Description: From observing his opponent during the chuunin exams, Sarus copied a technique that is sacred to the Hyuuga Clan. Utilizing his mastery of iron sand and chakra, Sarus is able to almost instantly summon a compacted rotating wall of iron sand. Furthermore, medium-sized spikes form on the sheild to help pretect against a physical attack. The sand blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of sand around themselves and tossing away and attacking any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the sand itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if he cannot rotate, he must use his mind which makes the sand spin slower than he needs to. The usage of his ming greatly reduces the effect of the jutsu. [A to C rank]

Technique Name: Suiton: Kurai Kiri (Water Release: Dark Mist)
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Description: The user forms the seals of maiden, snake, tiger and then blows through the arch of their fingers to release a dark colored mist into the air. This mist spreads throughout the area of battle in two posts. Poisoned, it gives off a sweet oder and after two posts of contact begins to take effect by slowing the opponent's muscles. If after four posts of exposure, the poison begins to incapacitate the opponents respiratory system and making them cough blood after using their chakra. After Five posts, the poison kills. It can not be frozen and will conduct little electricity due to the amount of poisonous chakra in the jutsu, essentially, chakra can not be frozen or conduct electricity. [Works just like the regular Kirigakure and impairs vision as well as poisons.]

Technique Name: Hyouton: Zenchou no Fuyu [Ice Release: Harbinger of Winter]

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Hyouton
Description: A passive technique created by Fuyu herself. Utilizing the nature of her ice chakra and bloodline Fuyu will secrete an icy aura that literally changes the climate of the battle field. This aura will bring temperatures in even the hottest climates down to the -20s with ease, and cause ice to form even on dry ground. This technique does not consume chakra but it will stop working if she gets her chakra below 50.

Description:
passive powers: grants training in raiton jutsu. storage of up to 160 raiton chakra calculated separately from normal chakra. takes up 2 custom jutsu slots.
attribute: grants the ability to utilize raiton jutsu under restrictions listed in jutsu effect.
effect: by activating the seal (same amount of chakra used to absorb a raiton jutsu as was used to make it) raiton jutsu can be absorbed and then used as if the user had raiton as a natural element. raiton jutsu can only be performed using the separately stored raiton chakra within the seal. to train in raiton jutsu there must be an equal amount of stored chakra in the seal as would be required to use the jutsu. if more than 160 raiton chakra is stored then the seal discharges enough raiton chakra to be reduced to 160. this causes damage acordingly to the user and anyone within a 5' radious.

[ Dread: } The seal is on your body, correct? It's not a scroll or anything. If so, where is the seal located? I'd assume the palm of the hands, no?

Er... because what I'm thinking is that you're going to have to have the raiton technique come into contact with the seal... So... hands or chest would work, but headbutting a lightning bolt might not work too well. o_-
Which would you prefer?

hmmm... chest would give me at least one epic i just sucked your lightning into my chest moment. but then again. hand has more manouverability... hand. ya definatly hand. i'm not giving up my effectiveness for cool effects.

Description: Takes up two [2] custom slots. A unique seal located on Lucas' left palm. The seal allows Lucas to learn a maximum of five [5] raiton ninjutsu; and the ability to store up to 200 additional chakra which can only be used for those raiton ninjutsu.
• Because raiton is not his natural element, it takes Lucas an additional two [2] posts to learn such electric techniques.
Dormant - While inactive, the seal is able to absorb raiton techniques, granting him chakra equivalent to one half [1/2] of the absorbed attack. This chakra is stored within the seal, and can be used only for raiton techniques.
• Techniques above rank B cannot be absorbed.
Active - While active, the seal will give off a very faint glow. During this active stage, Lucas is able to manipulate the stored chakra to perform raiton techniques that he has learned.
• The gathered chakra cannot be used for non-raiton techniques.
