Hello everyone! My name is Naomi, I am seventeen, and I am a Jewish witch. With the branch of Judaism I practice, which emphasizes a lot on G-d not having a gender, and a unity with nature, I've never really had an issue of combining my witch foundation (I was a Nordic pagan before I indulged in my Jewish heritage, my mother is Jewish).
I'd love to talk, make friends, and talk to older people who have much more experience than I. biggrin

Welcome to the guild. Its nice to see another Jewish witch around these part. Thought, I can't imagine how you could have ever combined Norse-pagan witchcraft with Judaism as you cannot hold any other gods higher than YAHWEH and the Norse gods (as I'm lead to believe) to not like being second to any either.
But its great that you wanted to connect with your cultural heritage! I look forward to chatting with you in the future.

I think Arab means she used to be a Norse Pagan and then decided to return to Judaism? Maybe....

Hello! I'm 25 and I've been studying and practicing paganism for about a year. I'm sort of hovering between Norse and Hellenic pantheons, and I recently joined a group called ADF so I worship according to their tradition (the 8 generic neopagan holidays, a certain order for high day ritual). I have very little experience with magic and don't really understand what it is, so mostly all I do is worship and offerings. I want to learn more, though, and maybe one day I will understand and want to practice magic. In general I love seeing what others are doing and what they've learned, so I look forward to reading these forums and getting to know people here.

Hi, I'm Ultramarine Violet - Violet, Vi, or UV will do just fine.
I'm a first degree Gardnerian (Wiccan) of the Louisville line, which itself is down from the Long Island line. My personal beliefs tend to favor Quantum Mysticism (check the excellent article on wikipedia), and I'm always seeking new ways to explore and enhance my practice.
I practiced as a solitary eclectic for ten years before seeking out a British Traditonal path. I include Tarot and dowsing in my practice (and am getting quite good, if I may say so myself) and would like to study rune-casting as well.
As part of my education in the tradition, my studies include quantum physics and mechanics, Jungian and Ericksonian psychology, a basic knowledge of herbalism (I'm told that there will be much more material on this in my future studies...), self-defense training, hands-on healing, and basic survival.
I also play bass guitar and read a lot in my spare time!
heart Nice to meet you all!

Hi you may all call me: Charms (Forgive me, but I do not wish to share personal info over the net wink ) I am a Neo-Pagan and have been so for about . . . a month xd Just speaking honestly! But I also find it very great and to myself very rewarding. I am also Witch-In-Training so to speak. I am VERY intrested in witchcraft but I do not know enough about it at the moment to feel comfortable in calling myself a witch just yet. But while studying Neopaganism I will probably focus more of my time on the Craft. So please if I ask what my seem "silly" questions please keep in mind that I am fresh in the feild and am just starting out 3nodding I already know not to read every book I pick up as the gosple and therefore not limit myself. If any of you have good advice for a beginning witch please let me know (any method of contact is fine by me: Commenting, Reply, PM) because I am new to the field I wish to seek guidance from what more experienced witches have found to be more "accurate" in the field of witchcraft. It is also very nice to meet you all 3nodding

Hi everyone, my name's Robyn and I'm really glad I didn't get kicked for inactivity considering I joined well over a month ago and didn't get to posting until now. Avoiding a major information dump about my personal life, I'll cut to the chase: I'm 23, turning 24 in December, and spent the majority of my life in a fluff-stage thinking I was wiccan. A few years ago I started wondering if that was for me, truly, despite things I'd interpreted as signs towards it and did a year of "wandering" through my own soul and mind. I'm still mostly undecided right now, so you could call me Eclectic.. but it wouldn't be entirely accurate either. For now, you could say that I follow the path of Asatru - Norse Pantheon worship - and I practice witchcraft within that world. I'm far from an expert on the craft (isn't everyone) and that's why I'm here. I'd like to here from others on experience I have, look on the experiences of others, and grow in my craft.
