Technique Name: The Final Form
Description: The final transformation to which occurs to Reaver, in order to cause him to take on his final form. The humane features he had been holding onto are quickly ripped away, as he takes on the full appearance of the Changling race, while keeping the same internal components that he held before. Gaining further armor like abilities, consisting of odd guard like things over his shoulders and a more muscular frame. As far as his cybernetics go, he has been full filled with such useful things such as a dispenser for the Senzu Beans and Ensenji fruit, directly into his mouth as soon as he needs one of them. He also has the Dragon Radar infused directly into his brain, allowing him to have an extra sensory perception for the location of any and all dragon balls. This form is considered to be his 'perfected' evolutionary form. From this form, he begins to tap into the abilities that make him something along the lines of Cell once again. Advancing off his previous abilities to absorb those that he has killed around him, he becomes able to gain more power with each person [RPC] he absorbs. Upon killing an absorbing an opponent into himself, he gains stat points equal to the difference between his lowest level stat, and the same stat of the person he has absorbed. That being said, if he kills someone and absorbs them, and his defense is 10, while their's was 11. He would then gain that one defense stat point onto his score. This ability is currently limited to only being able to gain a maximum of 5 stat points upon a kill, and that is only if there is that large of a difference between his and his opponent's stats. These stat points are then transfered to a pool separate from his own. When his over all ki pool goes below 15% of it's total, he will enter a transformation to the likes of a "hyper mode" where his ki will explode around him, actually seeming to flicker like electricity and all stats he has obtained from his kills will be added onto his pool. This hyper mode will last for 5 posts.
Activation Cost: Absorbing the deceased. 'Hyper Mode': 15% Ki remaining. Duration: 5 posts

Description: A variation off of the Chocolate Beam technique, the Henka Grasp causes Neo Majin to actually be able to change any object into any other object simply by touching it. As such, he can lift something as simple as a twig, and morph it into a blade to be used in battle. Or grab hold of an opponent's weapon, and change it into a scattering of flowers. This technique is limited virtually to Neo's own imagination.

Technique Name: DAA: Symbiote
Description: Mr. Game and Watch has a special ability that some refer to as the "living costume" because of the way the amorphous creature envelopes his hosts and can act as clothing or a costume. He can bond with a host lending his own power to the host. Mr. Game and Watch acts as an extra layer of defense to the force of attacks and adding on to the strength of the host. But if the host is an enemy Mr. Game and Watch can use the symbiotic technique to suffocate an enemy or constrict the movement of the enemy. Once Mr. Game and Watch bonds with a host he can’t be removed through physical strength. Even if Mr. Game and Watch bonds with a host they are still separate entities so he can be doing one attack while the host is doing something else
Activation Cost: 1,000 Ki Points per post

How much of an increase, and how much of a decrease when he's 'attached'?

What ever the defense and strength of Mr. Game and Watch is.

This one is fine, but only if it drains 1000 per post from Mr. Game and Watch, to be on an ally/opponent. that way he's not being used as just another armor, limitlessly. xp

Technique Name: AAA: Daken Akihiro
Description: Zhou possesses another unique ability, the full nature of which is unknown. Zhou has demonstrated the ability to manipulate his pheromones for the purpose of suppressing his own scent to such a degree that even enhanced senses are unable to detect him. He can also use his pheromones to manipulate the emotional state and sensory perceptions of other beings. He has been known to use this power to instill intense fear, happiness, depression, and a false sense of security to other beings. His pheromone powers appear to be physical in nature, not psyonic.
Activation Cost: Passive

So this basically allows him to use his pheromones to cause the opponent to mistake him to be in places he's not? Through the means of "illusions" or is he really being in that place, though not? I'm a little confused around it.

Alright got rid of the moving part

Technique Name: AAA: Deceleration Nimbus
Description: This is a speed altering ability that Zhou has. When an opponent is in Zhou’s presence during battle their speed is consistently getting lower due a calming toxin being released from Zhou. The toxin makes the opponents will and motivation to fight deteriorate as a battle continues. The Deceleration Nimbus is always in effect so it affects allies as well.
- Decrease opponents speed by one per post
Activation Cost: Passive

I'm going to have to say no..
It really makes no sense, that an increase in adrenaline will cause the opponent's speed to actually lower..

