"There are lot of people here, like my friend. You eat in the cafiteria, unless you want to eat here. And bedtime is 9 pm for adults 18 and up and 8pm for the rest." she said.

She continued walking, since there was really nothing else to do until the patients needed another check-up. She was on standby with several different medications in her pockets for those patients that needed it right away, but other then that she seemed meaningless.
She walked to the cafeteria and decided to grab a bit to eat before she was needed again, so she went through and decided on a small green apple and some milk.

Michael Iscarionte woke up on his desk, his gray Lamborghini hadn't moved from it's parking spot in all night, he had fallen asleep here at the hospital while trying to organize some of the papers on his research he would had been able to accomplish wonders a long time ago if he was not so disorganized, he had been here since the foundation of this technically recent asylum, and well, it was not like it was a new asylum at all but the policies where a lot more 'convenient' since the administration had changed hands, why he loved Dr. Lorenzo's policies, they made it faster to get results, now if he could just get a new administration to his organizational habits...
Michael sighed as he looked at the piles of document's on the desk, he got up and stretched his arms lazily before letting them fall heavily to his sides, he placed all the confidential papers on a drawer of the desk and locked it before going to the cafeteria, he needed some caffeine to start up the day.
Lilith reached the facilities at 8 am, she didn't have her first appointment until 10 am but there was usually always something to do here on the mornings, something like making evaluations of the new patients and such so she usually arrived earlier, DR. Lorenzo could not manage all the work by himself and Dr. Iscarionte was not much help in those matters, it was not his job, of course, so she didn't expect much from him, Lilith got out from her blue mini-smart as she took the summary of today's activities and made a quick review, 2 arrivals where expected, she walked in and headed to the offices first, she usually had breakfast at the apartment she lived in to so she headed to work upon her arrival.

*Noah woke up suddenly...pure murder gleamed in his eyes...he dreamed of the same night that put him in this place. Right now he couldnt think straight and all he could comprehend was that the kids were in the snack room...(ok in my bio...the kids in this orphanage always picked on him...so finally he snapped and murdered them in the snack room..the bio explains it in more detail...yeah.) He walked through the corridors with a personal weapon he found hidden in his drawer...then he opened the cafeteriaa door and locked himself in there along with whoever else was eating...*
"N-no more...this will be your last words...."
*he says, then raising the knife a little bit, he was lost in his own mind while his actions from the orphanage scene took place..*

Molly saw this and shook her brother's shoulders. "Noah! Are you ok?!" she asked.

*he stops...then he stabs himself in the chest...falling to the floor. Noah was bleeding severely, but lied ther motionless...*

Molly grabbed and looked at the nurse. "Get a seditive." she said. Though it pained her to do so, she still had to put him out. "I'm sorry." she said as she injected him with the drug.

Lilith walked to the front desk to see if the new patient had arrived yet, it seemed one arrived during the night and the other had just arrived not so long ago, she walked to the designed room in time to see the new patient stab himself, she smirked "Ah, seems like this one won't trouble us for too long, at what time do you think i can make his preliminary inspection miss molly?" she asked monotonously as she watched the nurse apply the sedative.

Molly glared up at her and growled. "This is my brother and I would be happy if you would help me save him!" she snapped. It was very rare to see Molly get mad and she can get scary.

lilith smiled a little, it was not an apologetic smile, it was just a smile, like a reflex from her muscles more than a delivered gesture "I'll do what i can about his mind but you might like to stop that bleeding first" she said pointing at the dagger on the boy's chest "And i guess i will have to speak with the security, seriously, allowing an unstable person to a weapon, that was pretty lousy of them" she said emotionlessly, what she actually found lousy is that they didn't give him a deadlier weapon.

lilith smiled a little more, she was amused by molly's reaction, she knew that molly was being sentimental, it was her brother after all, she made a mental note to tell this detail to Dr. iscarionte later, it could be useful for his research, oh and if this person could be useful maybe she should cooperate on saving him.
"Hand me that" She told one of the nurses around, she was handed the bandages and then knelt next to the boy "There is going to be more blood when i withdraw the knife, refrain yourself from panicking please" she said as she removed the knife in a swift motion, just like she had predicted the blood ran fast and steady, she had just removed it's block after all. lilith removed the boy's shirt and helped by a nurse held the body in a semi-sitting position to start bandaging him. "You will need to change the bandages in a couple hours. sooner if the bleeding does not diminishes" she said to molly still emotionlessly "and i would recommend you to call Dr. Lorenzo, to see him, he is the physician here not me" she added pushing her glassed up her nose, she was a phycologist, the only knowledge she had on practical medicine came from books and the obviously required first aids.

Miryu hadn't come to see Lorenzo; he had missed his appointment. Lorenzo would have to penalize him for that.
The psychiatrist drifted from sleep and awake. Having little sleep the previous night, Lorenzo had rested his head on his desk and closed his eyes. The buzzing of sounds were almost non-existent, as he wasn't sitting in his office in the Hospital of Dreams. He was in a light dreamlike state.
Suddenly, the strange ringing tone of his office phone jolted him awake. Lorenzo cursed under his breath, slowly forcing himself up. I'll definitely be needing some coffee. No more late shifts for me.
"Lorenzo," he mumbled into the phone.
