"Alright Gal it sounds like a plan. Wait here I'll head up this rock and see how many there are around the entrance." Dev started climbing the rocks as quickly as he could. Once he reached the top he took out his sniper rifle and checked how many enemies there were, sadly he only had to scope once to find out which was bad considering there was a big gap between Dev and he base. "Hey gal your not going to like the odds, 20 to . there's about 100 to 200 grunts out there. Apparently the covenant are amassing the troops to take the ship."

After the room cleared, Kaz got to work with the bomb. Shi started to gather intel the Covenant had. Lucky, he a had a translator on him. Looks like they sent two motherships. One is here and another that is under attack by some of Noble team. "The bomb is set let's get going," Kaz said.
"Alright let's head back to Dev and the others,"
We went back the way we came, but this time there was chaos. Grunts ran around like their head we cut off, Jackels had their shields up and were ready to fight, Skrimishes were jumping off the walls and Elites were investigating their own way...

"Well" said Galain upon hearing Dev's report "It doesn't seem like we're going to using the front door. Are there any ventilation shafts we can sneak into?"

Dev looks for a vent system and see one about 50 yards from the base behind some medium sized rocks. "Yeah it's a little ways from the base but we should be able to get in from there. After we do i'll upload the map to our helmets." Dev started working his way back down and got in the warthog. "Let's go!"

"Alright, lets go secure that ship." Galain jumps into the back of Warthog and signals that he is ready. Arriving at the vent Galain sighs in disbelief at the size of vent. "This vent is rather on small side, we'll barely fit into it. Want to go first? You do have active camouflage which might be handy if there is something on the other side of this shaft."

Dev activates his camo and heads down the vent shaft, once he gets to the bottom he looks around. Seeing nothing he drops down out of the vent and deactivates his camo radio'ing to Gal that it's all clear. He then starts uploading the map for the base to their systems.

Kaz and Shi tried 2 sneak away using another phatom, but 2 Field Marshels stopped them.
"Wort, wort, wort!" A tall, blue field marshel said, er worted.
"Quick, get into a Banshee, I'll catch up with you," Kaz wispered to Shi. Then he Sparta kicked the blue Field Marshel and disarmed the stunned one. Shi jumped into a Banshee and flew towards Dev location. Soon 4 other banshees came after him.
"Arg, so much for a hit and run mission." Shi said while turning around to face his stalkers.

"Lovely" Galain sighs. "I really hate tight places." Galain takes a quick inventory of what he had. "4 clips for my Magnum, 3 clips for the AR, a grenade, the drop shield, and my med-kit including the 2 shots of my special meds." Galain looks into vent again. He then responds to Dev. "Ok, I'm on my way down." Galain then starts to lower himself into the vent when he hears distant plasma fire. He turns head towards the sound to see 5 Banshees coming towards his position. "Not good!" Galain was about to drop into the vent when he notices that one of the banshees is ahead and the other 4 seemed to be shooting at it. "Dev, hold on for a minute. I think we're about to have some visitors."

"These guys are persistant! And where all the grunts come from! They really put the breeding into overdrive!" Shi said while trying to land the banshee, but his left engine was offline, "Happy birthday you grunts!"
He crashed into the largest group of grunts, but jumped out of the banshee in time. When he hit the ground, he activated his active camo "I guess I'll take the front door."

Gal tapped his com. "Shindo? Is that you? Do you need any help?" As Gal waited for a reply, Gal notified to Dev. "Dev, I think Shi just crashed a banshee into the main entrance. Hold up for a minute if you can."

"Gal, I'm detecting life signs down here anyways. I'm going to check it out, I'll be back after this also I downloaded the map to our helmets. Dev out." Dev takes a corridor to his left and heads down it to find what the surprise is for him.

"Gal? That's great! I have a twisted ankle from the wreck, but I'll be fine for now," when Shi finished he heard a big explosion. He staggered outside to see the mothership blow up. Then a whole fleet warped in. "Gal, Dev! We have a problem, a fleet just jumped here!"

"Hold on, Shi. I'll be there momentarily." Galain then heard Dev's message and replied. "Shi needs my assistance, so you'll be on your own for awhile. We'll try and meet you at the launch pad." He then jumped into the Warthog and started driving towards Shindo's position.

Shi sat down and recounted his equipment 2 plasma grenades and 1 frag grenade. Kaz still had his sniper rifle. Soon a group of five white rank grunts started 2 walk inside the compound. Shi looked around and didn't find any other grunts following them. So he took down each grunt silently starting at the back. Shi salvged only 2 clips of a fuel rod gun. Then he saw Gal come with some unexpected banshees...

Dev was going along the corridor and reached the door to the life signs."Alright looks clear at least." Dev was just about to enter when a human appeared at the door his body look gutted and infected, then it lunged at Dev who sidestepped just in time and open fired with his magnum. Right as he fired the last round of his magnum the creature went down and then Dev reloaded his magnum and heard blood curtling screams, 2 clips left.
