Is Thri-Kreen an acceptable race? I know it's not in the PHB/MM, but it is the EPH which is listed for available source material.

Not horrible, but not very exciting either.
I'm thinking.... Fighter? Opinions?

Opinions? Well, since this whole campaign is pretty much an all spell-casting party, I'd expect that a lot of stuff we go up against has some magic abilities of their own that makes a fighter pretty vulnerable. To combat that, I'd suggest Psychic Warrior, since it has both special powers, and still uses the fighter bonus feats, weapon and armor proficiency, and whatever else makes them so special. If you need the info on the class, just use basics presented here. It even gives you some new races.

Uh... you don't get to reroll 1s. Those stats should be: 16, 13, 10, 12, 8, 9, 6