Technique Name: AAA: Paragon Speed
Description: A fighting technique invented by Lord Zhou that’s based off of King Kai’s Kaio-Ken technique. It is a technique that multiplies the user's speed for a "heart beat", enabling them to inflict serious damage to opponents who are considerably stronger than them. While in the state, the ki aura’s color becomes orchid. The technique however has its substantial flaws, such as if the user multiplies their base speed too much, the uprise of speed could easily obliterate them, or severely damage their body.
- Each level up increases speed by 3 and defense by 1. If Zhou goes past Paragon Speed x10 he’ll die, the max is Paragon Speed x15
- Going past Paragon Speed x4 will quickly exhaust the body in a short time
- Going past Paragon Speed x7 will severely damage the body (Torn muscles, damaged cells, etc)
- The speed increases for a "heart beat" with that being said the effects of Paragon Speed only lasts one post before it has to be used again.
- Can't be used in conjunction with other temporary power ups or transformations.

Activation Cost: 2,500 Ki Points

Make it a cost of 2500 ki, and I'll accept this.
As it stands, It seems rather strong, even if the effects are as stated. +16 just to exhaust the body, is a good deal of adaptation as is.

Character Name: "Reaver" Android C1

Technique Name: Acidic Inorganics
Description: Reaver was created within the labs of the Red Ribbon Army, and as such his body is hardly that of a normal human, changling or android for that matter. Instead of his body being filled with the normal red blood, or other such bloods of alien races. His body is actually filled with a purple acidic substance which continues to fuel his body and allow him to function through almost anything that happens to him. This rapidly reproducing fluid functions like blood in all aspect aside from one. It has the ability to melt through almost any substance other then Reaver's own bio-structure. Making it a sinister substance to get onto anyone or any one's weapon. Naturally with Reaver being a more close range fighter, he has turned this substance to his own advantage. Being able to flick his blood at opponents or even allowing himself to receive damage in order to harm opponents or destroy weaponry. Normal weapons stand no chance against this acidic fluid, but ancient or special weapons can last up to five posts before they degrade and break away. [As a way to be nice, the opponent who's special weapon/etc. that breaks when fighting Reaver. Will gain it back the day after the end of the battle.]

Technique Name: Toxin Mastery
Description: This technique allows for Attor's toxic abilities to be able to increased in strength and duration in order to make him more deadly. For each rank that he reaches, two turns will be added onto the clan based abilities of his toxins, allowing such techniques as his Ki Seal, and his Confusion techniques to last for more then the standard three posts they normally lasted. This mastery also adds on a single stat to be subtracted[Or added in case of Enhancer Haze] from the opponent, for every rank he gains. As such he can increase the hazardousness of his Toxicity, Speed Reducer, and the enhancements of his Enhancer Haze respectively.
Activation: Whatever it costs to activate one of the techniques.

Technique Name: The Phases
Description: This ability actually allows for Attor to gain a better adaptation with his techniques. This ability allows for Attor to be able to change the state of his technique from anything between a solid to a liquid to a gas, or anything in between that he deems needed. As such, it greatly increases how he could go about attacking with his own clan abilities.
Activation: 200 Ki to change forms after activation. 100 Ki added to activate with a different form.

Character Name: Rogue
Race: Humanoid Animal
Classification: Ninja Academy

Technique Name: Light Refraction
Description: A specialized technique created by Rogue in order for him to better be able to assassinate his opponents. What this technique does, is cause Rogue to be able to use his own ki as a thin layer across his body, something hardly noticeable to those with even a strong sense of ki sensing. This layer of ki is actually used to scramble the light around his body, making it seem to actually be able to pass right through him. By doing this he actually becomes able to turn himself invisible to the naked eye, of course this does not mean other means of seeing him are not available. He can still be smelt, and he can still be noticed if it is raining or some other condition like the imprint of his feet in snow or grass. This technique functions better as a means to move away from the opponent in order for him to attack better, since he does not use his ki in an offensive way, outside of his own clan moves.
Activation: 1000 Ki to turn invisible. 200 Ki per turn to stay invisible. Attacking breaks invisibility.

