Yuki used Hisaki's action as a sort of diversion, however it did not work as well as he thought it would. Not only was Chikako literally ripping the floor apart, she was quite hasty. It's weird, when I first saw her, she was a nervous wreck, but now she is attacking as if she has a thirst for blood. It seems uncharacteristic of her, from what I found out earlier from Mind Tracing. The Yamanka was glad that he activated his Mind Release, since now it was important to think ahead, and also dodge the incoming Earth jutsu being thrown at both of the Hidden Leaf Shinobi as they tried to fend her off. "This isn't the end. She's going for a tactical retreat, so she's not at close rage. We have to plan accordingly." Hisaki stated.
In what seemed like a flash, Yuki performed the unfamiliar handseals of his newest jutsu. He aimed the last handseal at the back of the retreating genin, and announced, "Poisoned Pawn Jutsu!" Chikako almost immediately slowed down to a walk, and then stopped in the middle of the hallway as Yuki continued to hold the handseal steady at her. At first, she seemed lost or confused, until she suddenly sprang to the side, and began to dodge the unrealistic Kunai being thrown at her. Anyone who was watching her would probably think she was going mad, until it she threw her arms up in defense, now unable to stop the barrage of Kunai. The small sound girl began to flinch and shiver and shake as the ninja tools now were pounding her, as they won't stop until the victims stops it. "You see Hisaki. Before we left for the exam, my father shown me a jutsu which I found very useful, especially at a time like this. A poisoned pawn is an opponent's piece that, if captured, would give you an advantage. Imagine this jutsu being just like that. Even if she did run, the wounds she thinks she is having will begin to bleed uncontrollably, physically exhausting her until she passes out." Yuki explained as he continued to focus on the girl with his poker face.
Just like the Yamanaka predicted, she collapsed on the spot, which brought a smile to Yuki's lips. He was glad that, even if he didn't want to be a medical nin, his dad will steal teach him some useful techniques. "Alright, can you do me a favor and use your Byakugan to plan a route out from here. I want to analyze her mind a bit more, it was a rather unprovoked attack and if I Mind Trace her, maybe we'll get more answers." He walked over to her and kicked her limp body over so she was on her back. The Bishop scoffed at the headband as he kneeled down beside her and placed his hands on the side of her head. "It seems she went through the maze alright," Yuki commented as he sifted through her brain, "She was quite agile and was whizzing past most of the traps. Until she met someone and then..." The Blond removed his hands from her head. "That is all I can see, which is weird."
Yuki let Hisaki have a moment alone with planning a route, he really didn't know how long it would take, but he knew that they can't make many mistakes if they didn't want to end up like Chikako here.

Yua was shocked when she almost ran into the other girl Yua looked her over, she was very exotic looking, Yua noticed the symbol for the sand village on the steel plate on her belt and smirked. ”Well it’s nice to meet you.” Yua said with a grin as she looked the girl over, she was rather attractive in a different way, her exotic skin tone and interesting hair was an instant eye catcher at least for Yua who was from mist village and most people there where as pale as she was what with little to no sun getting into the village. Yua smirked as the word clicked and the girl was asking if they wanted to work together, Yua nodded happily as she adjusted the huge scroll on her back she extended her hand. “I’m Yua from Mist village.” She said trying her best to be polite, but inside Yua was thinking she would have to watch her back just a bit since she didn’t know this girl or what the task truly was at this point. But for now Yua would be as friendly as she could, she did like this girl though she was pretty and she seemed sweet enough but that could also spell trouble. Yua smiled and looked down the two paths. “Well you came from that direction so I guess we can go this way.” Yua said pointing down another path and she strolled along side Oasis. Yua looked her over and noticed strange blue markings on her leg’s, she also noticed that the girl didn’t wear the traditional ninja shoes, which Yua thought to be a little odd. Yua decided not to say anything about either of them and decided to ask about something less personal. “So what’s it like in the Village hidden in the sand?” Yua asked with a smirk as she looked the girl in the face, Yua always tried to look people in the face when she spook to them it showed that she did care what they had to say and was respectful to them, Yua smiled waiting for the answer as the two women walked side by side.
Yua was also paying attention to the area they where walking in she had ran into enough traps to last her a life time while she was in this maze and she was still confused on the purpose on that last trap, unless it was supposed to stick her to the ground like a huge spider net or something, but then why was it slippery. Yua just could not figure it out, what was the practical purpose with a stick slippery liquid. There was just no practical purpose for it, it was like someone had hacked up a giant luggy on the maze floor, the very thought of sliding around in someone’s spit sent chills down Yua’s spine that would be by far the worst thing in this maze other than maybe a giant spider. Yua hated spiders, it wasn’t the idea of them that disgusted her, it was the looks of them that made her stomach churn. She hated their dead looking eyes and the way they moved, a shiver shot down her spine as she continued to walk along side of Oasis. Yua looked her over again, her outfit was so interesting. And she seemed so interesting just by looking at her a million questions where running through Yua’s mind. Yua also noticed upon closer inspection that she had freckles that made her cute, Yua couldn’t help but blush a little, Yua also noticed her eyes where an amber color she was so different looking than the people Yua was used to being around and that made Yua even more interested in her but she didn’t want to scare her away by asking her a million questions at once so for now she bit her tongue and waited for her response, as they kept moving around the next corner of the maze.

