Again, a movie? Seriously? This is really starting to get on his nerves. Well, expect the unexpected. He escorted her out, passing through the alleys. Thinking real hard about what movie to see. He saw the twinkle, and quickly remembered a romance movie. Well, why not? Well, then again, he could go to this new movie, a horror one. But finally, he went for The green Marsh. She would like it. Since, a girl is a girl. After all. No matter how ridiculously hot they were. ...

"Movie! Yes! There's a awesome new one out tonight. It's a scare film about a demon who finds herself trapped among a bunch of ballet dancers. Even worse - they are children!"

c. Pretty Spirit Steve choked on his own hair for a second. "Um-" he stammered, trying to think of the best movie out right now- "how about Pretty Spirit, babe? Lust is a dangerous form of romance, after all. I bet you could make it happen a lot better. Maybe you could tell me."
As they came to a stop in front of the theater, Steve looked at his passenger and winked roguishly.

“Uhh.” Steve found himself trying to think of previews he had seen. He really wanted to see the cartoon 3-D movie that recently came out, but he didn’t want to admit that. A tear jerker maybe he could see her softer side, maybe she’s not the demon she pretends to be… but maybe she is and will kill him before the movie starts.
“Pretty Spirit, ghost love something blah.(c) I think it will be good none the less.”

B. Meet the Skellies
Steve gulped, keeping up impressions with Lust was hard work. Taking a deep breath as he opened the door for her he nearly chocked at the mention of going to the movies. He quickly tried to think of what was out right now. "Ah..." the last picture he had seen showed a preview of a Comedy...that should be good right? Could provide a good laugh, and girls loved to laugh right...? "I was thinking Meet the Skellies, looked alright," Steve stated pretending he hadn't just thought of it right then and there only because he couldn't remember what else was out at this time.

b. Meet the Skellies - a Comedy about a reaper meeting his new skeleton inlaws.
"Meet the Skellies," Steve responded, one of the first things he'd said all night. He didn't think kid movies would go over too well, and demon-themed movies just seemed like a bad idea as well. Comedy was probably their best bet, and everyone else had raved about how awesome Meet the Skellies was....

A movie?! Crap, he was going to do other things like...take her out for a drive...and...um, maybe grab a bite to eat? Well it was a good thing she was an assertive woman who knew what she wanted! What had he seen lately in previews that could work for her? He had to think quickly. Quickly now! Couldn't let her think he hadn't planned to take her to a movie! "We're seeing," Think, Steve! Think! What did smoking hot avarice demon chicks named Lust like to watch? Something awesome. Something sexy. Porn? No, not porn. No way. That was trashy. "Frightday the 13th." He finally blurted out. It was the first movie that came to mind! A horror movie. Chicks liked horror movies right? They didn't mind them? Crap! Steve flashed her that charming smile again, offering Lust his arm so they could maybe finally leave. "If it gets too scary for you, you can always just hold on to me. I'll keep you safe." And if she got cold she'd get his jacket. It was the gentlemanly thing to do. Another glance was cast down at her, um, chest...area...and he almost hoped she'd get cold.
Almost.
He couldn't forget about Lilith! This date meant nothing!

A movie, huh? Steve should been used to the idea of Lust pretty much taking over the date by now, and yet he still found himself frantically searching for an answer for her. His eyes darted to the passing billboards, he hoped he would find a poster for any movie that was currently out.
"Well I was thinking," no not that one, " of...Pretty Spirit?" He eyed the billboard skeptically, it wasn't something he would go see but if she liked it...

Oh, movie. Um... Um... Romance, ghouls liked that, didn't they? There was one that had come out recently... But he didn't want to waste money on that, even if it was on a date with her. They liked drama too, but he'd probably fall asleep or something and that would ruin this whole thing. Now comedy, that was something he could tolerate. And he'd heard good things about Meet the Skellies... But she was less than amused by anything else he had done so far, so he didn't think comedy was the best course of action either. What did that leave??
"Oh, I was thinking e. Frightday the 13th." Yes! He'd already seen it and knew all the scary parts, so he could be prepared to act brave whenever she got scared, if she got scared that is. Who knows, she might even cling to him.

