┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛『xxMood: Lazy.xxThoughts: Break.xxStatus: In a tree.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx』 Up in the trees, where no one could see her, laid a red-haired girl with what we'd call a 'big mouth'. Her name was Vegas. She wasn't a simple human, she was a necromancer; but she was one of those smart-a**, sneaky, lazy, and most of all bitchy gals. Although, it hadn't become clear to everyone that she simply didn't care of what she was or how people thought she was. The girl accepted her own ways and knew how to embrace them. No one could get in this girls way, not even the toughest of fighters. Her ego was far too big to let them bother her, which in the end was completely her advantage.
The girl leaned back on the trunk of the tree, easily balancing on a thick branch that pointed out from it. She was comfortable in her own shaded oasis, and didn't mind being alone for the time being. She was cool and didn't need anything else.
"Hey, you! Get down from there!" a man yelled from the ground, but Vegas simply ignored him and kept on day-dreaming. This wasn't the time to bother her, and he'd soon enough figure that out if he continued to bother her.
"Hello? Ma'am! We need you to get down from that tree now!" The man persisted. Little did he know, though, that the girl that sat up there was much more than persistent herself.
She opened her eyes and stared down at the man.
"Me? No way." she said let her bangs fall in front of her eyes.
"This is my break time, man.""No, we need to cut this here tree down, Ma'am. You gotta get off of it." he yelled back up at her impatiently. Although she, too, was impatient, and wasn't going to deal with this guy for long.
She grabbed onto the branch with both hands and swung herself around until she was hanging from it. She had to be at least fifteen feet high, but she didn't seem to nervous about it.
She let go and landed on her feet steadily, making sure she had caught her balance before standing up straight.
"Your not cutting this tree down. You've got plenty of space." Vegas said sharply and balanced her hands on her hips.
"Would you really like to try telling me otherwise?" she asked and raised and eyebrow slowly, awaiting for the man's reply.
"Uh, Ma'am, it was the chief's orders. We gotta cut it down." he said slowly as if he were a bit nervous as to what she'd do.
"You can cut down a different tree, yeah? Like that one over there?" she said and pointed to a different tree slowly, a wide smirk coming over her face.
"Go."The girl was anything but willing to negotiate about this. If the damn teachers and principal thought they didn't have enough space, then why the hell did they keep accepting more people in the school? There were plenty of people here now; the last thing they needed was more people.
"Beat it." she sneered and jumped up to grab onto the branch that she had used to get up to where she had been in the first place.
"I'm trying to enjoy my break."