Notwen left the circular area, and returned the way he had come. His objective now completed, he was now wary of anyone else that might be out to get him. He jumped over the spikes he had activated earlier, reaching the other side of the pitfall. I'm a sitting duck... thought Notwen, slowing down and checking his surroundings. Sure that no one was watching, he performed a short set of hand seals. " Transform!" A gray cloud exploded from his body, and when it had dissipated only a small gecko could be seen scurrying across the floor. Notwen had traveled a short distance when he began hearing voices. Judging by the conversation, he deduced that a pair of genin had taken down a straggler and were skimming through the victim's memories. Notwen took a left and traveled down another corridor and traveled for what seemed to be forever. When he stopped he heard someone trying to climb over a wall from outside. 125 Event LinesQuote: Tracking Jin:90*2 vs 0(not hiding)

Quote: Doing an Awareness Check for ManiacalMonster 190 vs. 150 is 54%' 90 fails :C Hisaki held himself against the wall as Yuki used some sort of Genjutsu on the girl, which he explained shortly after using it, "You see Hisaki. Before we left for the exam, my father shown me a jutsu which I found very useful, especially at a time like this. A poisoned pawn is an opponent's piece that, if captured, would give you an advantage. Imagine this jutsu being just like that. Hisaki nodded slowly, though he had no clue how the name and jutsu were related in the slightest. However, after he understood the purpose of the attack, Hisaki spat on the ground, mumbling, "Cheater," to himself. Then Yuki neared himself to the girl and flipped her over so he could analyze her with more genjutsu. From there, he announced his plan to Hisaki, and what he wanted the genin to do, "Alright, can you do me a favor and use your Byakugan to plan a route out from here. I want to analyze her mind a bit more, it was a rather unprovoked attack and if I Mind Trace her, maybe we'll get more answers." Hisaki shrugged, "My vision only goes about one hundred and fifty feet out. I can make sure we don't hit any more dead ends, and I know which general direction to go in..." Hisaki looked for the slope in the ceiling that he used to get a general direction earlier in the exam, and spotted it, "If we move towards that crease-line feature in the cave ceiling, that brings us pretty close to the center with the boxes." Hisaki turned back to Yuki, who seemed to be done with the girl. Hisaki smirked, "Want me to immobilize her? One good hit to the leg should stop her from following us." (106 lines together 213 Alone)

’I shall fight to honor the name of Kaiten, the name of my father…
Erkamina laid still upon the ground, avoiding detection from any who had yet to find their 'prize' while covered in a slight bit of dirt from the ground, just barely enough to blend in to the area. Luckily she'd found a side path that not many would even consider traveling down unless they were either lost or, like her, were seeking some place to hide for the remainder of the day. She kept one eye open and tried to relax, if only slightly. She knew she couldn't drop her guard and sleep in this maze but at the very least she could rest for a while while in hiding. She wasn't planning on being found. If she heard footsteps nearby she'd just hightail it outta here faster than you could say 'run'. But she first had to recover from the maze's walls and walking down the paths she had nearly gone crazy trying to locate. It was all in the pursuit of her goals, her greatest desires. All she had to do was keep hiding.
… Soon I will show the world the worth of that name.’

