"Oh, Strawberry for sure! My favorite fruit, especially when it's with whipped cream or dipped in chocolate. What about your favorite fruit?" The transition from the previous topic was completely easy for her, and she really didn't mind the topic of fruits; fruits were healthy.

"Mmm strawberries. I like blueberries, and food in generally. But for ice cream I like chocolate." He drove out. "If you spot an ice cream shop on the way, tell me. I know where the park is, but not an ice cream shop."

"Aye, Captain! I'm on it!" She chirped to him cheerfully, leaning forward to look out the window. "Do you think maybe the park might have ice cream carts?" Oh, how romantic that would be, a walk in the park, ice cream from a stand. It sounded like something right out of those romantic comedies!

"It might with as many people that come and go in this city. would you rather look until we find one? I can just park by the park and we wander around." he didn't mind the idea of that. he was still pretty full, burning off some energy before hand wouldn't be a bad idea. A car stopped short ahead of him and his breaks squealed as he stepped on them. They stopped just an inch short of the bumper and a string of curses poured form his mouth. "Damn idiots! You don't stop in the middle of the F-ing road!"

"Yeah, I wouldn't mind we walk arou-" The car slammed to a stop and Kofuku gave a yelp of surprise as she was jerked forward, then back, her hair flying over her face and her seat belt pressed against her. Breathing quickly, she brushed some hair from her face. "Bloody hell!"

Sitting up in his seat he tried to scan ahead and saw a car or two ahead was stopped, and traffic coming their way was, well not. He rolled down the window and put his head out the window for a better view. "Oh great, looks like an accident a few cars up. We are gonna be here a while." he groaned and pulled his head back in, glancing in the rear view only to see there were cars behind him.

"Damn, for real?" Quickly throwing off her seatbelt, she rolled down her window. "Has anyone called an ambulance, do you think?" The worried look on her face was only the surface of the turmoil in her, and she was clearly about ready to jump out to see if she could help. She may have been part of an evil organization, but she still had her humanity in her.

"Wanna hop out and check? I'll stay with the car. You can see how long it will be as well. Damn it, I'm sorry about this." he frowned trying to look ahead again. He wasn't worried about the other people much, it was a 30 mile an hour zone, tops. No full speed crashes here. Likely some idiot doing something stupid. Enough to take up both lanes.

"Yeah, I'll be right back." Opening up the door, she stepped out, then paused and leaned back in, planting a kiss on Panther's cheek. "And don't be sorry, you couldn't have know." Giving him a small wink, she left to go see what was happening.
Several minutes later, Kofuku slid back into the seat with her report. "Looks like they're all ok, but one of the cars is totaled and in the middle of the intersection and they're waiting on the tow truck." Closing the door behind her, she flashed him a grin. "So, we're stuck together in small quarters, whatcha wanna do?"

yey, my favite place, not." he sighs. "Well, we'll be here while, hopefully a police officer or someone will get us off before then." A lot of people had gotten out of their cars and were looking at the accident. "But not likely, stupid gawkers. And there isn't exactly a lot we can do in the car, is there?" he leaned the seat back and turned on his side to look at her, taking his seatbelt off.

"... Oh, there's plenty we can do in a car, so I've heard." Stretching a bit, she leaned against her seat, turning towards him with a grin. "Though most of that stuff is probably something we wouldn't do." After pausing for a moment, she spoke again, her cheeks a little rosy.
"You know, I'm really not having a bad time at all. I like being with you."

He couldn't help the smile that crossed his face as she commented on what they could be doing in the car. Oh what they could be doing... And the PDA write up they would be sure to get if they tried it here. She was an adult, right?
But relationships were fragile, best to wait. Especially since it might cause friction on the field. Still he couldn't let a gold mine like that drop. "Well it's good that you are without occupying ourselves in the back seat. I wouldn't want to have to explain to HQ about the write up and the reason why the back seat smells like it would."

"Nothing a little bit of fabric spray couldn't fix. Or just plain out blaming it on the user before us." She felt rather happy that she'd been able to get a smile out of him, it was self-satisfying to know she could do that. Scootching a little closer to him, she reached over to his glasses. "Do you mind if I take them off? Since we're not going to be driving for a while and all."
