"E-Eh? I didn't...I...I heard of a blue kit before around these parts. I-I... Just assumed you were talking about the kit I heard l-lived here!" She whimpered, shaking her head. "Please d-don't misu-" She was shoved aside by an angry Hollow, gasping when she saw her sister let out a snarl.
Hollow did not care that this thing was a kit, if he was going to throw his words around like an adult then she was going to treat him like one. The panic in Himeko was enough to send her in protection mode.
"Who the hell you talkin to like that, brat? I suggest you shut your trap and just keep walkin!" She glanced back at her sister, worrying over the younger twin.

Horus finally got in range of the new people and noticed there seemed to be some raised voices. He wondered if he should step in, but then he didn’t know the foxes and it wasn’t really his business to step in. If it came into a fight he probably would but Horus decided the best option was to wait and see what would happen.
He looked the group over. One looked like a kit but being friends with jaci tended to make you look at kits twice just in case. The other two seemed rather close and the first one seemed to be protective of the black female fox between them.

((I went back and read over the post, just to be sure. He thought it, but I don't think he actually said it aloud.))
Raz puffed out, fur making him almost twice his size and his tail nearly three times bigger. Granted he was still small, but his snarl was every bit as fierce as the female's. "If th' girlie knows w'ere Jaci is th'n I'll do more 'n' talk. If'n ya th'nk 'm just a wee beastie wi' no more'n talk ta m' name ye'll be layin' in th' sand soaked wi' yer life blood an' regret fer underestimatin' me!"
The two-sided perma was serious. Maybe he had been riding the line between his personalities before, but the mere possibility that Jaci might be in trouble, no matter how unfounded a possibility, had brought out his darkness. It wouldn't take much provaction for him to attack.

Hitoru nodded in agrement with Persephone.
"Right. I'll lead the way." He hopped over a crack in the floor then looked back over at his mate. "Good luck!" he called after him as he watched him take off. He then turned to the group he was taking down to the tunnels. "Right... uhh well just stick together and me and Sephone will show you around to the tunnels." He watched the phim take off then followed after her with the group.
Atum nodded at what the female phim said.
"Talk to you soon then." He smiled as he watched her take off into the sky. He would have followed but he was rather tired already from his first flight. He figured he would just follow on the ground. He stood and began to follow the group being lead by Hitoru. He hoped that Horus would be alright by himself... who knows what these new foxes were like.

Smiling Rynn trotted after Hitoru. This guy is a goof-ball. He is absolutely hopeless, like a kit really. That thought made Rynn want to pin Hitoru down and groom him, just to make sure he was clean. Suppressing that urge, since she doubted Horus would appreciate someone pinning his mate even if only to clean them, Rynn continued on. She glanced over to the burnt red and gold phim who had decided to walk with the group rather then fly ahead. I don't much like the idea of being eaten by a crocodile and my mate is not here to protect me, so if I get into a tight spot you'll swoop in and rescue me right? She winked at him in a friendly way to show that she didn't intend to get into such a spot in the first place.
(*eye twitch* oh dear modietes.. Rynn put Hitoru on her kit list. I doubt she has any other 'motherly' instincts other then cleaning though so he should be ok? )

Smiling as he trotted Hitoru lead the group of foxes out of the pyramid they were just in. Once back out side he looked up at the sun. It seemed to be allot hotter today then yesterday. Of curse thinking about how hot it was soon got his mind wondering to swimming. Maybe after the whole tunnel thing was done he would be able to swim.
Atum looked up as he walked along with the group and noticed the female named Rynn looking at him. He smiled when they locked eyes then chuckled at what she said.
"I'm the same way. I do not like Crocodiles as much as you. So don't worry... You can count on me to save you when ever you need to be rescued."

"Damn you talk a lot for a midget" She snapped back, moving between the kit and her twin. "She said she don't know so back off!" She growled back, her tail wrapping around Himeko's. She was getting tired of this kit, it had not place yelling at her sister like that! Himeko was to damn innocent!
Himeko tugged on her sister, shaking her head. "Please stop." She whimpered, yelping when Hollow pushed her back slightly. "He's just worried."

