----------------------------- The Dark Nagisa grinned, showing her black and white face to her "lighter" self. "Whats happening, Na-Na? Hows Jeremy?" This caused laughter within the dark clone, her "anti-bugs" crawling from her arm. They stayed perfectly still, not moving unless commanded to. The Dark Nagisa, now taking off her long jacket, had ceased laughing, but still couldn't hide her smirk from her face. She waved her a a little, sending the bugs the command to move. The bugs quickly appeared by her side, though they were doing something. They started banding together, as if forming a shape. In a matter of seconds, the Dark Nagisa had a bug clone, though it wasn't a clone of herself. Instead, standing next to Dark Nagisa, was none other than the leaf ninja Jeremy Nara, his expression motionless. ----------------------------- Nagisa stared for a moment, as the mysterious Aburame removed her cloak. To Nagisa's horror, she was staring at a pale version of herself. Shadows seemed to work backwards, and what wasnt shrouded in black, was almost glowing. There were no mid-tones. Genjutsu? She had studied genjutsu, and though something like this were possible, it seemed impractical. This had something else to it, a hidden purpose. "So i guess you wont let me climb the-" Her words were lost, and replaced with a harsh gasp. Although she had seen the bugs, her heart dropped and tears came to her eyes. A cloud of bugs pushed her out of the way just before the clone reached her. Nagisa, thats not me! a voice called. Hatred poured through her veins, and she turned her glare back at the dark creature. "You b***h!" hardly even realizing what other osbscenities she shouted, Nagisa launched herself at top speed and drew her kunai. and she had always managed to stay cool-headed before...kinda... ----------------------------- ((ooc: This might be fun. though Nagisa is most certainly doomed... I dont remember making her emotional ))

----------------------------- The Dark Clone jumped back, a maniacal grin on her face. First step, accomplished! The Dark Clone also pulled out a kunai, instantly charging towards Nagisa the moment her feet touched the ground. The two weapons clashed for an instant, sending sparks flying over the arena. The anti-bugs, now noticing that the jutsu wasn't working, surrounded the Dark Nagisa, awaiting for a command from their master. Howeevr, she scowled, turning a 360 degree angle at amazing speed. "Damn bugs. Worthless, aren't they Na-Na?" The Dark Nagisa didn't respect her bugs in the least, and constantly insulted them while she clashed with Nagisa. "Man, they almost never do things right. Isn't that right, Na-Na? Well, you can't do things right either. I mean, you couldn't save Jeremy. You couldn't stop Arcus from training with the Hokage, you couldn't stop the Raikage from getting hurt. Hell, you couldn't even make it here in time to save Sora from the explosion. What the hell are you doing with the jutsus that Sarukin taught you? Worthless, just like your bugs." Grinning, the Dark Nagisa took the distraction as a chance to attack and aimed a kick towards Nagisa's chest, using all her strength in the attack. [[btw, i presumed that the "kunai clashing" was going on for about a minute. you know how ninja do that, clashing with kunai only. however, if you had something else planned out, or just don't want that to happen, i'll change my post sweatdrop ]] ----------------------------- chakra 50/52

----------------------------- Nagisa took the foot to the chest, and landed back a few feet. Dark Nagisa didnt seem to be much stronger than the real one. that was a good sign... She disrespected her bugs, which made her Aburame skills weak. Still... she did strike a good point... Nagisa had never succeeded in anything... always too late, or too weak...Of course, she was going to change that... but when? Kumo seemed to be incredibly unstable as of late... Nagisa, realizing she had been wide open, performed a set of seals at her top speed (which had gotten much, much faster since she first became genin) Atama Kusari No Jutsu! If, the Dark Nagisa had watched her hands, then she would find herself immobilized. She assumed, since Dark Nagisa knew she was a genjutsu user, she would be looking away from her eyes, and watching her hands to know what was coming at her. At the same time, she ordered her bugs to swarm, and block the anti-bugs from interrupting the jutsu. ----------------------------- ((ooc: lol i actually meant to have her draw her kodachi, the difference is minimal. and it was my error not yours so... but no things are lookin kinda naruto battley right now, so things match up just fine. Nagisa doesnt care in the least about the Dark Nagisa's bugs, just her own fyi...
Dark Nagisa can probably end up benefiting from neither of them being able to move, just as much as if they could move. Nagisa doesnt know that though, and cutting the enemy off long enough to gather information is fundamental to her beliefs.))
((p.s. mushi bunshin doesnt require chakra, like most aburame techniques... so how did she lose chakra? holy s**t its a good thing Nagisa is assuming Darknagisa knows all her moves, because she just used 2 out of 3 of her c-rank jutsus))chakra 26/31 Quote: Jutsu 1: Atama Kusari No Jutsu (Chained Mind Technique) This technique uses intricate hand movements and subtle chakra waves to render the target hypnotized and incapable of movement*. Being unable to move was a bother, especially since her good for nothing bugs couldn't figure out a way to save her. Still, now she could talk to Nagisa all alone, giving her time to work her plan. "Man, its weird, isn't it? Seems wherever you go, destruction follows.I mean, how many close calls to death have numerous people faced because you weren't strong enough to protect them. Too many to be a coincidence, I think. But...." DN grinned, looking at Nagisa's eyes, staring deep into her soul. "There is a way to get stronger. There is a way where you can actually do something and not be a worthless punk. All you need to do is let the darkness surround you." The last words came out maliciously, having a different tone and voice to it. As if spoken by a creature of the night, a creature of pure evil. [[sorry, i still don't know that much about the aburame...... oh yea,. and Dark Nagisa is pretty much opposite from regular Nagisa. as Nagisa like her bugs and considers them more than tools, DN doesn't and uses them to further her gain. ]] ----------------------------- chakra 52/52

