Appa landed, and Terra looked at the man, "Nice job deafeating those soldiers." she said

A bit miserable and absolutely terrified at having to introduce herself, she roused her ostrich horse back up to the path. Even then, he was so tall he was too big to ride even a komodo rhino without the poor thing collapsing within minutes.
"G-g-good day," she greeted with a mousey squeak, trying not to cower. Monarchs, even young ones, weren't meant to cower.

Trou looked at this man and wondered, who is this guy? Trou then said "Your highness are you sure you want to do this?"

Raki got off his Ostrich Horse, and approached the massive man, looking up at him. The man's attention had been now on Terra and the Princess, looking slightly confused. "Greetings, Wild Man. I am Raki, if you remember me." Iskander scratched his head a minute, thinking, before snapping his figures. "Omashu fighting Tournament roughly two months ago! You and I were the final contestants." he remembered. Raki nodded, but backed away when Iskander started to bellow in laughter. "It's been quite some time. You haven't changed, I assume? I'll still beat you down." he said confidently. Raki shook his head. "I'm not here to have a rematch, Iskander. I have a request of you." he said, his expression turning serious. Iskander's smile also faded, and he began stroking his beard in curiosity. "A request? What kind of Request?" he asked Raki. Raki turned to the Princess, and motioned for her to come forward, his action once again dragging Iskander's attention to Tayu. She was young, but from the look of her, extremely fragile.

As Raki thought, Tayu was fragile, very fragile, and something about being under the brusqe gaze of the wild man she felt like if he so much as flicked at her she'd tumble into a million pieces.
She let Raki pull her ostrich horse closer, and she gave him a nod, pale with terror. "N-nice to m-meet you."

Raki turned back to Iskander. "This is Princess Tayu of the Earth Kingdom Capital, Ba Sing Se. I would ask you to train her in the ways of Earthbending." he stated to the massive man. Iskander began pondering it over. "Oho, I'd be an Earth Bending Teacher, hm?" he said, turning to Tayu, a small grin crossing his face. "So, Milady, is that really what you wish? To learn Earthbending?" he asked her. His voice at the moment, while gruff, seemed kind enough. And he had called her Milady, as a sign of respect.

"Erm...y-yes. I'm afraid it's been feeble as of late..." she demonstrated by attempting to earthbend several pebbles into the air, only to make them barely shudder before popping up slightly, then falling back down. "...a-and I'm going to uh...need improvement if I'm going to help anyone..."
Her voice became more and more muttered as she spoke, clearly embarassed that even as a royal she was unable to perform basic earthbending.

Iskander heard the princess, but he had already decided to take up the role of teacher. "I'm afraid I couldn't hear you. Is this what you want? Speak up!" he said to her. He wanted her to say it so he was sure everyone heard.

Tayu flinched, inherently remembering her lady lessons on how a princess ought to be clever, quiet and docile. Obviously none of these ladies had anticipated her requiring lessons from a behemoth of a mountain man.
"I-I said I needed earthbending lessons!" she said in a slight shrill, an improvement from her mousey mutter.

Iskander chuckled slightly, and rolled his shoulders, cracking his neck while he was at it. "Then I accept." he said. Hearing Terra's statement, he frowned. "Then take that... Appa to the Temple where it belongs. The Young Girl will train at my home." he stated to her sternly. If he was going to train her, it would be on his turf, and no one elses.
