Reddeye walked into the office after being away for a couple of days. His stance was rather strange, it was his body after a fun fight while using his specific fighting style. He held something strange though, he was happy, and had some blood on his face. This was not a very usual thing to see anymore on him, because it wouldn't usually be so fresh looking, since it was still dripping lightly.
The Captain's zanpakuto, sheathed, and held at his hip while his arms hang low to his sides. It was easy to see the blood on the hilt of the katana, the only weapon in Seireitei that was a soul just as deranged as the head captain. The thought of other zanpakuto having the same issue of lacking mental stability is a rather disturbing thing to pass through a person's mind, whether it belong to Reddeye or not.
Now with the captain being completely int he office, his reiatsu filled it like the air did, touching all things, but being more dense then the air in here. The man was a complete monster with the size of his power, and more so when the memory of his necklace reducing his reiatsu by half means he is even more powerful that what is shown.
The captain looked over to Kai, his eyes glowing dimly with the same red as his hair, and the blood on his face. The captain gave a smile, such a terrible feature as his teeth are like a demons, giving the effect of true evil to it. However the teeth seemed to revert into almost a normal look as his features began to almost calm themselves through time.
Reddeye walked over to the desk in the captain's office, and took a seat near it. He was looking rather relaxed as he closed his eyes, and undid the latch of his zanpakuto, to his robes. He placed it down on the floor, and just let it sit there. However Iraku didn't like this, and began to chime, tick, and make other strange sounds as it echoed through the room in such an unworldly matter. The Captain looked down, frowned, and stomped heavily on the sheath of his blade, almost crushing the zanpakuto. This is his average way of treating his blade, but he used to do far worse things to his inner hollow, which used to believe it stood a chance against the captain, the man quickly put him away in a corner, but lately the beast has been acting up, within the beast of Seireitei.
The captain looked to Kai, and smiled once more as he took in a soft breath. He had thought about what to say for only a few short moments before walking into the room. Normally a person would panic slightly under what they planned on doing, however the man was slightly unemotional to such things, and was not very effected by it, so he followed through with his original plan.
"Would you like to go on a date with me?"
The captain asked with his eyes looking right at Kai, unmoved, focused, and full of death and war. He had sick things going through his mind, with only very few good things as well. Reddeye's idea of a date was a killing spree outside of Seireitei, after a nice walk of course, hoping to find a town thinking they had a chance against himself and the girl.
Though he knew that was not a good one, instead, as he learned, a good date, and most of all for a first one, would be at a restaurant. The captain knew of a few good ones, and the newest one was in squad ten, so the captain would plan on taking her there, if she said yes. However if she said no he would find no issue in it, and probably continue on with his very long life, which would be filled with the entertainment pleasures of mass murders.

Even though the weather was pretty calmed those days, anyone could notice that sudden change on the room. Kai was lying on a little couch, next to the window that faced the training grounds, covered in a deep pink, because of the sakura blossoms, with some of them rushing into the office, softly landing on her lap. She was reading some book she found in the bookshelves right next to her desk. It was a good book, indeed. The Russian Version of the Psychoanalist, by Katzenbach. A great classic novel, heavy, but really interesting.
The Squad was really calm. Some members were training outside. You could hear their zampakutohs, crashing against each other on each blow. But far away from that, was a really nice evening. Kuroi, her zampakutoh, was lying on the couch's arm, but the chain was still surrounding her body, like a devious snake, trying to strangle his prey. Kuroi was a really selfish zampakutoh, also a very wary one. He was always trying to protect his owner, by all means.
As soon as the captain of squad 11 stepped into the office, the place crumbled a bit, like shivering of fear. Kai simply raised her sight, just to see Reddeye, sitting on one of the wooden visitor chairs. His eyes...those crimson eyes that would make anyone panic by the simple fact of staring at them. She took that moment to close her book, placing one of the blossoms to separate the page she was reading. Then, Kai listened to the captain's question silently. The chain clinked softly, as a complaint to the girl. Kuroi wasn't happy with that idea. To calm him down, she simply patted the sword, until the point of total silence. She uncrossed her legs, and stood up, with the help of her sword.
With a surprised look, her melancholic grey eyes couldn't stop looking at his. She raised an eyebrow slightly. A date?...What does he have in mind?... she asked to herself. She quickly looked through all of her thoughts, what could happen, the consequences of it...she gripped her zampakutoh firmly, after a few moments, and a slight grin appeared on her face. She wasn't...happy...she was sort of...amused. Her reiatsu sprung a bit, excited of what could happen...her other side wasn't as comfortable, but this time she wanted to know what could happen..."Heh, sure, I'll be glad to"...she simple muttered in a joyful tone, as she leaned on the windowframe.

