Deep Space Nine! It is Deep Space Nine right???
The answer totally is Deep Space Nine. Your wrong if you say otherwise.
It really is probably Babble-on(Babylon) 5, but the shows were about the same to me. "Oh look, aliens and talking and the space station....... We're losing viewers? Time for a kick a** war of some kind to draw them back in... before more of the same."

Itami's is pretty hot on this one. Here's one more clue:
The first officer made a comment (I believe it was in the third season) that she was glad Earth had so many rivers because they went through so many what?
