 ❝I know I am his sister, and your friend...but I really love you!❞ A devious thought came to Selena's mind as she unbuckled her seatbelt and Max got out of the car and pulled the seat up for her. "I'll give to you later tonight." she said with a wink and devious smirk. She knew Max hadn't heard her, because he was chuckling at what Shayne had said, but she knew Shayne had heard her.❝How about you? Do you love me?❞

☞☞☞Shayne Copper Green☜☜☜ ”I’ll take whatever life throws at me.” Shayne laughed with Max then he heard Selena. He wished Max wasn’t there now, he was sure that he would have been gawking at that girl. Once she said that though he couldn’t stop thinking about it. That girl was going to be the death of him for sure.
”Oh really?”
He said quickly so she could hear and not Max. He got out of his car and looked at the two.
”You need me to carry you to the door Max?”
He teased and smirked; if Max was going to be injured he might as well milk it for all it was worth. Shayne laughed and waited to make sure the two of them got into the house safe. He wasn’t sure if he was allowed in the house or if Max and Selena needed some time to themselves.
"And make the best out of it."

❝I know I am his sister, and your friend...but I really love you!❞ Selena giggled and blushed as she got out of the car and gently closed the door behind her. Then she walked over to her brother and gave him a small kiss on the cheek. "I love you bubby." she said. Max chuckled and shook his head. "No, but I want you to stay with us tonight. Just so I have an extra person to help take care of me." he said with a bright smile. He gently pushed Selena, so she would go and unlock the door.❝How about you? Do you love me?❞

”Yeah, I doubt that Selena could carry you up the stairs, maybe the doctor should make you go to workouts.”
He smirked and teased Max, leaving Selena alone after that last exchange. He locked the door to his cars and walked up to the two of them.

"Open sesame!" she said with as she pushed the door open and grinned brightly. "Alright Shayne, you can help crippy up the stairs." she said jokingly. Max chuckled at what Shayne and Selena said, and he turned and glared at his sister. "Uhm, excuse me!?" he shouted as he made a move to hit his sister.❝How about you? Do you love me?❞

☞☞☞Shayne Copper Green☜☜☜ ”I’ll take whatever life throws at me.” Shayne smirked and stepped between Selena and Max, so Max couldn’t hit Selena.
”Ok crippled let’s get you upstairs for some r and r.”
He laughed.
”Do you think you can make it up the stairs, or are you to helpless, you poor soul?”
It was too late when he stepped between the two for him to realize that getting between them wasn’t normal, but he had played it off as his trying to help Max out, so maybe he would be able to recover from that.

❝I know I am his sister, and your friend...but I really love you!❞ One of Max's eyebrows raised up in wonder and slight confusion. He looked at the two. He knew something was going on. "Is there something the two of you would like to tell me?" he demanded, putting his hands on his hips. He knew he looked rediculous like that, but at the moment he could care less.❝How about you? Do you love me?❞

”Tell you about what?”
He asked as he fought back against the laughing. So he guessed that Max had caught on to something but wasn’t sure what it was. If he could somehow keep him in the dark than he would be able to stay alive, or if he didn’t than, maybe now he would be hung from a tree. He couldn’t really decide which was more Max’s style, hanging or just murder…that thought just made him feel uncertain.

❝I know I am his sister, and your friend...but I really love you!❞ "Huh? Oh nothing. Earlier today in the class we had today, we were partnered up, and we got talking. Turns out we have more in common is all." Selena said calmly. It was said perfectly, and so she hoped Max believed her. Max looked at them. He knew they had a class together, so it actually did make sense. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "Alright, whatever. It's cold out here, let's get in the house." ❝How about you? Do you love me?❞

☞☞☞Shayne Copper Green☜☜☜ ”I’ll take whatever life throws at me.” Shayne nodded and was glad that Selena had a better excuse than his would have been. He would have to remember that one for future reference.
”Ok.”
He walked into the house and made his way to the living room.
”You need me to get you anything Max?”
He asked his injured friend, maybe this could actually work out. Shayne knew he would just have to be the best friend ever if he wanted Max to even process the thought of him liking Selena. Shayne smiled when he reached the couch and remembered earlier. How were they going to explain the two bowls and the cereal?

I cannot believe you left these from this morning." he said with a light chuckle. "Yes, take the bowls to the kitchen please, and I want some orange juice." he said turning to his best friend. Selena sighed slightly when Max though the bowls were from that morning. Even though he had been the one who had taken the bowls to the kitchen. "Uhm...Shayne, could you get me my small bottle of chocolate milk that is in the fridge." she said with a ginger smile.❝How about you? Do you love me?❞

”Sure thing crippled. So I got one orange juice, and a chocolate milk.”
Shayne picked up the bowls and carried them to the kitchen as he got out a glass for the orange juice. He made sure to make everything to Max’s liking before he grabbed the chocolate milk and carried both drinks back to the sibling.
”I have one orange juice for the man and a chocolate milk for the lady who still had two usable legs and could have gotten it herself.”
He teased and handed the drinks to the person who ordered them, then sat down.

She then looked at Max, "So, you wanna do anything...er...uhm, watch anything?" she asked correcting herself. Max chuckled and shook his head at Selena and Shayne. "Uhm, actually I wouldn't mind playing some video games. Preferably Rock Band, ya know how much I enjoy to play that." he replied with a bright grin. "Do you like that game Shayne?" he asked with wonder.❝How about you? Do you love me?❞
