BlackDragontheCruel personally I'm waiting for brink I ordered it and now I must be patient It is driving me insane. Although its probably only going to keep me busy a month but that's one less month till skyrim. biggrin Brink... was.... the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Just a completely 100% garbage game that just felt horribly executed, and will definitely go down as id software's biggest failure ever. Duo Nox "I'm waiting for L.A. Noire and F.E.A.R 3 to come out to sate me for a while." L.A. Noire is A-MA-ZING! F.E.A.R. 3 looks like it'll be good, but I'm still struggling to understand how Alma can be a mother and a powerful psychic.... but only have a child's body.

Millenium Joker I think that a while back, someone from my guild contacted Nerevar about joint membership. We share members between the Library and the Scars. For all of you interested in RPing in a mature, literate setting based on The Elder Scrolls (up to just after the events of Oblivion), drop a join application and we'll go from there. We shall be putting up a banner or a thread to notify that we ARE affiliated with the Elder Scrolls Library.
You are correct, I believe it was Jaydine that sent me that PM.
I've kinda given up on RPing since I've been busy hunting for a job.

I rented it from the local Video Store(They held if for us so we were the first to play it because we're special~) but, I'll have to rent it again so I can finish it, that or my sister will be buying it.
She doesn't have a child's body, she was shut away around the age of 8 and since she never really matured mentally or anything even when she grew physically her image of herself was a still a child. So when she projected herself she appeared as she believed she was - a child. That was until she discovers her own body at the end of F.E.A.R and realizes what her true form is. And she was only ever take out twice after she was shut away - when she was 15 to give birth to Point Man, then a year later to Fettel and I doubt she got a good look at herself to see how her body had changed then if she even remembered the events. I also believe she was 26 when she physically died. So, yeah."

It's not the fetish gear that makes me hooked on that game, it's the fact that strangely, it has some of the best combat systems in recent history that I can think of. Sure, I beat the main story in about 9 hours, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a freaking AMAZING game.

But I love complicated plots, with many twists. Especially if it's twisted and creepy.
And I never played Bayonetta, it never interested me. I don't particuly like games where you play as a female, the character tends to piss me off(but most RL females piss me off anyway)."

Urgh. Scrap this entire comment.
I don't have the energy to waste that would be a requirement in this endeavor.

I say give it a try. Believe me, Bayonetta WILL piss you of as a character (her voice was grating, and I LIKE women with English accents) but try to look past that and pay attention to the convoluted storyline and amazing combat mechanics. There's a reason it was on a lot of people's top 10 lists of games of 2010.

But, voices are fine, as long as it isn't someone trying to make a high pitched girl's voice, like anime dubs and such."

So...I started playing Echo Bazaar awhile back, kind of sort of didn't get it at first and then abandoned it for a while. I just picked it up again and am having great fun playing it. Does anyone else play? Currently I am in a state of some confusion because I felt like finding out what happened when your nightmares became life threatening (not that that's something to be worried about really, death is cheap). It is GLORIOUS. Edit: Of course, I feel like I'm becoming ill so I may be going into a state of some confusion myself.

I will say it takes some getting used to. You get dropped right in the middle of things and can go off doing whatever - no really clear goals or whatnot, at least at first. I believe I like the tone of the game the most. The humor, not slapstick but not too dark...I don't know.
Perhaps it's the puzzle element I also like -shrugs-
