"I can't wait to get back home." Dimitris spoke aloud calmly reaching up and smoothing out his hair after being shocked back in the base realizing how hurt he was. "I'm gonna sleep a whole day away and... wait no I don't think I can, we still have more of those factory creatures roaming around. Ughn..." The fox gripped his stomach and shirt queasily, he was airsick and quickly crossed through the ship looking for a bathroom closing himself in.

-Hmmmn...so you were in the thick of that giant attack on the city thing, and the Trine accuse you of terrorism? thats...harsh, especially since you didn't do anything....well, looks like you'll be getting the last laugh, as the Trine base will be exploding......now.-

Laz pulled his seat back up as the QPT finally breeched its containment, the blast bigger than he'd feared. He tapped the comm as he tightened his restraints.
"hang on everyone, and enjoy the Trine base becoming a crater big enough to see from orbit".

hundreds of thousands of tons of dirt, vaporized steel, and organic compounds were blown into the sky as the gigaton blast- equal to a billion tons of conventional TNT- obliterated everything in its path. He saw the displays flicker as the immense EMP hit, but the blast was light on the light radiation, which would have utterly destroyed all electronics onboard, despite the Chiropteras shielding, instead blasting out a awesome wave of hard radiation, X-rays and Gammas mostly. The light from the blast was so bright he could feel heat from it on exposed fur, and the Chiroptera's shields ebbed as they deflected the worst of the blasts energy away. He saw several systems flicker and die, regardless, and concentrated on getting ready for the shockwave of disturbed air.

The first warning he got was a shiver of turbulence, then the blast hit. The ship instanly flipped end over end, then began to spin in three axis, fast enough the inertials couldn't componsate for the G-forces fully, and he fought to stay awake as G-forces pulled blood away from his brain. alarms were screaming as the eighty five ton ship was blown around like a leaf in a hurricane, and he knew that if the ship hit the ground, it'd be over before he knew it. then the main force of the shockwave passed, and the componsators took effect. He gasped as the G-forces ebbed, and seized the sticks, snapping a look out the viewscreen - the massive mushroom cloud from the blast begining to rise and nearly twenty thousand feet high already-before returning his attention to the wildly changing instruments, and fought the stick as it bucked in his grip. he risked taking a hand from the stick and hit the autopilot on toggle, welcome for any help, then grasped the stick in both hands again and tried to keep the ship flying as the altimeter plunged. the ships computer, determining a solution to the problem, immediatly began firing thrusters to halt the spining, and the stick began to respond. finally, he managed to level the ship out, and breathed out, before chuckling and looking at the feed from the rear cameras.

" Hey Trine- Karmic paybacks a b***h, ain't it?"

The sudden blast had jolted Renamon back onto her feet from her sleep, gripping firmly on the closest thing to prepare for impact. By the look outside nothing had really happend to the ship, but froze when she saw what had happend by the coast of New York.
"By Inari...was that the Trine base?!" She observed more closley to discover it had moved away from where it was anchored underwater, unsurprisingly trying to move away from the base, "I was right...that entire facility 'was' a ship."
She throught to herself openly around the others, a slight tingle going through her fur; realizing what would have happend if she had stayed.
