Clearly a little shaken up, Kofuku nodded as she regained her feet. "Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks Shade." She gave the pokemon a grateful smile, then looked over to Panther. "Hey... do you think you could help me out with something?" Without thinking, she was biting her pinkie again.

"Sure what do you need?" the earlier strand of conversation was forgotten by her sudden fall. She looked ok, but now she was requesting something or other.
Suddenly Shadow burst from his pokeball and flew around them at a rapid pace and then zoomed off. "Gastly!" he called loudly.

Kofuku was just about to give his request when Shadow burst out from his pokeball. "What the devil...? Where is he going to?" She looked at Panther, wondering what he was going to do about his pokemon's sudden appearance. So much for asking her question to him.

"Shadow! Get your ball of gas back here you idiot!" he grolwed annoyed. "Shade, go get him, please." Shade noded and flew after the rambonsious gastly. "Sorry about that, he's always like that." He held a hond out for her to help her up. "What do you need?"

Taking his hand, she steadied herself on the crumbly ground. Oh, it did not help her much mentally though as her stomach flipfloped a bit. "Well... I have this friend. And there's this guy she likes but she doesn't really know how to approach him." 'Oh please let him think I'm talking about Faleen, please please please....' she thought to herself, hoping she wasn't to obvious.

"Oh? I'm not to great with the dating stuff. Sorry. It usually blows up in my face, though I have a bad tendecy to flirt too. Humm." he grinned to himself. "I'm not close enough to anyone to tell you who to ask... have you tried your friend... who hates me? Or is that who it is?"

Oh, this was certainly not working, and Kofuku's face was getting redder and redder by the second. "It's...." She started, then took a deep breath. Confidence; she needed confidence. Look him straight in the eyes and... "Iwantedtoknowifyoudgooutwithme." She blurted quickly, sure now that her face was as red as a Krabby.

"What was that?" he though maybe she had said something along the lines of going out with him... but he couldn't be sure. She had spoken too fast. he looked down at her consideribly stumped.

Aw crap. Mentally, Kofuku smacked her hand against her forehead, she was going to have to ask him again? It was hard enough that first time. Composing herself and taking a deep breath, she slowed herself down to normal speed. "I want to know..." She paused, trying to calm her racing heart. "If you'll go out with me." Moment of truth, and the silence that came after her question was loud and seemed indefinite.

"Go out as in on a date?" He looked down at her trying to confermation.
Shade retirned holding the ball of gasly's body. Shadow struggled whining "gastly Gastly!" he wanted to be let go to cause michief.

Finding herself unable to speak now, Kofuku nodded dumbly. Well, the cat was out of the bag now. All that was left was to wait for him to shoot her down.
Nina was watching the little soap opera going on with little interest. However, seeing the second ghost pokemon being dragged back to the group caused her to give a snort of amusement.

"Where were you thinking? I supose a few dates won't hurt. Just don't get to excited over it, it doesn't immedetly make us an item or anything. We are rockets first and we have a job to do."
Shade stared at his trainer startled. this would not end well. Shadows squirmed out of the later evolution's arms and spotted Nina. "Hi."

Looking up at Panther, her jaw dropped for a moment, then she gave him a wide smile. "Really?" Oh this was exciting! But, there was one problem. "What do you do on a date...?" She asked him, her smile starting to fade a little. That was right, she had never once been on a date.
Nina's eyes narrowed a little, and she looked at Shadow. "Hn...." Turning her attention back to Shade, she scoffed. "You look surprised."

Oh? You haven't been on one? Well we could go out to eat dinner together, or go to the fair or something. A date is something two people who like eachother do together to get to know eachother better." he smiled at her, interrntally laughing at her naiveness, but not saying anything about it. She was just... inocent, too inocent for team rocket it seemed.
"He's..." Shade shook his head. "humans are confusing."
Shadow floated down and licked Nina.

"Nope, I've never been on a date before. Hell, I've never really been attracted to a guy before." She looked down in embarrassment. "The way I had to live, I never really was given the chance to have such a thing. But the things you listed off sound like they'd be real fun." Kofuku gave him a smile, hoping she didn't sound too pathetic; she was 23 and talking about having a first date.
Nina's flames flared up a bit. "You were surprised for a reaso-" She shot a glare at Shadow when he licked her. "Do that again and I'll burn your tongue to a crisp."
