"Hmm alright."Tsuki agreed. She waded out further into the water. Watching the tide pull the sand in and out. If she stared at it to long she knew she would get hypnotized for sure.

Persephone watched as tsuki went into the water knowing it was her turn. She went back to the little ledge they had been on earlier and used it to catapult herself into the air quickly catching a thermal and rising high in the sky, from there she just followed the flock of sea gulls where they where diving in the water and followed suit. As she neared the water's surface she let her feet dive into the water and snatch a fish. In a move almost like an eagle she used the diving momentum to carry herself back up into the air and catching another thermal to rise up in the air and carry her back to the beach. She copied this move a couple of times before eventually she had three fish.

Tsuki watched as several different types of small crabs ran under the water looking for places to hide in the sand. There was a soft breeze blowing through her fur but it felt nice even on a cool day. Tsuki got her paw ready as she waited for a fish to approach.

Persephone kept an eye on her fish so that other predators wouldn't take it and another one on her companion. Since she was even more covered with the salt water she decided to walk over towards the mouth of the river and wash off quickly in the fresh water while Tsuki was getting her share of fish.

Tsuki spotted a fish swimming close by. She softly called "Here fishy fishy fishy," to it and it swam closer. When the fish moved just with in range Tsuki smacked it. She it the fish hard enough that it got knocked out of the water and into the air. With a sweat drop sweatdrop going down the side of her head cause she felt stupid she jumped into the air after the fish snapping her teeth at it. She barely caught a hold of its tail. It was wiggling and wiggling till if finally slipped free. When it did she jumped after it again only to be smacked in the face by its tail. Getting mad She growled and hit the fish with her paw and the fish fell onto land. She was grumbling so much to herself about stupid fish she didnt see a piece of drift wood and ended up tripping. Her face falling straight into sand by the fish and the rest of her coverd in ocean water.

Persephone finished up and walked back towards her fish just in time to see Tsuki trip. Persephone let out a small smile but then ran over to the female modifox concern shown on her face. "Are you okay?" she asked.

Tsuki pulled her head out of the sound just in time to dodge a wave. As she stood up she was sputtering and spitting and cussing under her breath about evil sand and mean wood. Turning to the other female she said "Yeah I guess so."

"Got to be careful walking in the water. The beach tends to wash up all sorts of things. The humans really like polluting the water, although some things from nature also end up washed up on the beach" Persephone stated looking over at the innocent looking piece of driftwood.

Tsuki picked up the fish and walked towards Persephone. Once she made it back to the flying vixen she set the fish down. "I think the piece of wood did it on purpose"She said glaring at it.

"probably" Persephone smiled back trying her very best not to smile. she finally succeeded. After all she wouldn't like it if some one else laughed or smiled at her own blunders. "Just be glad it was just a piece of driftwood out to get you. It would have been really bad if one of those nasty jellyfish stung you" persephone said shaking her head. She had fallen victim to some pretty harmless small ones but she had heard tales of much larger and more dangerous ones... and even the small ones still hurt.

Tsuki nodded in agreement. "Very true. How should we prepare our fish Persephone?" Tsuki asked and tilted her head sideways taking a deep calming breath. She nudged her fish up the sand a little bit so it wouldn't wiggle and wobble back to the water.

Persephone looked over at the rather large tuna and sighed. "well if we could find some sort of fire it would be good but eating it raw isnt too bad either." she pondered. Only problem was that finding fire and convincing humans that couldnt understand you and you couldnt understand them to part with their fire normally got one shot.

"Having raw fish doesn't sound to bad. I think it would be very appropriate for today. What do you think?" Tsuki asked while starting to tear the fish's skin off of it.

"probably. Its doubtful we'd be able to find a fire that some group of humans would be able to give up" Persephone chuckled before turning towards her own fish and tearing into it.

"Sushi it is"Tsuki mumbled before biting into her fish. As she chewed she thought quietly to her self "So where will you go after this?" She asked.