Reddeye sat where he was, seemingly unmoved by the reply. Then it happened, a feat of pure destruction, the very look that millions have died to, and only a very few even more unlucky few have survived. Those few, not apart of Seireitei, would forever be scared by the image of his smile.
The captain then stood up, moved over to a window, opened it up, then turned to look at Kai. He gave a quick glace at her, light, demonic as all hell. Just then with a wink he touched his hand on the windowsill, window open.
"We shall be going to the squad ten restaurant, see you there at about seven tonight."
The captain said as he vanished with tremendous speed, leaving the squad grounds.

"O...k..." Kai just muttered, but the captain was already gone. When she realized it, she sighed lowly. It was almost 6 PM, so she walked to the door, and closed it, with a reiatsu lock, as she always did. Also the windows, all of them closed shut. With all the possible ways in secured, she went to her home, right behind the office, crossing one little wooden door to get there, as a passage.
She walked into her room. It was a simple room...one bed in the corner, some wooden drawers, a closet, and the bathroom. A simple rug with some pillows right in the middle. She quickly opened the massive closet, and dove into it. She didn't have a lot of clothes, like a normal girl, just the essential. She pulled out a little black dress, with a gothic touch to it, and some long military boots. She began dressing...herpale skin contrasting with her clothes, as usual. After that, she rolled Kuroi's chain up on her, as always, and hung the katana on her belt. Then shhe took her backpack, and left the room...on her way to squad 10...Dakota's squad restaurant, locking all the doors on her way out.

Since Ed was back in squad 13 he Decided to Visit his Captain. Ed walked to the Squad 13 and Knocked onto the Door. "Hello Captain" He said as then He went in. "Its been awhile" He said to her as then he took out a Gift for her which was a Gothic Neckalace and hand it to her.

Kai was reading her usual book, as always, after a long day of work. Suddenly a familiar reiatsu appeared on the room. "Ed! long time no see..." the girl stood up from her desk. He was wearing her usual modified shinigami uniform, along with the modified haori Reddeye gave her. She received the news of Ed's wish to come back to the Squad, so she was happy. Ed took out a little black box, with a white lace on it. She opened it up, and saw a beautiful gothic necklace. "Wow, thanks Ed. What's the ocassion?" she asked, a bit confused, but thankful with the gift.

"I am Back in the squad" He Said to her Excitedly as then he sat on the Chair. "I dont like you or anything, Just a gift thats all" He said Blushing alittle as then he walked out the room. "I will see you later Captain" He said leaving the office back to the Barracks.

 a slight breeze fills the room for a moment then Etzio Kaicho stands in the office in front of kai, Only not wearing her mask, but her eyes were closed, when she opened them her eyes were lemon yellow, she was still blind, but she found out by accident that she doesnt need the mask anymore, her genral appearance had changed. Her hair nolonger purple, but more pink, she was wearing a long lemon yellow scarf and her usual yellow sash
" Hello Kai, Long time no speak " she says with a smile

"Uhm, OK...thanks for the gift, and welcome back". Kai smiled softly as Ed left the room. A few minutes later, another familiar reiatsu appeared, along with the 2nd squad captain, Etzio. "Etzio-taichou. Welcome. It's been a while indeed." the girl recognized, as she offered a seat to the Captain. "What brings you around?", Kai asked curious, as she approached a little table, where she had her teapot, and some glasses. "Tea?" the girl asked.

" Some tea would be splendid thank you Kai " she replies with a kind, heart warming smile, " So hows things been going for you as temp captain, or in my eyes captain, you been upto much with your free time, making time for recreation, fun, games, Boys " she adds with a small smile

"Sure"...the girl replied, as she poured some herbal tea in two little cups. She gave one to the captain, and placed one for herself on her desk. Then she sat on her desk, with her legs hanging softly. "Oh...that...well, the activity of the squad has been decreasing this past few days. I try to keep up with the paperwork, though. So yeah, I believe I have too much free time in my hands, but the work is being done." she recognized, as she took her glass, drinking from it a bit. "And, now that Ed is back, the squad activity will increase..." she concluded.

" I see, basically the same as my squad " she says looking slightly more serious, " the actiity in my squad has decreased dramatically, the thing is all our members seem to be transferring to squad 11, and its starting to irritate me now, we need more ways to promote activity, Contests, rewards, Bigger better guildwise spars all those kinds of things you know " she adds

As Ed was out in the Hallway He was about to Leave until he heard somthing about decrease in squad, As he walked back into the office Ed Knocked on the Door.

"I kind of agree with you, taichou..." the girl said softly. "There's got to be a way to increase the activity around here". The activity, not only on her squad, but in everyone else's had been almost nule. So they have to think about a solution to this. "Probably some contests can bring us more people around." Kai realized, as she drank a bit more tea. Someone knocked on the door, Kai devised Ed on the hallway. "Ed? Welcome back. How can I help you?"
