☪ Am I Human? Or am I Animal? ☪
▶▶▶ Tomo walked to the side of the dock. She had never seen a lake so large before. It's vastness filled her with wonder. How can anything be so large? Tomo slowly lowered herself into the water, not minding the temperature or the fact that she had no spare clothes. She wanted to feel the bottom. She dove. Ten seconds, thirty seconds, fourty five seconds. She swam back to the top. It's so deep! Amazing... Tomo thought as she pulled herself back onto the dock. She stared at the dark water, making designs with her toe.

▶▶▶ Tomo took her feet out of the water. She still didn't understand the questions in her head about this lake, but it was time to go. She needed to get some food. Ignoring her wet clothes and her shivers, Tomo walked off the beach. [exit]

The World is a Monster.... Anaice smiled, "Nice to meet you hun." She rubbed his tag with the tip of her finger. "Shizu." She giggled. "I like your name." Anaice moved her hair back over her shoulder. "Do you like cats?" She knew it was a weird question and she could feel her cheeks burning. She wished she could have taken the questions back. But it was to late. She looked at his eyes and then smiled big trying to hide her nervousness. Because We Make it That Way..

 He blushed, no one had said that about his name before! He then nodded as an answer to her question, smiling back at her. "Hmmmmm, cats........." Waiting for her response, he quickly flipped through his sketchbook, and found what he was looking for........ "Maybe I should animate it, just to see what happens.........

The World is a Monster.... Anaice smiled "So cool!" She stood up happily and looked down at him, "Wanna see something?" She flipped her hair and her ears popped up, her tail grew and her finger grew tiny sharp nails at the tip. Anaice smiled and giggled, "I'm a kitty.." Her slowly sat down and looked at him. She looked at his sketchbook, "You draw too?" anaice continued, "I draw too." She leaned alittle to try and see what was on the pages but tried not to lean to where he would notice. Because We Make it That Way..

Shizu's mouth fell open with wonder, "Woah, she can turn into a cat!!! Nobody could do that where I came from............" he thought, wishing now more than ever that he could talk. When she said she drawed as well, he nodded, smiling and blushing from her cool comment. Decided, he stood up, and placed his hand on the drawing, focusing his energy. Slowly, it started to glow at the edges, and the cat started to wiggle on the page. Smiling, he picked up the miniature cat and placed it on the dock, watching as it grew to full size. "Hmmmmm, I hope she likes it.......!"

The World is a Monster.... Anaice jumpped up and started pawing at the cat. "Omg! It's so cute!" She picked up the cat and nuzzled it and held it close to her chest. "It reminds me of my little brother!" She smiled and giggled. "You're MAGIC!!" Anaice grinned, "That's so amazing!!" She placed the cat back on the dock and played with it some more. she felt young again. She was so surprised she had met someone that could do magic like this. Anaice looked back at him and blushed. "And he is cute!" She thought to herslef. So many people with so many gifts. She knew that she would love it here. Because We Make it That Way..

Blushing feriously, he picked up the cat, "Her little brother..............wonder what he is like............." He laughed at her magic comment, smiling back "She's beautiful............". The cat leaped out of his arms, playfully bounced about the dock, knocking various things over, "Hey, come back!!!" he thought to himself, laughing, and got up to chase it across the dock. On his first step forward, though, he slipped in a puddle, falling flat on his face, where the cat jumped on top of his head, playfully mewling, presenting her clumsy prize

The World is a Monster.... Laughing at how he fell, she got up slowly and walked over to hi,. She stood there smiling down at him. Held out her hand and giggled. "You're so cute." Picking up the cat, she helps him up. Anaice held the cat close and held his hand after he stood up. "You go to the school right?" She asked. In her head she was hoping she could possibly end up in the same dorm with him. They could hang out, maybe. Anaice slipped her hand out of his and handed the cat to him. "There you go. I got him for you." Anaice smiled and giggled at the cat, nuzzling him softly. Because We Make it That Way..

Plushing as she helped him up, smiling back, He silently responded in his mind "Not nearly as cute as you" Then he blushed even more as he realized she was holding his hand, he nodded, accepting the cat, and quickly dug into his bag and pulled out his Fuyu Academy acceptance letter. He smiled again, watching her and the cat, purring, the cat nuzzeld back. "I wonder if we can be in the same house, at least then I would have a friend to hang out with"

The World is a Monster.... The ringing of her phone pulled her away from the cat. She reached into her pocket and pulled out her phone. Anaice clicked up open the phone and read the text, "Your dorm is Catian. You may get ready to set up in your dorm." She smiled and clicked the phone closed. "Well my dorn is ready! Do you know what dorm you are in?" She smiled and nuzzled the cat again. "Does your magic have a time limit? Or does it last until you take it away?" Anaice looked down at the cat and then back at Shizu. Anaice felt close to him for some reason. Because We Make it That Way..

He looked in surprise at her phone, there were phones allowed here?? He had never had a phone before! He HAD to get one, it would make communication SO much easier!! He unfolded his acceptance letter, and moved in close next to her, leaning, he pointed at the last line:
DORM: Catian
Plum Room
Then stumbled backwards embarrassed, realizing how good it felt to stand next to her that close...............Shaking himself, he answered her last question by mimicking fainting, or falling asleep.

The World is a Monster.... Anaice bounced up and down, "I'm in that dorm too!!" She was so excited. She looked and watched him doing his fake fainting. "Oh whatever." She shaved him on his shoulder. "So if I wanted I could keep this cat?" She was hopping that he would say yes to her keeping the cat. Anaice yawned and she returned to her human form. Her ears went away, her tail was gone, her nails had vanished. She stretched, she was so tired!!!! "Hey, since we know where we will be staying. You wanna go check out the place together?" She asked tucking her hair behing her ears./align] Because We Make it That Way..

He smiled, "Yes! We are in the same dorm!!" he thought happily. He nodded, and gently handed her the cat. He nodded, smiling at her, he quickly shouldered his bag, and grabbed his suitcase. He then tucked his sketchbook, and acceptance letter, into his bag. Remembering something, he quickly pulled out his sketchbook again, and jogged over to his doodle boat. Grasping the side of the boat, he lifted himself over the side, heading into the small cabin. Inside he took down a small hammock he had hanging inside, then headed below deck. Slipping into the small space (He left his suitcase on deck) he headed over to several small crates, opening the first, he pulled out a plastic bladder full of water. In the second, he pulled out several packages of rations. The third held, carefully packaged and cushioned, he gently pulled out a small revolver in a holster, and a longsword in a scabbard. Clambering back on deck, he attached the holster to his belt, concealed beneath his shirt. Then slung the sccabbard over his shoulder tieing it around his chest. Then he gathered up all his bags, and leaped over the railing, landing next to Anaice. Strolling over to the ship once more, he pressed his palm against the side, and it slowly melted away into a smaller version of the ship. Opening his sketchbook, he pressed it against the page, making it an ordinary drawing again. Then turned toward her expectantly.

The World is a Monster.... Taking the cat from him she watched as he ran around collecting his items. He landed next to her and she hissed at him. "Oh sorry." She blushed, "Scared me..." She put her backback on. "Let's get to moving then." Anaice rubbed the cats face. She looked at the boy and smiled then kissed his cheek. "This is going to be the best year ever." She felt to excited! Because We Make it That Way.. ((OOC: Exit to Plum Dorm.)
