 I haven't.
I suppose everyone's busy with the end of the school type year. I know I am.
And my freak obsession with WW2, telling me I have to go paint a picture of Churchill and draw a comic about Joesph Goebbles =A=;;; All the time.

I think I just have a short attention span. 8D Practically everyone has a short attention span these days. I have a huge explanation about it, but, as you might assume, I don't have the attention span to type it all out. xD that and I'm drawing a comic for history class.

Well good thing you didn't type it out, because I would have read half of it and then got distracted by something shiny on my desk.
Comics for history, ftw!

Lol. Summary: People now a days growing up connected to everything. Mp3 Players, Internet, Instantaneous communication (IMing, Emailing) We're being raised impatient and seeking instant self gratification. Going off to go find a record and setting up the record player, writing a long letter to a friend and waiting weeks for a reply doesn't fly with us anymore.
Also, there's the matter of being connected to everything at once, that means we have a much higher multitasking ability than our predecessors and not having 6 things going on at once can make our brains freak out. So the outburst of "ADD" is partly to do with that.
.. I could type a 10 paged essay on the topic and still not get all what I want said. xD Sigh.
and yeh, super win, except I have like, less than 8 days to finish it and hand it in.

Sydney, such an enlightening summary you have there. That point about that outbreak of ADD is fantastic. I never really thought of it like that, but it does make a lot of sense. 8D
Don't we all like chocolate, Sir Awesome?

I don't like chocolate. ; )
And Mgmgghhhh.. I'm reluctant to actually say that there is an "outbreak" of ADD. I'm actually of the opinion that "ADD" shouldn't be a diagnosable illness. It seems extremely old fashioned to say that all people think the same and all people react the same to the same variables.
I don't think that when someone is fidgety or has a short attention span that they have a disorder. I think it's supremely natural and that those types of brains should be stimulated in a different way.
When I do say "outbreak" however, I mostly refer to our now-a-day mindset where every tiny twitch is a disease and we all need medicine. In the past there were plenty of people who could have been diagnosed with ADD, but they weren't because it simply had not been "invented" then.
It's difficult to word correctly.
In short, I think that the people growing up in todays world are used to much more brain activity and multiple things going on, and it affects our minds in a way that we need that constant stimulation and entertainment.
... oogghhh, it's so hard to say :/

:/ I was extremely sure I was playing checkers with a plaid panda. And he CHEATED.
xD; during the week I drank nothing but coffee and ate nothing but sugar. I did not sleep at all. Worst week of my life.