Sora made haste to enter the exams, he was already running late but this was mostly due to his own plans. He had already intended of showing up a little bit after everyone else, mostly so that he could slide in unnoticed by the majority of the participants and reduce the chance of revealing himself into direct conflict. The rest of his equipment was still being worked on and would not be ready for at least another couple of hours. For now he would try and hold his own with what he had. Sora walked to the entrance, looking around trying to make sure that there were not hidden traps or anything that would cause him trouble while he searched out his first box. He rotated his shoulders, adjusting the puppet on his back before placing his hands only the walls and scattering bugs along them in every direction to try and scout ahead. He needed to make up for lost time and the best way to do that was to reduce the factor of chance. Instead of aimlessly wandering down each direction, he would send scouter bugs to tell him the most probable route and allow him to save a great deal of time.Quote: 17x2((34)) vs 100 =43% 11lines

His first scan did not reveal anything dangerous but he knew better, the exams were never so black and white that there was not something lurking to throw salt in ones plans. Sora took a left, realizing that the bugs that he sent right had all reached a dead end and were not headed back towards his location. The left turn he took turned him down a rather long pathway, this one with far less turns than the first leaving him with very few options to proceed forward. It was here that Sora stopped once again and released a set of bugs in each direction to try and find the next possible route. The bugs, now getting used to the command, quickly sprout wings and head off in each direction, two opening to the left, and one to the right. Sora had a feeling that going left again would simply loop him back in the way he came, but he wanted to be sure. He then turned his head and up let a single red bug crawl from his hands that flew up and circled over his head before stopping and hovering in the direction that he was looking. He would use this as a compass of some sort, this way if he got turned around, he would always know which direction he was facing last.Quote: 17x2((34)) vs 100 =43% 23 lines

The bugs that he sent to the left all returned to him, telling him that going left would eventually lead to a dead end, this meant that going right was the only logical direction to take. Sora nodded to himself and made a right turn, droping a single bug to the ground which made a silk next across the floor to signal to him that he had been here before, and should he get turned around he would notice this web and realize that he was going in a circle. Sora felt proud of himself, he was expertly using his clans abilities to properly navigate the maze and find the exit in a perfect amount of time. It was nessicary if he wanted to catch up to the rest of his partipants, he only hoped that this was not some sort of race in which getting there amoung the last would hinder his ability to pass on to the next stage, it was this fear alone that caused him to kick it into over drive, picking it up to a hastened jog and mentally commanding his bugs to do there jobs much further in advanced, this way by the time he reached another fork in the road his bugs would have already returned to him, and he would already know which direction to take, as well as one of the bugs to drop down and mark the turn that he made. His face held no expresion in the slightest, in fact, his mouth never opened a single time, not to grin, not even to breath. A closer examination would show that as he ran, there was no falter in his steps, no change in pace, no alteration of footing, it was almost a robotic lifeless stride, each step matching the first 100%. Ka'rinth stood slowly from where he was hiding in the box room and was careful not to jar his camaflouge cloak as he checked on his vampiric chakra plant. It had been in proximity with the kanji long enough now to have matched it's trace and extended a vine slightly to indicate where it matched. With slow movements to maintain the illusion granted by his cloak he made his way towards the point that the kanji matched and after some searching found an indentation to place it in that revealed the exit from the maze. With a glance backwards he stepped through the exit and nodded to the examiner that directed him to a separate waiting room from there. With a stretch he would depart letting his cloak return to it's usual dusky brown appearance.

Oasis grinned widely "Yea its neat to meet other nice people in here." she states as she walked with her usual meandering gait. "I'm Oasis from sand!" she states excitedly as she turned the direction she had mentioned and walked with the girl from mist. It seemed to Oasis that girls were usually more fun to be around, at least one on one maybe too many girls in one place would be like getting too many boys in one place eventually communication would break down and they would start fighting, she slowly shook her head oi thoughts could be so thinky sometimes. "Oh its great, so warm and dry and the sand feels really nice beneath your feet, thats why I don't wear any shoes!" she states as she pointed down at her bare feet. "Though, it is alot cooler and wetter here so its not as much fun cause at home you can feel the sand moving around and stuff when you walk." she adds with a bit of a pout. She turned a corner and watched for Yua "Yea, whats it like in mist?" she questions after a bit. When she could feel they were getting closer to the center Oasis had to conceal her excitement a bit. Though once Yua got a Kanji she decided she would 'vanish' from there.

