TheXFactor Tyson watched as E Rock came at him shot a leg up going for a Flash Back Kick. Just before it connected Tyson dropped down off the apron. *E Rock kicked nothing but the air. His hatred for Tyson overwhelmed his desire for the Intercontinental Championship. Rolling out of the ring, he came at Tyson, going for a flurry of punches.* Ref: 1....

Tyson playfully backed up as E Rock charged at him. As soon as he went for a punch, Tyson ducked. He stepped forward, stopped, and spun around. The Ruff Ryda then instantly went to wrap his hand around E Rock's head, and place one on the small his back. Looking to throw E Rock back into the ring. Tyson wasn't out here to fight, more or less mess with E Rock.

Tyson backed up the ramp once again in an almost playful manner. He held his hands out taunting E Rock to come get him. As he charged at him with a chair. Tyson stopped half way up the ramp, and reached under his hoodie, and pulled out a Glock 9. from his belt. He held it to the side, and pointed it right at E Rock as he had a stern look on his face. "Wat *****! Try sometin' b***h!" The crowd let out a gasp in unison as they couldn't believe it.

*It wasn't the first time that E Rock stared down the barrel, but he was surprised that Tyson brought the hood here. He stopped in the middle of his pursuit and glared at Tyson. The ref immediately stopped the match, giving the bout to Brandon for an unspecified reason. Security rushed around E Rock and Tyson. E Rock glared at Tyson.*
*****, you can't beat me in a regular match so you'll have to bring a gun here? You're more pathetic than I thought, dawg. Come on! Shoot me! My whole crew of Oakland niggaz will be all over you. You's a dead man!

Tyson smiled as E Rock dared him, and called him out about the gun. "Well if dat ain't da pot callin' da kettle black. Sneak attacks, chairs... I simply came out here to watch da match, and you come at me like dat. *****, I wasn't here to fight, but you *****... I didn't leave da streets to deal with niggas like you. But you *****... Bring out da thug in me." Tyson said as security surrounded both Tyson and E Rock, keeping they're distance so that they wouldn't provoke Tyson to actually discharge the weapon.

*A gang of security guards surrounded E Rock and began to pull him back. E Rock continued to scream obscenties at Tyson.*
I wish you would, *****! I wish you would pull that trigger, *****. This ain't over! *****, you done! You done!
*Fearing that shots would ring out, security guards promptly mobbed E Rock and literally dragged him away toward another exit. Other guards tried to talk Tyson into giving up the gun.*

As security slowly approached Tyson with pleas to relinquish the firearm, Tyson slowly shook his head, and with a smirk. He stuffed the gun back into his waistline. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet. Opening it up, he pulled out a card from one of the slots. "CCW Bitches!" Tyson then began to C-walk with the card in his hand. "Can't touch this! I've moved on up to da Eastside!" Tyson said with a excited and happy tone, laughing as he practically danced up the ramp and to the back. The security couldn't do a thing. He was legal to carry the gun, and because he had the CCW he couldn't be labeled a public threat. On top of that E Rock instigated the fight and gave Tyson legal action to defend himself at any cost. What really made Tyson happy was the fact that he got under E Rock's skin and forced him out of the Intercontinental Title scene.

Brandon gets up in the ring as he is declared the winner, then looks up at the strange events taking place. not exactly the decisive win he was looking for, but he's now number one contender for the intercontinental title at least
