"Aw, another trial?" Zen grumbled, standing up. Vertigo rolled his eyes. "...Of course," he said, watching the Squirtle to make sure he wasn't running away. They needed their leader at a time like this. (not that he was much of a leader, really.)
Shani and Autumn sat up too, and Autumn pouted as Jasper was mean to Xavier. Being mean to cure guys just wasn't done, in her book. They followed the group as well.
The Good Doctor stirred as the others began to move, blinking his eye and turning to Rune. "Rune, dear, ve are moving now," he said, carefully standing up and following the others once Rune was ready.

"I think everyone is getting ready to set out again..." Grim groaned to his partner as he nudged the sleeping Treecko next to him. The ruckus around them having awoken him moments earlier from their well deserved break. Even though they were still exhausted as hell the two arose and joined the rest of the guild-members for the next task to come.

Mugen also sprung to his feet to join the clan of mercenaries, though he didn't take the opportunity he had to rest up, bags under his eyes prominent as ever; he was definitely still eager and ready for the next challenge to come.

     Blade && Jonah && Zaru && Tavian && Cael
Whatever astonished curse had been about to come out of Cael's mouth was cut off as he, Tavian, Blade, and the last two mercenaries were Teleported in out of nowhere in amidst the crowd, and the two younger pokemon stumbled a little as they looked around in bewilderment at their new surroundings. Wow, they'd really moved...
Not saying a word, Blade moved away from where he and all the others had been huddled around the Gardevoir who had warped them in, moving off to the side a little and frowning at the destroyed door. Ever since he'd first heard what was happening he hadn't liked the sound of it, and now that feeling was getting stronger... They'd definitely need to keep their eyes peeled, he didn't trust anything about this place and he'd only just arrived.
The Gardevoir however, was a little more socially inclined, and after taking a second or two to recover from his group Teleport he turned to Jasper with a vaguely apologetic look. "Ah, late again huh? Sorry, I had to go track down Zaru," he said, motioning to the Infernape standing nearby, who scowled and looked away, "Then once I did find him that Scizor popped up and explained what was happening on the Guild's end of things, and he wanted to come along, and then these tykes showed up and insisted on coming too..." he trailed off and sighed, shrugging nonchalantly and glancing around at the room. Hm, not a very pleasant-looking place, was it?

   Yuki & Breid & Tesla[3] [1] [2]Looking on at the ice room, Breid turned and looked at his two teammates. All three of them were feeling very exhausted already, but had no choice but to continue on. Tesla was the most beaten up, but also the most upbeat. Yuki was looking brighter, now that she was going into her own element.

  Truth xxxx FlorandraTruth stretched out as she shook the pleasant fog of sleep from her head. They were moving on now and Florandra was already waiting for the other Mercs to get up and get moving. Even though odd things were happening, the feline was taking it all in stride. The two females followed after the Raichu, one silent and the other clanking eerily as metal clashed against metal.   Sinistrad [1] xx Runoura [2] Sinistrad was up long before the others seeing as he hadn't taken very much damage in the first place. For a moment he paused, casting about in search of his Team member. Auron would have a fit if the little brat got killed or something. Finding her, he scowled darkly. She was with that Sableye. Muttering to himself, he followed the rest. Meanwhile Rune's eyes fluttered open as she arrived in the realm of consciousness. Looking up at the GD, she jumped up in alarm. "I! I'm sorry for falling asleep on you!" she murmured before relaxing again. "Thank you..." Smiling slighty, she trotted after him.

  Lucy & LeonLucy and Leon looked around a little.
Lucy, upon spotting Isis, immediately sprang into action and ran to the Leafeon, wrapping her up in a hug.
Leon sighed and remained silent, choosing to hide in his mask.
"Onward, then!" Lucy shouted, kissing Isis on the cheek and following the Raichu.
The Lucario frowned and followed as well.    Vira & Leslie & Altaïr & TrinkTeam Cannibal looked on at the icy area they were about to enter.
"Let's go!" Vira called.
"Easy for you to say!" Leslie snapped with a shiver.

Solaris---Jasper---Xavier
As the stepped into the room it was obvious why it was called the Trial of Ice.
An arctic tundra lay before them, snow falling from seemingly nowhere and a white mist blurring the other side of the room.
Solaris squinted, the whiteness hurting his eyes when something whistled past his ear at an alarming speed.
Whatever it was disappeared with a 'FWUMP' into a snow drift behind him.
"The hell was th-"
"GET DOWN!"
What was more alarming than the scream, was that it had come from that Umbreon who, as far as Solaris knew, only spoke spanish.
The Espeon was roughly shoved aside and he looked up in time to see, of all things, a Pokeball strike Xavier on the side and he vanished in a burst of red light.
"XAVIER!"
The Raichu lunged forward for the ball, but it had already snapped back to the hand of the figure ahead of them.
"AH HA HA HA! Poor little Pokemon, all alone in the snow! Fret not, however, for soon you shall all be warm and cozy inside these Pokeballs!" The man with the white hair laughed and stepped aside to reveal a odd machine which began to shoot Pokeballs out at an alarming rate!
Each ball that captured a Pokemon, would be sucked into the other side of the machine into a small glass case.
The preacher looking man smirked.
"I am Father Pain. Prepare for your demise, Pokemon!" He tossed out three Pokeballs from on his waist.
Solaris gave a small yelp of alarm and scrambled out of the way of an Ice Beam.

Shiro leapt to the side, avoiding a red and white sphere than nearly struck his tail.
Behind him Jazz gave a small sob before losing balance and falling over, a Pokeball rolling to a stop and barely touching the tip of his nose.
In a brilliant red flash he was caught as well.
"Dammit! No!"

Lucy & LeonLucy yelped and quickly dodged a Pokeball.
She remembered those contraptions.
The very same ones that had taken a good friend of hers away forever.
As one came right at her head, it was sliced away by a Metal Claw.
Leon stood there, having slashed the ball away.
"This is insane!" He growled. Vira & Leslie & Altaïr & TrinkThe members of Team Cannibal stood there, confused.
None of them had ever seen a Pokeball before.
They knew to fear them, though, when one hit Trink in the head and sucked him in.
"TRINK! You bastards!" Vira shouted.
Leslie growled and shot a Thunderbolt at the Walrein.
Altaïr let out a bark and let loose a Razor Wind aimed at the Mamoswine.

One second Chopin had been holding Hoot, the next they were dodging Pokeballs? She needed rest! She needed to be home! And he planned to get her there...he twirled, dodging a ball, and then looked up. Hoot? Where was she...? He looked around, still dodging Pokeballs. "Hoot?...HOOT?!" His eyes darted around frantically...He had just been holding her...

Truth xxxx FlorandraThe feline had predicted this would happen and managed to dodge the ball easily enough. However, one of their numbers had been not so lucky. "s**t, Xavier!" she yowled. Florandra although she couldn't see, had heard the projectiles and screeched as she leapt into flight. Sinistrad xx Runoura Rune's smile faded as they were confronted by an aging man with a mad grin on his face. Suddenly there was a flurry of Poke'balls being thrown and she stared wide-eyed in fear as one flew towards her friend. Without thinking, she threw herself in the path of the ball. It bounced back from her body and she began to say something to the Sableye before she was sucked into the ball and back to the Priest's creation. Growling, Sinny easily shot down he threat with a few well-placed String Shots.
