stilletto ran towards the waiting sampson,after a couple seconds he jumped and lnaded inside of the bay of the sampson and the third soldier called out"alright we got him,lets go"the pilot gave a thumbs up from inside the cockpit and with a lurch the sampson took to the skies,stilletto and the third soldier both sat down in chairs opposite of each other and strapped in,they sat there waiting to get back to base

the sampson was flying through the air it was heading in the opposite direction of the hometree,he leaned around the corner of the bay and looked behind of the transport,he saw a large hole missing out of the hometree and a large smoke column rising into the sky,a small fire burned where the bomb had hit but it wasnt large enough to catch the tree on fire.....atleast thats what he thought,the sampson continued towards base alpha{}the pilot sat inside of the small cockpit but the plane was tiny at only a round 6feet high withougt the landing gears down,the ppilots had to almost lay down in the cockpit just so they could fit though that was also why they made the canopies so large was incase the pilots needed to eject they still could without having to have the front of the aircraft blowing off like the canopy,he was on approach and was lowered the landing gears so he could land.

the air control tower leader was calling him on the radio and telling him to do this nad that so he could land,after a couple minutes of talking back and forth with the operator he closed in on the runway,he put the flaps down and cut the engines,then he locked the gear brakes,and folded all of the aeilerons and tail flaps into brake mode so he could slow down,when he touched the runway the plane lurched and sped down the runway,pretty soon he was slowing down and then was coming to a stop
