit. And I thought you wanted peace!" He was not his usual cocky self. He was angry. Angry that he was just slapped by the resistance leader and angry that he got captured in the first place.

She didn't want to be one of the ones that gave him one. She really was to kind natured. Her eyes got teary but none spilled over. She just pushed them back. She walked over to him slowly and stood infront of him. her eyes on his bare chest. So many scars were there. How many had been the doings of her mother's men? March's? or even her own? She raised a hand and traced a couple of the pinkish lines. She didn't want him to have one of these because of her but he would. And she felt terrible. Her eyes then went to his shoulder that was still bleeding a little. "Let me clean it up." Before he could protest that he could do it himself she stopped him. "Please, or this guilt may consume me and drive me mad." She gave him a small smile before motioning for him to sit on his bed. She had seen a first aid kit when she first walked in so she grabbed it and climbed onto the bed to sit on her knees beside him. Alphonse tried not laugh as Ches winced for him. It really didn't hurt that bad. The small cat seemed to forget that he was a knight a lot. "You're to kind to me Chesi."
Angela rolled her eyes. "Oh hush it. I only did it once. I'm not going to beat you up." She grabbed his chin and turned his face to view the red mark she left. "It won't bruise either." She released his face. "Would you rather I had slapped infront of all those people? Then your ego would have really been damaged." She looked down at him. It was then she realized he called her Angela. He hadn't done that since the Red Queen brain washed him into betraying her. She bent down so they were face to face. "Don't you growl at me. And don't call me Angela. You don't get that right." He probably didn't even remember anything. Probably just heard someone say it while he was around in battle. Truth was she loved him once. Truth be told there was still a part of her that loved him now but she wouldn't allow it. He'd betrayed her. Even though she tried to blame it all on the Red Queen she couldn't. Aslan had been a glorious fighter so why didn't he fight the Red Queen? As all this went through her head her eyes had softened on the outside. Erik nodded. "Oh they'll be fine. They're all good fighters and the White Knight is as mad as a box of frogs on the battle field," He laughed and led her to a small area where a hamak was set up with a fire. He lit a lighter and started a fire where the wood was set up. "Sorry it's not to luxurious. It's low profile."

May couldn't help but laugh a little, "No worries. Compared to my small apartment, this is a 4 star hotel." She took a seat in from of the fire to warm up and dry herself fully. That's when she noticed the weird mark on her ankle. "I don't remember getting a tattoo. Where did this come from?" "Elle," Emrick looked over to her with sad eyes, "It's nothing, really." But he could tell it wasn't working for her. She was still upset. "If it makes you feel better, you're the first person to actually care that you wounded me. And that is plenty for me. And I know you didn't mean to." He smiled, "You're a great girl, you know?" Chesi looked up at him, "How can I not be? We're friends right?" She carefully placed gauze over the wound and wrapped him up. "Besides, I can't count the many times you've helped me out. It's by time I repaid you." The cat girl smiled brightly as she finished up, "There we are, all done. You should be fine for a couple of hours. I'll change your dressing around 9."
"Oh don't give me that look" Aslan rolled his eyes, "If I have to be captured, I want it to be by someone strong." The old half of him was starting to seep through to talk to her. His voice was becoming less gruff and more resonant and light, close to how he use to talk in the old days. His eyes going back to it's old green color, "Don't let your guard down, damn it. This was not the leader I use to follow!" His eyes closed and when they opened again, they were back to their new red color. Aslan smirked, "But I guess we've both changed over time, haven't we?"

She just concentrated on the wound. She cleaned it with alcohol wipes and started wrapping it. She would lift his arm a little when needed and everytime she did she let her finger trail down his arm for a moment before removing it back to the wound. She looked up at him finally when he said she was the only one who cared. "I'm not great. If I was great you wouldn't be hurt because of me right now." She finished bandaging the wound and bent down and kissed the skin just above the bandage on his shoulder. Alphonse smiled. "Thank you Ches." He kissed the girl's cheek before getting up to examine his new bandage in the mirror.
Angela's widened a bit but then went cold and harsh as she straightened up. "Guess so." She turned her back to him and walked to the cell door as she slid it open. "I'll be back to question you later about the Queen and her forces. You'll be fed something to eat in an hour so don't whine." She took a step out of the cell. Erik walked over and covered it with his palm. "You have to keep this covered." He tore off a piece of cloth from his shirt and tied it over the mark on her ankle. "It's like a branding of sorts. It labels you as an oyster."

