 Justin's face was inches away from Rays "sorry about that" he said still not moving away. He had never been so close to anyone before, and he kinda liked it. He blushed, and smiled at Ray. He got off of her, and sat near her, forgetting about the game. "Sorry, did not mean for that to happen, I hope your okay" his face was still red from before, and he could not stop himself from blushing. Justin's body shook, waiting for Ray to reply.

Ray's eyes seemed to dilate at the closeness of another. "It's....okay...." she said, almost lost in the moment. A blush creeping across her face as he got off her. "Yeah, It's okay....I forgot my wings weren't there." Ray said while scratching the back of her head. She looked around to see if anything was hurt, only a cut on her arm. "Nope, looks like i'm alright. Just a cut on my arm, but its nothing." Ray laughed lightly, to her the cut was nothing, but to anyone else it might have been a major cut. She didn't think much of it since she has had way worse. She looked over at Justin and laughed. "That was fun."

Justin looked at the cut "I am sorry, if you want I can heal it up". He felt something stirred inside of him, something he had not felt in a long time. Justin could not place a name to this feeling, and it bugged him. Justin did not want to admit it, but he was starting to like Ray. He scooted closer to ray, and looked around, before leaning in to kiss her.

Ray smiled at him. "It'll be okay." She placed her hand over the cut. She felt Justin get closer, his proximity causing her heart to pound. What was this feeling, it was very new feeling. She watched closely as Justin leaned in close. His lips met her's as her feathers seemed to fluff up at the feeling. Ray relaxed into the feeling, this was her first kiss. Except from her brother, but that was mostly to save her from death. She had heard stories from her brother and other sources about a first kiss, but it was better then anyone could have explained.

Justin embraced Ray, and using his tail, pulled himself closer to her. The kiss seemed to go on forever, and he hoped it would never end. His mind raced, so many thoughts when flying in his mind. What if Graves was watching? What would he do? Justin pulled his lips away from her "how did this happen, I don't know a thing about you, and yet you bring such a feeling of peace and love out of my heart" he smiled, Justin never believed in love at first sight, until now.

Ray shut her eyes, enjoying the moment. Her hand had found it's way into Justin's as they kissed. Tengu are known for their loner attitudes, often only taking a mate if they feel the need. But Ray was both Tengu and human, so her emotions towards everything was a bit off. She wasn't really sure how to feel about, but that didn't matter. As Justin pulled away from the kiss, Ray's eyes slid back open. "Well....i could be the fact of my race....."She bit her lip gently. "I'm kind of a forest guardian of japan, A Tengu. We're half bird and half human, often times sed....."Rays face grew bright red at remembering something about her kind. "Your....your not a monk or priest are you?" She looked a bit worried at Justin, since Tengu were often known to seduce people of great importance in religions and usually caused their down fall.

 Justin looked at ray with a confused look, and then started to laugh. After a few seconds he spoke "no, not a monk or a priest, I'm a blacksmith" he smiled, and gave her a quick kiss. It might be the forest spirit inside of her, or maybe it was because both came from seductive lines of demon, but he could care less about why, only what it could lead too. That was if Graves was ok with it, and did not try to kill him. Justin wanted to look around to see if Graves was near by, but he could not take his eyes off of Ray and her wonderful sent filled his nose with such power, it over came him. He never wanted to be apart from that sent and Ray. His inner fox demon soul was coming out, and he loved the sensation of it.

Ray breathed a sigh of relief when he said he wasn't a monk. It made her feel better since it meant that she didn't force him into this. Her feathers fluffed up again at the quick kiss, her blush began to retreat from her face. Ray wasn't sure how to show affection, but she knew one way. She nuzzled her face against Justin, it was a birds way of showing their affection. Ray wasn't to sure how love worked, but so far she was liking it. She cocked her head at him, wondering what he was doing staring at her. "you okay, justin?" she said curiously.
Graves had returned to their fire, he had been digging a shallow grave. "hmmmm....i wonder what those two are doing?" he smiled and leaned on his shovel. "it wouldn't normal take this long to catch Ray, but he figured they might need sometime alone. His eyes glinted as he looked up at the sky. "Mom you would be proud of when we've done and become."

Justin smiled "I'm fine", He welcomed her nuzzle, and let out a little purr of delight. "Today was such a great day" he looked up threw the trees at the moon. He could not explain his feelings towards Ray, but he knew it was something great. He looked back at her "maybe we should head back to the fire, its starting to get cold out here". He stood up, holding out a hand to pull her up with him.

"Good." Ray smiled sweetly back at him.She was new to foxes and the way they act. She giggled at the purr. "I'm glad that today was a great day." She looked up at the moon, her brain kicking in about what time it was and how far away the sunrise was. She blinked her blue eyes and took his hand. Standing up with Justin, Ray yawned. "yeah, if we wait any longer Graves is gonna come out here and kidnap me." She could almost laugh at the idea. Since all it took to deter Graves from kidnapping her was a small rock to the head. Ray kept her hand in Justin's hand and started to walk towards the fire.
Graves was brought out of his world by noises in the forest. He quickly started to wipe his eyes with the back of his arm. Man, he was crying. That wasn't very manly or older brother like.
(Go to bed Justin....It'll still be here in the morning =P)

Justin looked towards the glow of the fire and began to worry. He continued to walk with Ray "Graves won't do anything rash" he asked her as they got closer. (i know its short, sorry)

Ray slowed down at Justin's question. "He shouldn't do anything rash." She gave him a small smile. " He might try and scare you, but he won't do anything rash....." She stopped for a second to think, he was rather manic, but he wouldn't be that crazy. She shook her head. "No , he won't. He might hug you really hard, but he's a sweet guy."
Graves was still trying to wipe the tears from his face. The thought of their mom, always did this to him. Mostly because it was an unsolved crime and also a senseless one. He was just glad he made it out with his sister, he might have otherwise have gone insane.

Justin hoped Ray was right, he did not want any hurt feelings between Graves and him. He walked out of the dark forest and into the light of the fire, still holding Ray's hand. He noticed Graves wipe something from his eyes but just smiled "sorry it took so long, its been a odd night" he said using his free hand to rub the back of his head. (ok I edited it lol)

Graves stood up right and turned around. "Hey you two." He looked at the two of them holding hands and he leaned on his shovel. "I see, i better it has been a odd night. " He gave them a smirk, slinging the shovel over his shoulder, getting up out of the shallow grave he had dug and walked over to the pair. "You know mom would have murdered me if i let you go off in the forest alone with a boy. "
Ray cocked her head at her brother, he seemed to be doing something other than getting a place to sleep ready. She pouted a him, it was a her way of saying 'don't go there.' Of course Watching her brother of get out of the grave and walked over to them. And he went there, Ray's face turned bright red. "Shud up, Jak!" She punched him hard in the arm. Ray was always more violent and expressive around Graves.

Justin laughed at Ray and Graves "this might take some getting used to". He looked at the grave "what might I ask is that for" he said pointing to it. He was a bit confused by what Graves said about there mother. "did something happen to your mother" he asked Ray.
(sorry it took so long, watching Face Off, on syfy)
