This is an RP guild. In an RP guild I'd personally be more interested in something to RP with. An in RP reward.
It doesn't have to be a seat or something. Perhaps a small, fairly useless and yet fun to use trinket that does something nasty in a fight and while it can't turn the tide of a battle it's something nice to have on you.
Gold is so worthless if you RP intensively not to mention. You rack it up at an incredible level and if you really need gold there are faster ways to win it than going into an RP tournament.
Well. That's just my view.

I suppose. Well, it could be some cool reiatsu amplifier. If you use Kidou, you could temporarily make your kidou stronger by about fifteen or twenty "Number" levels for a post or two, meaning that a Sokatsui could temporarily be almost as powerful as Haien, or something like that.

Well that's a little over the top because that really could change the flow of battle. It makes some Kido utterly insanely overpowered.
It could be something more like the right to train for a new special move in Shikai or learning a martial art.
You know. Little things.

I agree, there should be like a tournament for everyone that doesn't have shikai. It would test all of our abilities without shikai and the prize would be...... Learning Shikai, the winner gets to learn shikai without waiting 2 months

Anyway. The idea is ridiculous. You'd probably be in the tournament for 2 months. The whole thing would be redundant unless rushed.
