The Doctor slipped in through the far gate into the palace which was very difficult to begin with. Distantly he heard Ally's laughter. Oh don't do that... Henry doesn't like witty women...

King Henry eyeballed her like a piece of meat. There was no questions what his plans for Ally were.

"It's quite alright dear," he smiled, "it does an old heart good to hear a woman's laugh once again. I've recently lost my wife."

The grizzly old King smiled as the carriage arrived at the palace.

"Such an unusual attire my dear, you most certainly are foreign," he said with a toothy grin as he placed his hand on her knee. "I must show you some of our fine English hospitality."

The carriage door opened and the head of the palace's staff was there to greet him.

"Charles! Prepare the Guest Room for our visitor," he ordered as he exited the carriage and held out a hand for her to take.

Not far away the Doctor paled with a mixture of blood-loss and anger. How dare that foul little man touch Ally, or anyone else from the fairer sex for that matter! He gritted his teeth and bid his time.

[LOLLIOS! I know right?]

Henry waved away his servants and guards as he decided to lead Ally through the rose garden now in bloom.

"Tell me fair maiden, what is your name?" he asked innocently enough as he plucked a cream colored rose.

"Olga? Such a lovely name," he purred and offered her the rose, "a lovely flower, for a far more radiant lady. So tell me, Olga, what brings you to England?"

The Doctor watched Henry's attempts to seduce Ally with a mixture of amusement and outrage. That had to be the cheesiest line he'd ever heard! Then again considering the year, the line was probably still new, witty, and original.

Henry noticed her dizzy spell and conveniently draped an arm around her waist so as to 'steady' her.

"Olga, my dear, are you feeling well?" he asked his voice dripping with concern while he completely overstepped her boundaries. "You're looking quite pale."

Henry tightened his grip and stared at her with a dark sort of smile.

"No my dear, I don't think I will. I think I shall enjoy you company in a new, creative ways, since the roses seem to have such a relaxing effect on you..."

"All right that's enough lover boy!" the Doctor cut in standing on a nearby bench and glaring at him, "The lady doesn't want to mate with you. So I suggest you stop this... display you're going on about."

"Who are you?!" Henry snarled, "I am the King of England and if I want to make this wench my woman who the hell are you to interfere?!"

"I don't care who you are. You get one chance," the Doctor's voice was like ice, "let her go."

Henry scowled and reached out to grab her by the wrist.

"Where do you think you're going you little tart?" he snapped yanking her back.

"That was a mistake Henry, one of many you'll make in your pathetic rule as king," he brought out his sonic screwdriver and pointed it at the castle drawbridge. The metal clanged and rattled as the heavy door crashed down. All at once a rag tag group of rebels stormed the gates causing a great commotion.

The king snapped to attention as his guards were clearly out of range. In that moment the Doctor scooped up Ally.

"I'll just take this off your hands!" he said brightly as he ran off with Ally in his arms.