"Oyster?" May rose a brow, "What's an oyster? Maybe now is a good time to explain everything. I mean," She glanced around the area, "It doesn't look like we're doing anything thing else anytime soon." There was a lot she wanted to know. Why was she here? What were the oysters? What would happen now? "I beg to differ." Emrick replied. His face was only a bit pink, hardly noticeable. "You've risked your life and royal status to get us the stone. Not to mention being in league with us in the first place." He smiled happily, "You're great and brave. You have so much to loose, but your love for Wonderland's well being and the oysters, people who you don't even know for the most part is greater than that. I think that is amazing." Her cheek gained heat where the knights lips just were. Chesi felt her face heat up a a fresh blush appeared on her cheeks. He kissed her! She was so happy about it! Chesi had fallen for the knight sometime ago. It was hard though because of this time of war. Love was something that had to take a backseat now in Wonderland. "I-it should hold up well. Is it comfortable? I can loosen or tighten it if you need me to." "Don't be gone too long, deary. I get so lonesome without you around." March smiled sickeningly sweet. This place was bad for him. For Mad March, that is. Aslan and Mad March were two completely different people. Mad March was a personality created by the Red Queen. There was always a method to a villain's madness, and The Red Queen was behind Aslan's new identity. Torturous brainwashing was a powerful persuader. And after weeks of that treatment, Aslan was transformed. But deep down, in a part of him still untouched by Mad March, Aslan's true self was waiting to be awakened once more.

He thought she was amazing? No, he thought what she was doing was amazing. Not her. "So, you'll be the one 'guarding' me while I am here?" The plan was to keep her out of sight the most time. She was only allowed to be here, in Emrich's room and in Angela's office. Most of the resistance didn't know she was on their side. So the reason for her staying in Emrich's room and not the dungeons was that she needed guarding around the clock. Alphonse chuckled lightly at her ditzyness. "It is prefect Chesi. Thank you again." He gave her a smile. "You aren't wounded anywhere are you?" For some reason, the thought of her being hurt made him rather angry.
Angela left the dungeons without another glance at Mad March. Once back to her office, she slammed the door and collapsed on the couch she had in there to the left side of her desk. She lay on her back and drug her hands down her face. "He's not the same person anymore, Ang...." She could hear Hatter's words ringing in her ears and she repeated them over and over to herself like a mantra. As if repeating them would make her believe them.
Images filled her mind of the times before the war started. They were all happy. Yes the queen was cruel but she hadn't declared world domination on Wonderland yet. She could see herself sitting in between Erik and Aslan in Erik's tea shop just laughing away at something the Hatter said as they drank their tea. Chesi lay in Alphonse' lap purring away as she napped as he sat on the couch also dozing off. Emrich sitting by himself but not seeming to mind as he had a small smile on his face as he looked out toward the way of the Casino. Then Aslan's green eyes were all she saw as he would smile down at her, his arm around her shoulder. She could hear him teasing her about how she always checked the time or how she worried to much about being late. Oh how oblivious he was to how she felt towards him. Only Hatter knew of her feelings. And he had sworn never to tell a soul. Even back then. Those two were her bestest friends. Hatter, like her brother and Aslan, well.
Suddenly feeling anger, she growled opening her eyes, the images vanished as the queens laughing face chased the images away. She got off the couch and with a swift punch, destroyed the small table that sat next to the couch. Splinters of wood now littered the floor as she sat behind her desk, her face in her hands. This needed to end soon. For, she was indeed, going mad. Erik sighed and sat back down."Well." He took off his hat, scratched his head, then placed it back atop his head. "You're an Oyster. Oyster's are people that are brought to Wonderland from your world. You see, wonderland has changed a lot since the past. The queen brings in Oysters, that's you, for your emotions." He glanced at the sky. "Not everyone in Wonderland understands emotions. Some can barely even feel them. You see, here, emotions aren't as natural, as strong as they are where you come from. Here, emotions are like drugs. Especially the good ones like lust, passion, joy. People get addicted to them here. So the casino always needs a steady supply."

"So, they harvest us at this Casino place?" This was all starting to sound like a bad science fiction movie. May shivered. Was that what happened to her mother and Ron? Was that why they had been missing all these years? And if they were still here, were they even alive now? It had been a long time since taht horrible day. "Tell me," She gulped, fearing his answer, "Does an oyster ever loose it's emotion completely after being in the casino?" May held onto her knees and rested her chin a top them as she gazed into the fire. "It just, my mom and my older brother went missing years ago, and something tells me that they were brought here to be oysters. And if they were and their emotions have been sucked dry from them, I...." She began to tear up and hid her face in her knees, trying not to show that she was now crying. "I don't want to think of what has been done to them. What if they're..... they're dead?" Emrick smiled and sat beside Elle, "I guess so. Are you hungry at all? I can go fetch you something to eat." He tapped his chin. "Cook makes a real good mushroom stew." "Uh," Chesi looked herself over, checking every inch of her body. "I don't think so... I was a fair distance above the battle when it took place." She took one more look over and nodded. "Yeah, not a scratch on me." She frowned. "I'm just glad you weren't hurt too badly. I was really worried." She rolled into a little ball and set her head on Alphonse's lap. "Stupid Mad March. Why does he have to be so mean." Chesi pouted. "Home sweet home, isn't it, Aslan?" Mad March cackled. "Too bad it's me out here and not you. I wonder how little Angela would react if you appeared again." There was a dark madness resonating in his voice as he ranted on and on to himself. "Well you're not coming out! Only one of us can be in control, and I will always be number one. But don't worry, your dear will be in great hands, Aslan." There was another crazed cackle before Mad March began screaming in agony. Before his eyes, images of the past flashed in his vision. The old tea shop, being surrounded by his friends. Angela was even more beautiful then. Her face wasn't worn by the frustrations of war. Aslan was actually smiling genuinely and not a crazy lunatic like he was now. This was a happier time. When the Oyster run was just beginning, but the small band of fighters were still winning. Before the tragic day where the Queen began her full control and captured him. "I will not loose control to a worm like you, Aslan!" He screamed, it echoing around him.

