when will there be the next activity check? I got a friend who wants t join sand but some inactive people are keeping it closed :/

Quick question: The flying thinder god technique: Does it require 160 chakra EVERY time someone teleports? i just dont know the ruling on it....

so....maybe a revamp of the technique? i mean Minato uses it like it takes nothing at all to use for him, especially not an S amount of chakra. However, i do think it should stay in the Only learn one of these kinds of ones
