I report directly to Kye, am the head of missions assignment and information gathering, and pretty much run anything in the village that the Otokage doesn't handle herself. I'm one of the few people who is "In the know" of who everyone in the village, including the kage, are. And almost nobody, including your RPC, even know I'm anything more than a civilian contact. I'm the awesome in the village.

XD @Akura: Yes it would, but despite knowing I was a ninja, you would still be unaware of my connections. You might be a little more insightful than others though, when I start handing you missions. You wouldn't know my actual rank or anything though. You'd also be sworn to secrecy to not tell anyone else I was a ninja. Not even your ninja friends.