E. Frightday the 13th
In spite of his previous line of thinking, Steve heaved a sigh of relief when Lust didn't appear disgusted with his method of transport. But what was that about a movie? His mind raced as he steadied the bike while she boarded, scrambling to remember what was playing, what they were about, and even what she might like to see. A hint would have been awesome just then, his gloved palms sweaty as he turned them toward the theater. "I heard that Frightday was pretty good?" He half-stated, half-suggested, honestly more tempted by the HTSYH possibility, but figuring a dainty lady probably wouldn't dig a so-called kiddie film.

Steve's brows arched slightly at her question about his ride. He did note her amusement though, which was better than disgust. "Yes. Yes, I do." He stated with a toothy grin before sliding into the driver's seat.
Movie? A movie! He hadn't even thought about a movie. What had he seen and heard of recently? Glancing at Lust as he pulled away from the curb, he began weighing his options. She didn't really strike him as a kiddie movie goer, maybe not comedy so much either. Considering her, well, just her in general, a romance flick might work. A weepy drama might get her aggravated, what with the potential for ruining make up and the like. Besides, he didn't think he'd live it down if he got misty eyed. Not that it would ever happen!!
"Frightday the 13th. I heard that it's a real scream." A horrifying tale might be cool and it would provide an excuse for innocent groping. Wait...what?! He did not just think that! Perhaps, sometime he would have to offer her his blazer. Bad, thoughts, bad! Lilith! You're all for Lilith!

e. Frightday the 13th
Steve thought fast on his feet, flipping through the movies he'd seen previews for recently before picking the perfect one.
"Frightday the 13th," came his answer, pausing for a moment before lifting an eyebrow again a little cockily, "Not too scary for you, is it?" he added a little sarcastically, his new-found confidence boosted by that twinkle in those... amazing... eyes...
Lust didn't seem the type to be interested in any of the other genres he could think of. She didn't seem like the crying type (he doubted she'd even care if she got dumped -- she could find another guy ... or girl... in ten seconds flat) and he just could not see her laughing at a comedy. Lust and romance didn't seem to go together too well either (she might laugh harder at a romance than at a comedy...) and a cartoon would just show off how completely juvenile he was. Besides, he could see it now... sitting in that dark theatre... her gasping in fright at all those eight year olds in their pink tutus, turning to bury her face into his blazer, clutching at him... him wrapping his arm around her shoulder comforting...
He got lost in his fantasy for a good three minutes before coming to, hoping she didn't catch his momentary day-mare.

This was really happening, he was really going to have to take her on a date..she wasn't trying to fake him out. His palms continued to sweat and he tried to keep his grip on the scooter's handles.
"I was thinking Frightday the 13th," He envisioned her snuggling up next to him in fear, he might even be able to pretend to yawn and put his arm around her like they do in the dumb romance movies.
"That wouldn't scare you, would it? I mean, we can pick something else if you want." He tried to act considerate, but everything else that was out didn't end with the vision of her hopping into his lap in fear.

He always had trouble choosing movies. He wasn't too sure HE would enjoy a chick flick, even if she would, and even if he were able to endure it... he wasn't too sure his date would see right through his intentions to please her. Cartoon movies were probably a good choice... if he weren't trying to at least romance her up. Comedies were fine, but not what he was looking for in a date, sadly.
He'd initially wanted to get tickets for the horror film, thinking that having a pretty girl hopefully clinging to his arm would probably be particularly... entertaining. However, when he'd checked earlier, he was pretty sure the tickets had sold out; his only other choice was The Green Marsh. He just hoped she didn't mind the fact he tended to get overemotional with movies and would probably silently tear up (granted, he would likely later deny doing so).
"I though the Green Marsh would be... a good watch," a pause, "I just hope you brought tissues."

This was the worst part of the date for him. Steve had NO idea what kind of movie that Lust would like and he knew how horrible it was to have to watch a movie that you had no liking for. He immediately removed the ideas of The Green Marsh, Pretty Spirit, and How to Scare your Human because those did not seem like the types of movies she was into. Now, should he do the light hearted Comedy or the horror movie. Oh god. It was obvious. "I got us tickets for Frightday the 13th. I heard the demon lead was great." God. He hoped that she would like this movie.
