Sky was glad that Cedric didn't say anything about how he could tell that she was a virgin. Her face would have then exploded and she would have needed to excuse herself from the table. "Adney just ignore them. It's best not to get worked over nothing. Besides Ced is not as bad as Ashley." The woman pointed out. Ashley could say so much about Sky to make her face red.

The Three Musketeers
Even though he didn't quite understand why a woman like Mizuki would love him, he was quite grateful that she did. He smiled at her comment about love, gently taking the hand that had brushed aside his bangs. He looked ready to say something when his son began to fuss, turning his attention to the boy. He chuckled quietly at his wife's comment, about to offer to change it himself when his wife stood and took the boy to his bedroom. He wasn't surprised, but he made a mental note to crack down on potty training. Ephraim was getting better, but he had had no way to get to the bathroom while in the high chair.
Raising a brow at Cedric's comment, he was ready to comment in return when Sky told him otherwise. He settled down, using his fork to poke at the food on his plate. "I'm not worked up." he denied, frowning slightly. He wasn't really, but it might have escalated should Sky have not broken in. The redhead looked to Pyry, who had turned back to the food on his plate with his wife taking care of their son. Oh well, best to just eat his dinner and not ruin the family gathering for Mizuki. He knew better than to make the woman of this house unhappy.
Still working on eating his sandwich, he was mid-chew when Cedric leaned over to whisper in his ear. He nearly choked on it with laughter, quickly swallowing so that he wouldn't choke. "I really don't want to know how you know that." he whispered back, grinning wickedly. He shot a glance at Sky and his brother, checking to make sure that they hadn't been overheard. It seemed that his brother was none the wiser, and so he chose not to 'poke the bear' as they sometimes say. Adney was much quicker to anger than either of the other two brothers, and so Cam knew better than to push when he seemed irritated.

Cedric leaned back to Cam. "I can smell it." He reminded his bass-player buddy. He was going to have a slightly more detailed reasoning how he knew that Sky was in that condition. "There are two levels to my madness. First of all there's hormones and second of all there is sexual frustration." He told his friend. "You're brother is giving of the 'I'm the big man' smell. He is being protective over his woman. While Sky is giving the sexually frustrated 'I have a boyfriend and he wont play with me' scent." He told his friend. It was the way he could tell things. "If I was your brother I would do something, even if it isn't sleeping with her, now because next thing he would know is Sky with another guy because she didn't get any emotional needs." Cedric was probably not the type to give out dating advice, but he knew what he smelled. His brothers also employed him in that regrades as well. He knew that Sky didn't totally need to be slept with, but given some attention.

Sky rolled her eyes as Cam and Cedric continued to talk. She was in the 'let them' mood as long as they weren't saying rude things about her or anything. "You're as calm as a raging bull." The woman commented to Adney. She had the look of 'I don't believe you' written all over her face and it showed that she wasn't happy with Adney lying to her like that.

The Three Musketeers
Allowing his guests to speak among themselves, the man of the house continued to eat his meal at his own pace. He didn't normally eat very fast, and with nothing else to focus on, he felt no need to rush. His wife, who was currently changing their son's diaper, would surely return soon enough, and until then he would likely remain quiet. He wasn't the overly social type, and the four guests that remained seemed content to speak in pairs.
Frowning, the man did his best to relax slightly. He wasn't the relaxed and easy going sort, and he was actually kind of annoyed that he was compared to a bull when he wasn't nearly that tense. At least, not in his opinion. "I'm fine." he insisted, meaning it. "If I was a raging bull, I'd be disembowelling people." he points out, secretly amused at the thought. He might be a little irritated, sure, but he wasn't angry and he didn't appreciate being pinned as such.
Leaning slightly towards Cedric to listen, he simply nods to show he's listening while keeping his eyes on his brother and his girlfriend. Mumbling agreements, he looks between the two across the table, then tilting his head to look at Cedric. "You know, I think you're right. But he's not exactly the type to act on subtle hints." he whispered back, shifting his gaze momentarily back to the couple. While his brother wasn't the sort that was against things like sex, he knew full well that he wasn't going to be the first to show that he wanted such a thing.

Sky raised an eyebrow when her boyfriend said that he was find. She wasn't sure on that kind of thing. She wasn't agreeing with him, but she giggled at disemboweling people. "That's better. Don't be too tense. If you do that how can you get along with different types of monsters?" She pointed out.

Cedric smiled at Cam. He could relate to having an older brother who didn't always get subtle hints until they were kicked into action. "Just tell him when you get a chance. Gets get bored too easily." He told his friend. He wouldn't have said anything if the man didn't care about the people who were around him even sometimes. He was just the kind of guy who helped out.
Mizuki returned with the boy in his arms and set him between Cam and Ced before they could gossip anymore. She then returned to her husbands side. Making sure not to bump against the table. She leaned her head on her husband's shoulder to express her love and happiness to him that they would have another child.