Technique Name: Henka Glow
Description: This technique is an internal technique used by Neo Majin. What it is able to do, is actually allow Neo to change the very nature of his own body, or even how he appears all together in an instant, and into anything he wishes. It could be considered a stronger form of manipulation combined with his Henka Beam technique. With this, he can make himself become any substance or anybody with a simple thought and a small use of ki.
Activation: 500 Ki.

Activation Cost: [If Any] Since the body is pushed beyond what it should be, the body has to compensate and shut down vital power supplies. Thus, only techniques rendered by the Makyan's race can be used once Natural Aptitude is used. This technique can only be used ONCE PER DAY (In Game).

Energy swirls around her as she spins toward the target, then it would seem to appear like a creature was rushing down at its target. This would sometimes cause the opponent to freeze in confusion.

There is basically a technique like this in Paprika Wasteland for the 2star dragon.
And personally, I find this to be something that would be created by that particular dragon... Since that dragon is all about toxins and what not.

Technique Name: BAA: Lunar Destruction
Description: Vi launches an intangible moon that's an alternative version of the Power Ball. The moon drains the ki from enemies but unlike the Power Ball it's effects are ineffective against those with of the Phantom Faction. At first it is very slow, but the rate increases over time until, after several minutes, the enemy's chance of survival is nothing short of pitiful. Whether they are E-Class or S-Class, none can survive this technique for very long once it has been active a short while (Five posts). The opponents ki is released into the air as moonlight visible to all.
Activation Cost: 1500 Ki Points
I would prefer the minutes would be changed to a number of posts.
It doesn't make sense with minutes, because time is hard to justify in RP.

Does it function in the same way as the power ball, other then being able to allow the transformation effect? Just wondering.
Approved if you make the cost a consecutive 1000ki lost after the initial activation, per turn. And hte activation being 3k. Otherwise, all you have to do is go intangible for 5 turns and you win. xp

I guess it functions the same way. I wouldn't go intangible for five posts, I'd have nothing to write about. I'll scrap this one if I have to take a certain amount since it will be pointless against stronger people.


Technique Name: BAA: Lunar Phase
Description: The body of the person using this technique is transformed, along with clothes and weapons, into moonlight. They are completely incorporeal and cannot touch or be touched by physical objects or forces. They cannot pass through solid surfaces, but can "flow" around objects as if they were made of mist. Physical injuries are rapidly healed if the user is in strong moonlight, but the ki drain on the user is continuous.
Activation Cost: 1500 to activate, 500 to keep up

Technique Name: Trained Compression
Description: In his brief time training, Veyron learned that the more difficult things are while training, the stronger you become for it. With this in mind, Veyron formulated a technique to make his training as hard and crucial as possible. Just like demons learned to compress their true forms, he learned to go further, and to compress his compressed form. In doing so, he takes the full appearance of a human, his hair changing to black, and his skin changing to a regular humans pale pink. Just like his compressed demon form is weaker than his true demon form, this form is weaker than that. While in this form his stats are halved. However, due to being forcibly compressed, for a short while after he releases it his power flares, and his strength is slightly increased for a short while. (when released his stats go back to normal and are then increased by an amount equal to their compressed state. If the stat is naturally 10, then it is compressed to 5, and upon release is increased to 15 for 3 posts and etc.)

Activation Cost: (If it needs one, then 50 Ki per point "released" upon activation, so that it scales and the cost increases as he gets stronger.)

Classification: Bio Android. Human DNA.

Technique Name: Connect V 2
Description: Unlike the first version of connect, The wires inside Zed’s body will rise up threw her body and connect to the end of each finger tip. When activated the skin on her finger tips will be torn off, pushing the wires out from them and launch at the opponent or item. The wires them self can cause damage due to them being made from razor wire, and have small hooks connected at the ends. If they cannot hook to anything then they will simply be pulled back in to her fingers.