((lol no worries... erm, this sith-talk is getting kinda corny lol. but seriously, that might be too straightforward an approach. about the bugs, i just wanted to point out that wasnt going to affect NAgisa's mentality is all.))
Nagisa was pleased that the jutsu worked, although she was starting to lose interest in this copy. "let the darkness surround me? erm..." a chuckle slipped out of Nagisa's lips, before she continued. "Assuming you aren't talking literally, that probably means give into my baser emotions?" That makes as much sense to a stealth ninja as fighting yourself...scratch that, that makes as much sense as cooking ice cream."If I did such a thing i would probably just jump head-first into every situation, trying to get what i wanted as soon as i could get it. that seems kind of reckless to me"

----------------------------- DN looked at Nagisa with intense eyes before looking away. "Meh, can't say I didn't try." Ides, the mountain, really didn't have interest in Nagisa. While she could have been useful, frankly, there wasn't need for her. Both bijuu hosts, the chuunin, jounin and sannin had basically fallen for the curse, as well as two other academy students. Plus,another ninja was dead. In truth, Ides had performed much more than needed. Still, it was annoying letting someone escape the curse. The Dark Nagisa disintegrated into the mountain floor, breaking apart into smaller shadows. The anti bugs had also disappeared. However, directly behind Nagisa was another shadow and, before she could question it, DN had thrown 3 kunai at her lighter clone, each speeding at amazing speeds. With the lack of distance between the two and the speed of Dark Nagisa, the outcome of the attack could have been easily predicted. Still, Ides didn't want to take any chances. Dark Nagisa commanded her bugs to attack, the anti insects starting to surround Nagisa, slowly forming a circle of blackness. ----------------------------- chakra 52/52

I was kind of expecting her to give in eventually. am i no fun to rp with? oh well, I'm not sure i want you to kill my rpc though.))As soon as the dark clone vanished, Nagisa decided she was exactly where she didnt want to be. Her enemy obviously wasn't very happy with what she had said. She turned to look for the clone, and caught a kunai in the arm, as another cut her cheek, and a third whizzed past her ear. A cloud of bugs began to form around Nagisa, and she could guess that they weren't going to play nice. Nagisa needed to get help... but how? She paused a moment to think, and came up with an insane plan. ((kind of a longshot here, so ill leave the call on whether or not it works to you. of course, thats how it would work normally anyways...))She knew a jutsu that would bring bugs to her...that would bring any bugs...right? She called her own bugs and called her own bugs to form a smaller shield in the larger shell of bugs. She purposely left a small hole near the crater from Sora's battle. She focused a small amount of chakra into her hands, and let it snap to the ground as if by magnet. ----------------------------- [[lol, no i'm not trying to kill you. i'm wearing you down. same thing happebed to Sarukin. he refused at first and fought his clone. actually, he beat his clone. still, the dark side can never die..... die.....die....die....btw, these "anti-bugs" aren't really bugs, they are more like shadows in the shape of bugs. like, basically, they are bugs without souls. kind of like corpses. they are dead but still can be controlled, even if they have no heart or mind ]] The Dark Nagisa sucked her teeth as Nagisa had yet again escaped her attack, but just barely. However, DN was instantly shocked by how her bugs began to draw near Nagisa. "What the hell?" It was surprisingly, considering that the anti-bugs weren't supposed to do this. Ides immediately reacted with calling back all her shadows, all except DN. Since the aburame jutsus were of no use, it was time to use regular ninja techniques. "Meisai no Jutsu!" The Dark Nagisa blended in with teh mountains around her, becoming translucent in teh blink of an eye. Thanks to teh bugs surrounding her, Nagisa would have a hard time noticing, seeing as her attention was drawn to other things. Waiting, DN watched Nagisa calmly, which was unusual for her. Still, losing to her lighter self? Unthinkable! That Dark Sarukin had become cocky and, while he ultimately got the job done, he had lost to his lighter self, which, in DN's eyes, was a failure. ----------------------------- chakra 52/52 Quote: Meisai no Jutsu (Camouflage Technique)

