Please remove "Soul Bullet"; that counts as a solo-skill and no one can begin with Meister skills. Any skills that can be executed without a partner count, so remove that ability. Also, your biography of Childhood and Birth are too short.

xLammy - Approved, but yes all new RPC's start out with only the essential punch and kick xD Much like how you star a game with no special moves ^^ The learning of skills is still in the works so soon you'll be able to learn the various skills you have in mind ^^