I am a little hungry." She gave him a small smile. As he went to get her food, she brought her legs up onto the bed with her and tucked them under herself. She sat that way, with her hands clasped in her lap for awhile. Her mind drifting to this and that. Was she doing the right thing? Betraying her mother? Yes, the lady was cruel but she was still her mom. Elle did feel slightly guilty about it. She had once loved her mother dearly and followed her blindly until she grew up and realized what a monster her mother truly was. What about her father? Would he be alright without her there? Her father surely wasn't bad. But he wasn't perfect either. What would happen to her family? She would have none after they banished the queen and king away. She wasn't sure she could take over the throne as Red Queen. She wasn't sure that is what she wanted. She sighed softly and collapsed back onto the bed. She was so uncertain. Alphonse smiled softly and pet her head. "He used to be so kind. We can only hope he will stop being our enemy and return to being our friend when the queen is gone."
Angela sat behind her desk, head in her hands when Doudou came in. "You impressed with me rabbit? I did exactly as you asked." He came in with this huge grin and boisterous tone that made Angela's head hurt worse. She looked up at him when he sat on her desk. "How about a little reward Miss Rabbit." he cooed at her with suggestive eyes. "I think I deserve it." Angela wanted to gag. "The only thing you deserve is a swift kick in the arse if you don't get your filthy self off of my desk." She said in a venomous tone. Doudou scowled. "Having a bad day are we? Perhaps you should take a break and step down. Let someone capable take charge of the resi-" "I am the leader of the Resistance and will be until my demise! And even if I shall die, you would not be my predecessor." She glared at him. "Out. Now. Do not come to me again unless called for." He left with a scowl and mumbling things under his breath as he slammed her office door. She sighed and placed her face in her hands once more. She needed her Aslan back. She needed him back right now. Erik wanted to slap himself. Had he....yep....she was crying. He was always so blunt. "Ah, don't....cry." He lay his hand on her shoulder awkwardly. "I've never heard of anyone dieing like you say." He left out the part of 'oh no, they don't die. Just become zombies. Having to rely on exterior triggers to feel emotions because they lack the ability to feel it themselves now'. "Your mother as never been seen in the casino so we aren't even sure she is there. And your brother, well, I wouldn't worry about him. It was, uh, heard he escaped shortly after he came here." he tried his best to cheer the girl up. "If you....would like....I could help you find your mum." Charity work? he didn't do charity work. But a girl crying was something he just couldn't handle.

May looked up, wiping her eyes. "You would really do that? Why?" She sniffled and sat up. "Sorry. It's just, we're perfect strangers, yet you are protecting me from whatever you're protecting me from and you're now going to help me find my mother." The strawberry blond smiled and shook her head. "I haven't even gotten this kind of kindness back home." May looked over to Erik. "Thank you." "Miss Cook!" Emrick called as he entered the mess hall, "Are you in?" There was some grumbling and the sound of a few pots and pans falling before one flew towards his head. "You know, I want a break too sometimes! But There's always someone calling for me! Who is it-" The large fat woman appeared in the window into the kitchen and her attitude immediately changed. "Well, if it isn't little Emrick. I haven't seen you in weeks. Welcome home, sweet heart!" She grinned. "Hello Cook. Do you have any of your mushroom stew tonight? I'm so hungry I could eat a couple bowls." Cook smiled even brighter. "Of course I do. YOu can have as many bowls as you like, sugar." The old woman heated up the stew and placed 2 full bowls on a tray. "Come back if you want more, ok?" Emrick smiled. "Certainly. Thank you." He took the tray and returned to his room quickly. "Dinner is served, Princess." "I hope so." Chesi yawned. She purred softly as he stroked her head, rolling over and snuggling close to Alphonse. "Hey, Alphonse," She peeked up at the knight, "What do you plan to do when all this is over? Are you going to go back to training? Do you think we'll be able to find Mr. Charlie?" Charlie was another White Knight. But her was in hiding. He wasn't the bravest of the knights. In fact, her was down right cowardly. But he was awfully kind. Chesi liked him very much. He was the one that took care of her when she was only a kitten. That's how she met Alphonse. Alphonse had rescued her from a rogue Bander-snatch and since then, the two had been raising her. "No! No! I will be in control! Me! Not you Aslan!" There was one last scream before silence. The only sound was Mad March's heavy breathing. But was it really Mad March? The brunette lifted his head and in a ragged voice called out one name. "Angela...." He muttered. The bright green eyes of Aslan were greeted by the grey stone wall across from him. Aslan had no clue how long he had, but while he had control, he had to talk to Angela. He wanted to apologize for everything he had done. "An-Angela.... where are you?"