As more and more of his bugs returned to him in a much quicker fashion Sora realized that he was getting closer to the center of the maze, he stopped for just a second to recall the bugs to his body. The order caused them to each attach themselves to his person, some clamping to his tough skin before sprouting wings and collectively lifting him up off the ground to hover in place sending him forward at a much quicker and more fluid pace. He was assuming that he was getting closer to the finish, logically meaning that those that had started before him, and had already made it, could be there waiting for him, by hovering over the ground he reduced the chance of them hearing his footsteps and possibly making it easier for him to get the jump on someone should the situation turn hostile. On his back the wrapped "puppet" remained motionless save a few very small twitches near the hand area though all together entirely too subtle for someone with normal eyes to recognize. Sora made a quick left turn that turned into some what of a curved corner, this looked odd considering every other turn up to this point had been straight aways, Sora remained vigilant, sending tracker bugs forward and behind to search ahead and to make sure that he was not being followed. Sora only hoped that it was not too late and that this was not some sort of race to the finish which would lead to his disqualitification, that aside, he made a mental note that once this was over he would send for the rest of his equipment to be brought to the exams so that he could stand a better chance towards the end of the exams where conflict was almost guaranteed. Sora stopped short, looking around the end of the turn to see an small area that looked much diffrent from the rest of the scenery, this must be the area that he was searching for he thought as he hovered closer, cautious of the area.Quote: 17x2((34)) vs 100 =43% Success 57 lines

As Sora began to fly higher to get a better vantage point over his next location he quickly was denied by the barrier over head. Sora looked up, and took a closer look at the tags. "Seal tags" he said out loud, though his mouth never moved an inch. So this was what these tags where for, to force people onto the ground, and to ensure that no one tried to cheat by simply going over the walls. This made sense considering it would void the entire point of the test, but it left him feeling uneasy, if this type of precaution was placed, what else could be lurking in this maze? Sora then redicted his attention to the path that he was taking, going around the conor, only to find.. that the turn that he thought took him to the ending, simply dropped down into a much larger set of turns. It was possibly the slightly lower footting that caused the sensors on his bugs to become confused, he would have to release them again with better direction, it would seem that taking the fast approch here was not going to cut it. Sora lowered himself to the ground with a thud and began to proceed forward, this time making sure to pay closer attention to the signals that his bugs sent him so that he did not fool himself with his own tactics.Quote: intx2(17) + 50 Innate buff vs 150 =43%

Sora became slightly discouraged as his bugs did not return to him as fast as they once were before. This told him that the maze was getting larger, and that each turn went on for a much greater distance. He stopped for just a moment and rested against a wall before making a circle on the ground and placing a bug inside it, the bug circled the ring that was made for it before stopping in the middle and vibrating its wings, "damit" there was not a single bug team that had found the exit so far, this was starting to get more and more difficult as he made his way through the maze. The problem here was, he had no sort of idea "where" he was going or "what" he was trying to find. Normally his bugs were an excellet source of tracking and movement, but only when they knew what they were tracking and its general direction. Sora leaned back against the wall, trying to concentrate on the subtle wing vibrations of his bugs, as well as the various hormonal secreations that were left behind for him to properly guide them. As he sat and focused he was able to almost see through the eyes of his bug scouts, sending them all in various direction, trying to excutue every possible turn and shift that this maze had to offer, his goal was simple, to send at least two scouts down every possible direction and map out the entire maze. With his eyes still fixed in one direction he began to trace the ground with his finger, mapping out all of the intell that he had gathered, it would seem that he had only managed to map out roughly 10% of the entire maze, which was puzzling in itself because from the beggning he had not realized that this maze was that large.

His patients payed off the as his finger came to a hault, the direction that he was tracing seemed to be the longest, and even more so, it seemed that all other tunnels eventually lead away from this direction which lead him to beleive that this could possibly be the right direction to follow. Sora got up to his feat and headed off in that direction, instructing his bugs to remain in there positon so that he could make sure that he kept his wareabouts mapped out. The fast and outright approch to this mission was simply not going to work, he had already determined that this maze was so large that the time it would take a bug to reach a dead end and return its findings back to him, he could easily have moved passed a vital turn and become lost. The bugs that followed him continued to mark his route so that he would not get turned around without knowing, but yet and still he felt as though he was simply wandering around in circles. Sora stopped for a moment, getting an idea. This area was inside, that was for sure, so that meant that -if- there was any source of wind, it would have to come from the outside, which most likely was the exit. He directed one of his closer units to try and find the source of wind that seemed so subtle. This might very well be his key to finding his soulution.Quote: 100 lines, rolling on next post.
