Bethany blinks at Keres for a moment, then gives a small shrug. "My mom was the reason I've stayed so far. But, I don't think she really needs me around for her anymore. She seems to have taken to this place easily enough that everyone and the jobs here should keep her busy now."

Aries looks over the cover of the book the other held out for her to look over, then smiles slightly. "That's a good one. I used to read it quite often, just to myself, even."

The pale girl smirked and nodded, she stretching out the full of her body, her flame tipped tail flicking back and forth."Again...why then do you stay..? You have yet to speak of leaving in full...there must be something, someone even that you wish to stay for?" She rolled to her stomach, and placed her head on her paws. "Perhaps...fear..that the world is not how you think it is hmmm?" Her lips curled into a grin, her blank eyes shining.
Solitaire grinned and nodded. 'I do not even recall being read such things, I recall father being there, but mostly silence...i suppose it is not the fact of reading....it is...I do not know. Father was never an affectionate man.." He laughed and looked over his shoulder, half expecting his father to be there. 'Though he is very kind to you, Miss Aries...and speaks so fondly of you always..." He smirked.
