Excuse me, but is the deadline at a certain hour (I'm EST)? I would like to squeeze an entry in, but it's fine otherwise.

I'm just going to go with turn it in as soon as you can. Thal has the final word, but if it's still the 31st in your area, you're in the clear.

Get the art in by 11:59:59pm in your region and you're accepted. (West Coast time is my default, but I'm lenient as maybe some one here is Hawaiian and on different time)...as long as all entries are in before 6am on Sunday (my time, East Coast) I think all time zones will be allowed for so anyone trying to get their last touches done can do so. Once I wake up, no more entries are allowed. There's only so much leeway I can give.
