ikuto growled"it was your kind that cursed my grandfather and made me who i am, not some stupid human"he said growling, he turned to miki, knowing how much of a friend she was to shadow."miki wake up."he said in a calm voice before he place his hand on her stomach, he pressed down once, cracking the insignia, a blue light imited her stomach, healing her wound before she opened her eyes and gasped in shock, she felt like she'd been electicuted.ikuto just sighed in relief and stood up,away from her.

-the 13th laughed- "wrong again! i gave the humans the powers to help each other but they decided to fight each other. no another human gave you a curse! the ancients curses akll wroe off exept the ones on the city and my self! because when an anicent dies so does his curse he set!"-he waits for him to move- "so only person who coulda cursed you would be me! But! i dont know any curses!"

he looked down and shook his head"so obsessed about killing me, did you even notice that that girl was dying, or was the thought of murder clouding your mind?"he asked with a sigh, wondering how shadow could have loved this guy with the 13th in him.
miki winced and sat up,still staying silent, she felt sore all over.

ikuto sighs and stands up walking over to the nearby wall, a few metres away from miki.he stood with an unafraid, powerful stance.his eyes glaring into the 13th's eyes.
miki suddenly staggered upwards and inbetween the 13th and ikuto. she looked stubborn, but weak, her wings stained with blood."no..."she said, gritting her teeth and concentrating on standing, she coudnt let the 13th kill ikuto, shadow was her friend, she couldnt allow anything that would cause shadow pain to happen.

-both zacks voice and the 13th's- "he tryed to kill you!" -he appears behind her with the attack that couldnt be blocked - "you should know about the silver light attack!" -they smile- "it will end you for good" -it is still zack what is controlling him is his rage at miki being olmost killed-

miki screamed"zack no!" before her wings flitted her inbetween them again,she would do anything to stop them hurting each other.
ikuto stayed silent,emotionless, his scythe had disappeared.
shadow suddenly appeared like a mirage from her dimension, her eyes red and tear stained, her hair a mess.she stumbled forward and realised the image infont of her"everything i feared...."she whispered to herself,before noticing the blood on miki's wings"and more...."she said before she collapsed to the ground, to weak to stand, ikuto was instantly at her side but he couldnt get her to stand.

-zack stands theer in the blackend 13th form and see's sahdow on the ground- "gahhhh!" -he starts yelling as he drops the sword and holds his head- "i will not kill!!!" -he yells still. but its zack's voice alone-

miki looked at zack and smiled"knew you wouldnt"she said with a weak but happy smile.she still seemed slightly shaky on her feet but she turned back to normal and seemed more enthusaistic,like her old self.
ikuto picked shadow up and put her on the couch, she'd fainted from exhaustion.she purred in her sleep though her form wasnt neko.it was just a habit from her childhood.
ikuto turned to zack and with a serious face said the words"she does love you....in a bestfriend kinda way,still more than i'd like,but since you took care of her i guess that type of bond was bound to form eventually" in a somber voice before he sighed.

-the black in the 13th's from is gone and zack satdn there and he is all of a sudden infront of ikuto and he lays a single clawed finger on his forjhead as a white cross appears there faster and so suddenly no one could have seen it- "hold still" -he says in a voice that echo's but is still zack's-

ikuto doesnt move though his stance is relaxed,calm.he was pondering over the effect zack's claw would do over his healing insignia.he looked dazed as if he was deep in thought but shadow's body seemed to move further behind him,carried by dark shadows.
miki clung to zacks arm"zack,no,dont hurt him..."she said in a weak upset voice.
shadow was still dreaming in her sleep,purring as she was curled up on the couch,oblivious.