----------------------------- ((lol, im still really new to rp, so i suck at reading other people's intentions i guess)) Nagisa jumped a little. The jutsu had actually worked as planned, the bugs crawled towards her and created an opening, but... the bugs melted into the ground, and vanished. This shadow was quite unusual. The bugs seemed to be made of shadows, meaning the strange clone must be too... Her mind flashed an image of Jeremy's family, the Nara clan, manipulating shadows. She quickly pushed the thought away. "Not possible." she mumbled. Her mind turned back to the matter at hand. She couldn't fight this enemy and come out unscathed, even if she had already found a way to neutralize the enemy bugs. She performed this set of handseals carefully, she needed this jutsu to be perfect. clouds condensed and formed to identical Nagisas, the shell of bugs then molded itself into a third Nagisa. They all paused for a second after the clouds vanished though. the demon had vanished, Nagisa wasn't surprised it was a skill she herself was very skilled at. The three clones then ran off towards Kumo, using different paths. The real Nagisa drew her Kodachi. She needed to keep the demon busy while help came, and a clone just wouldnt last long enough. From what she could tell from her last collision with the shadow, it's taijutsu skills werent any better than her own. She hoped that that assumption was right. ((none of the clones have left yet,they are still in the general area)) -----------------------------

----------------------------- [[its alright. my first month of roleplaying [april] was horrible.....i almost got banned form the guild! oh and...er.....Dark Nagisa was supposed to be the only one translucent, not the mountains. guessed i should have explained that a little better sweatdrop ]] DN stayed completely skilled for a while, waiting for the opportune moment to strike. In truth, Dark Nagisa wasn't skilled at all in taijutsu. But, the element of surprise could turn any battle in her favor. Watching, Nagisa came up with an idea. She performed a few hand seals, trying her best no to reveal her position. Wit the final seal, DN's eyes grew wide and she focused on Nagisa. Dust began surrounding Nagisa, seemingly coming up from the ground. After a few moments, the dust would settle, but Nagisa would see a traumatic scene, a scene that would affect her battle straetgy. ----------------------------- chakra 46/52 Quote: Magen: Narakumi No Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Vision of Hell Technique) Description: A low level illusion skill, which makes the opponent envision a very traumatic scene. ((i thought that was a little bit of a stretch for that jutsu sweatdrop it looked like you said she made the mountains invisible... i'll edit my last post in a min. so i just attacked an invisible ninja. your post is kinda strange itself though. maybe its just a tired me reading it, ill look again when i wake up. then post if i can understand what you did.))

----------------------------- ((typing errors aside thats easier to understand, though you didnt bother with the clones this time? anyways heres my post. Anyways, dont tell anyone im being so morbid please. I figured the illusion would be stronger than usual, since DN knows so much about her, is a genjutsu user, and is a stronger version in clone form designed specifically for this purpose... Poor Nagisa crying )) Nagisa covered her eyes, as a cloud of dust surrounded her. When it cleared, she saw Jeremy's face... this time, it wasnt the false face from before. The face of the clone, that was so desperately trying to match her memory... Nose to Nose with Nagisa, it was indeed his face, but... Half of his face was covered in a blanket of blood. The other half showed an expression of extreme shock. Nagisa's hands were still clutching the kodachi, in front of her. However, her hands were covered in a hot fluid,her thumb was resting against what felt like flesh... A Kodachi was still long enough to go through a human if it went up to the hilt... A single tear on his face matched the flood that was rushing down her own. "no..." -----------------------------

She seemed to be crying, unable to deal with the scene displayed in front of her. It was almost touching. Almost. Grinning, DN silently walked behind her light self and whispered in her ear, the illusion still cast. Since DN was a lighter version of Nagisa, she guessed that the illusion had Jeremy in it somewhere, so she worked on that. In Nagisa's mind, Jeremy would be talking, uttering the same words as DN had. "N-Nagisa.....? Why didn't you save me? Why did you let me die....? Y-y-you could have saved me. This is your fault. My deaf is your fault. Why, Nagisa? Why? Why? Why?" [[i know i know, cheesy. still, couldn't think of much better]] ----------------------------- chakra 46/52
