My arm hurts if I poke it though, or if I try to straighten it out... sort of annoying really.

Lol. I go by this, generally. It's almost fool proof, which is helpful for me!! You can use any chocolate, but I wouldn't advise anything with toffee in it...kinda feels weird with bread. Mars bars work well.
Recipe for chocolate sandwich:
Ingredients:
Bread
Butter
Chocolate
Equipment:
Plate
Butterknife
Method:
1. Put a slice of bread on the plate.
2. Spread butter on bread using butterknife.
3. Put chocolate on bread.
4. Put a second piece of bread on to of this to make a sandwich.
5. Eat.
Variation:
Toast bread before spreading butter. Work quickly so chocolate goes all melty and yummy!!

for once i actually don't think that a chocolate sandwhich sounds good at all. and i love chocolate. maybe it's b/c my hormones are raging at the moment. idk lol
