Mane:: Tory's a very simple character.
She's got pretty long brown hair that's curled into ringlets at the ends. I think I'd like her hair to go down to her knees or a bit past that. The front perhaps something like this X Where the hair has been pushed back out of her face with a pretty head band and then it just tumbles back from there. A few pieces have fallen out of the headband. Use CC in this, make it gorgeousss XD. + Cover the foreground eye please with bangs? I love how this looks on the soq mares (if I have the wording wrong it would be the horse's left eye)

Description (horn/tail colors/eye color/hair color/hair style etc):
Eyes: Icy pale blue
Hooves: Black
Mane: Very long like the tail, white with shades of icy blue (like ref) should be a little wavy (not uber curly but I don’t want it to be perfectly straight).
Tail: Long cascading to the ground (same color as ref no black in it please and sorry instead of posting the ref so many times I just left it at the reference image area)
Body: Like ref, white with blue hues for shadows (more of a blue coloring in the shading than grays) with black legs up to the knees turning into stripes sort of like a tiger. I would like the markings to continue on places on her back and around her neck (ignore the solid black piece on the ref pic on her back <3) and around the tips of her ears, slightly fluffy leg feathering.
A silver pendant around her neck with a blue stone in the middle, a little more elegant and bigger then the one in the ref pic of Mint please <3 (I should update the ref pic at some point <3 but I did post a few ref pics of elegant casing that I would like <3) Around her body and her hair should be long strings of silver/blued hue pearls or charms that match the necklace spread out (or if that is a little too hard silver threads/string, the charms should be tiny not huge and they don’t have to recognizable of something), they should drape on her forehead, on her mane, her body, and down her tail, very elegantly draped on her please <3
Wings near her head should be black with a few white stripes. Her larger wings should be black mainly but as they get closer the body they should stripe to white. Style 1 if possible on wings, or if style 2 looks better I’m ok with that (more of a CC choice)

Other = This Soquili is basically supposed to commemorate the New Orleans Saints and their first Super Bowl appearance/victory. Back and gold should be the predominant colors. The fleur-de-lis is the Saint’s symbol, so that should probably show up as well. Only other suggestions would be the roman numerals XLIV - aka 44 – to indicate the Super Bowl they won. I do not expect exact duplicates of any NFL stuff – I do have some understanding about copyrights – so something that gets across the general idea will make me happy. If possible/allowed, I would love it if you could edit it so that he has confetti around him.