Raz glared, then snorted. "Wastin' m' time wi' you empt'-headed girlies." He turned and started to stalk off, then spotted a black and red male. "'Ey you, seen a blue kit 'ereabout?"
Jaci tilted her head, following after Sephy and Amun. Unfortunately Sephy took to the air, and there was no amount of bribing in the world to get her to go with. So it looked she was walking with Amun.

Coming up on the site Persephone quickly angled her self into a dive and slowly shifted out of it gliding nicely onto the sand again. She turned back to the group and nodded. “Here it is these are the irrigation tunnels.” She lifted her head up and turned it towards the direction Horus had gone in wondering how long it was going to take with the new comers
“It depends. Why do you want to know where my friend is?” Horus stated in a calm voice. If the kit gave a clear enough and friendly answer and Horus deemed he was going to do no harm towards the blue multi colored kit. However if Horus didn’t like the answer well… he turned towards the two adult vixens. “I’m sorry the beginning of your journey into kemet was a bit troubling.”

Raz growled a little. His friend?! Since when did that happen! If he wasn't approved by Raz, then he couldn't be Jaci's friend. He was just about to open his mouth to say as much when a wave of calm rippled through him. He growled a little, burying his face into the sandy dirt. Humility wasn't something that came naturally to Raz when he was having a temper fit.
You could see the frustration in his eyes when he looked up, and hear the strain of keeping his voice from rising. "Because she's my friend, and I have to protect her." The words were slow, like they had to fight to get from his vocal cords and out of his mouth.

Horus watched the kit with a raised eyebrow and figured even if the kit did mean harm Jaci was pretty well able to take care of herself and he doubted the others would let him do something harmful. Hopefully they wouldn’t fall into the trap of thinking this was a kit after they had met Jaci. Then again even if they did Persephone wouldn’t and not too many people wanted to take on a fully grown phim. “Well then I guess I can tell you. Jaci is working on the irrigation tunnels to fix them with the rest of my tribe.” He pointed out.

Himeko smiled at the foxes approaching, grateful they were here to make the little one stop screaming. She shook her head as a male apologized. "No, it's fine." She mused, ears twitching. However, of course, Hollow had to fight back, the orange female wriggled between the new fox and her sister.
"Rough? This little brats been throwing words around like he's tough. If he yours?" She didn't care about the kit trying to lower his voice, shaking her head. "Look, I'm taking Hime and were leaving."
Himeko was being tugged, shaking her head. "No. Hollow, lets stay for a little." She mewled, shaking her head.

Raz looked at the male fox in horror. "The hell would you let her do that! There are crocs in th' water!" He could feel the rough speech on the edge of his tongue, his temper ready to flare back up. It still wasn't quite down yet anyway. Raz was terrified though. Maybe this male was too dumb to realize, but Jaci was tiny! The only thing smaller that Jaci was a newborn kit. No matter what Jaci thought she could do, this wasn't her home of clear streams and normal fish.
Raz had to fight the impulse to start swearing. Shoot, the first he met Jaci he'd had to save her life from a croc!

Horus laughed out loud at this. “I know she’s just a kit, but she volunteered to deal with the crocs and I am not so evil an elder to let her face that by herself. Her other very good friend Persephone is there and the underworld would have to break free from Osirus before Persephone let any thing happen.
Plus I don’t want to get bitten can you just see the argument she would put up if I said well you are too little stay on the sidelines.” Horus pointed out still in his calm voice.
He then turned towards the other members in the small part of the desert they where standing in. "ah no he is not mine, he just seems to know one of my friends. In fact he is probably older than you" Horus chuckled. "This guy here is a permakit"

Raz just shook his head, keeping this mutter curses......well, muttered. He knew only too well how stubborn his friend was, but why couldn't she be stubborn over something safe? Like, like herbal arrangement!