The Three Musketeers
Smiling up at his wife as she returned, noting the way that Ephraim's return affected the two youngest men at the table. Feeling his wife's head rest on his shoulder, he raised one hand to play with the ends of her hair and resting his head against the top of hers, doing his best to return the affectionate gesture. He too was excited for their next child, hoping quietly that it would be the daughter he knew his wife wanted.
He wanted to object about her comment on being tense, but he knew full well what sort of aura he gave off. It wasn't something that he could really help, considering it was ingrained in his personality after all the intimidating he had had to do once upon a time. "I get along with different types of monsters just fine. It's the individuals I occasionally have trouble with." he commented back, raising a brow at his brother; the other redhead was looking at him with an evil smirk, and he didn't quite appreciate it.
"I'll be sure to tell him." he flashed his friend a grin, tempted to simply sign across the table. He doubted Mizuki, Sky, or Ced knew sign, but he knew Rye would blush at what he would say. That, and he didn't want Ephraim copying him. He knew that both Pyry and Adney had slowly been teaching the little boy sign since even before he could speak, making it easier to figure out what he wanted. While the little boy was certainly getting better at the language, he knew his adopted brother would be angry if he taught the little boy something so inappropriate. At the very least, the bright toddler would recognize it as signing and demand to know what it meant. Speaking of Ephraim, the little boy had returned to his seat between himself and Ced, and so the redhead's attention was once again dominated by the young boy.

Sky gave him a dull look. She knew very well that it wasn't just the individuals that bothered him. It was also the abilities they sometimes had. If someone threw sand in his eyes by accident then he would be mad. "Cedric isn't doing anything that is not natural him?"

Mizuki smiled widely. She liked it when she was given a little attention like that. She didn't care if they never kissed in public (other then their wedding), but as long as he did these little things she was always happy. They would have another little one soon enough to make their lives a little more busy. She was happy to welcome the little life into their arms. "You know that you're the best dad in the world." She told Pyry. She looked at her son. "Right Ephraim?" She added. The little boy responded by jumping and waving his arms like he agreed and understood his mother.
Cedric was glad that his friend knew that and that he would help his brother. It was sometimes hard to help people who didn't know that they needed help or else the relationship would die.

The Three Musketeers
Weaving the ends of her hair between his fingers, the spirit's cheeks turned faintly pink at her comment. He opened his mouth to disagree when his son flailed about excitedly in agreement. "If you say so." he allowed, choosing not to argue over this. This was not the time, nor was it the place with all of the guests seated around the table.
"And having a short temper is natural to me." he defended himself, looking the part of a scolded child. He wasn't actually mad at Cedric, and while he may be a bit annoyed, it was nothing that wouldn't fade quickly with time. He wouldn't hold a grudge for something so small, though he raised a brow curiously at his younger brother, who had been whispering with Cedric and was watching him curiously.
A brilliant grin flashed across his features as the young Ephraim responded excitedly to his mother. It was adorable, really, the way the little boy reacted to the words of his mother. It was at times like this that he knew he wanted a family someday, though he supposed that if he and Tabby continued down a good route he would already have quite a good start. Glancing briefly at Cedric, he wondered if his bandmate felt the same way.

Sky rolled her eyes. He was going to use that lame excuse. Well in Sky's mind this was a 'two can play at that game' deal. "So do I." She reminded him. She was probably the most stubborn girl that Adney knew and he knew it too. "Remind me never to stop by in your dreams again. You probably can remember the last one you had with me anyways."

Mizuki didn't like it when Pyry put himself down. He really was a great father in her eyes and their son loved him too. "Okay maybe not the world, but to Ephraim and I you are our world and because you're his father you are the worlds best dad." The blond knew that he couldn't argue with that or at least it would be really hard to. That was the only thing she needed was to pin him to one spot and have him not argue again.
Cedric moved back a bit as the baby moved to and fro. He didn't want to get hit by any incoming leg movement or arms for that matter. The unicorn smiled at the child. "I swear one day he'll be a great actor if he can move on a moments notice like that." the guitarist pointed out. "And why not when his mother is a singer and royalty and his uncles are in a band. Of course when he gets older he'll be friends with Lloyd's kids." He added. It was kind of like how Cedric got his start. He had his own mother to thank for his love of music and his brother just continued in that tradition and raised him so when Mizuki came into his life.

The Three Musketeers
Choosing not to argue, it would only upset his wife more, the man nodded. He smiled faintly at the way she worded things, nodding to show that he agreed. "I believe you are right." he admitted, knowing better than to fight a battle that he wouldn't win. Moving to gently cover her hand with his, he surveyed the scene at the table; it seemed that most of the guests had finished eating, and maybe it was time to steer them back towards the group as a whole. "Might it be time for those cupcakes of yours?" he wasn't going to push the subject, simply make a suggestion.
"My dreams are not a safe place." he smirked faintly, shaking his head. His dreams, while he didn't remember them often, were never pleasant ones. He had a recurring nightmare, one surrounding the night he lost his parents and sister, and this was what his dreams consisted of most often. That, or they were dreams showing him the awful things transpiring around the world and visions of the far off future. These dreams, the one showing him the horrible events of the future, were the ones that gave him a sinking feeling when he woke, even though he could never remember them in detail.
Not even flinching as a little hand thwacked him in the face, Cam flashed his friend a grin. "Well, he'll have all the opportunities in the world." he agreed, nodding. "There's also the fact that his uncle is a drama teacher and no stranger to the theatre himself." he nodded his head in his brother's direction, remembering the times Adney had scrapped up a few extra dollars by playing bit parts in performances all over New York City. He probably would have pursued his dreams of the stage if he hadn't had Cam to take care of, one thing that the younger sibling always did regret. "It's like it's meant to be." he concluded, looking at the boy next to him. He would certainly be handsome enough when he grew up, if his parents were any indication of such.

Sky rolled her eyes. "Dreams can be very dangerous you know. My soul is not immortal. If you get stabbed in a dream then it appears on my real body. If I was to get raped in a dream then I would have blood on my mattress. At least I can't get pregnant from doing in a dream, at least I don't think I can." The woman commented. She didn't think Adney's dreams were that dangerous.
